I enjoy coming to this Trader Joe’s. The employees are friendly, the store is clean, it’s well stocked and although it’s smaller than the average grocery store the quality of food is great.

Trader Joes is my happy place! Their Cracked Wheat Sourdough Bread is delicious and their Orange Juice (with Pulp) is incredible! They have a lot of other good things, of course but those two are on my MUST HAVE list every time I make a trip there. Fortunately, the stores very close to my house, so Im there more often than I should be, but oh, well...... ;-)

My all-time favorite grocery store. Super seasonal items in addition to their daily stock. Alsp friendly and professional staff. Just wish they would reopen their wine tasting bar. And their coffee station.

Very clean organize and always tries to restock the shelves. Customer service is excellent. Cashier lines are short no more than 3 customers per line.

Good place to get granola. They dont sell razors or berkinstocks but staff is great. Very clean.

I know what I want when I go there but sometimes get surprises with different products. Love the non-dairy cherry choc-chip frozen icecream. Love the beautiful flowers. Affordable greeting cards that have have nice designs. I feel good about the items that I buy there and everyone is nice. They also keep everyone safe by wearing masks.

Joes is always quality. You pay more because you get better made food. They are diverse in options with many unique items that cant be found in other stores. I have never been disappointed here. Wish I could afford to shop here more often.

Always a great store and great employees. On the down side, due to improper marketing and placement of the product Frozen Plantains, the Prescott Valley AZ store has discontinued the sale. They should have placed this product with other Hispanic food items in the frozen case. And they should have shared ideas on how to use this product.

The store is clean, organized and well stocked. I have been a regular at many TJ stores so I was disappointed to not find the flagships items I went there for. Their chicken stock in individual packets in a small box, and their sheeps milk feta cheese in brine are worth the trip but they were short on helpful employees so I searched and went without. Try their maple leaf sandwich cookies, they are awesome!!

Always enjoy seeing what Trader Joes has to offer. It was a little crowded so hard to really look around.

This is one of the friendliest Trade Joes I have ever been to. Always super clean and very well stocked. They are also very kind to children shopping by themselves.

Clean, full of holiday inspired products from autumn coffee, to pumpkin biscotti, everything was fairly priced and I will definitely being going there again.

I like shopping at trader Joes and enjoy their products but I dont like having to stop at another grocery store to get even I need.

The store is very clean and they have a lot of nice older people running the store. Monica One of the managers help me out with a situation I had incurred and she was just wonderful I really liked her she listened to me and she was great so Im giving this store five stars I have shopped at Trader Joes for over 40 years and this is a very nice store because of Monica and all the older cashiers who are very amicable

First time here pretty small and not my kind of store but it was pretty busy so people like it.

I love to come here for there floral department. Its almost like a hidden gem. I have found regardless of what time of year it is, they always have a great selection of unique beautiful and exotic flowers you wont see at your average grocer. When you first walk through the doors youre surrounded by elegant and artistic floral arrangements and designs on both sides. If you soak in the scents and beautiful visuals for a moment you forget youre in a grocery store!!

Love TJs. Small but good meats selection. Same with produce. They have certain staples no one else does better. For us they include some coffees, wines, beers, Italian Sodas, spreadable fruit, Spicy Asian dressing, turkey bacon, and others

Very disappointed. I was expecting to pick up the rest of my salad dinner but the choices were very limited. Nuts particularly very limited. The wines are always very good and inexpensive.

Luv T.J.s. Awesome specialty products at decent prices. Employees all helpful and nice , the cashier unloads your cart and they have nice thick recyclable paper bags , no plastic. Some of their foodstuffs are truly world class and theyre health conscious. 5 stars.

Not really that impressed some different items hard to find items but wasnt overly impressed

I should never be allowed in trader Joes unattended - I cant be trusted to just pop in for the one thing we need tonight. Say I just need some assorted cheese and a nice wine for game night - well, theres the stuffed olives and ohhhh, whats that, a Kringle? Ive never had Kringle. And lavender dish soap, ok, Im gonna run outta dawn soon I think...

Love this place! Staff is infectiously friendly and upbeat. Grocery offering is a bit quirky but often delicious. They dont have everything in the world but what they do have is unique. Great place to shop for food without additives.

I love trader Joes, its one of my favorite places to shop. I had a favorite store back east, but since moving here this is the one I shop at. This particular trader Joes feels kind of small & cramped. The people, while not rude, definitely do not seem happy or ready to help, which is something I always expect from trader Joes employees, its one of the nice things about shopping there: feeling like youre not a nuisance. The produce selection is a bit small, but otherwise its pretty darn great just like most trader Joes.

I enjoy shopping at Trader Joes. Their employees are friendly, their shelves are well stocked, I enjoy their fresh flowers and they have reasonably priced selections of wine and beer. The food items are a little pricey but I like the selection.

When I pulled into town this evening, I was at the end of a fantastic, but long, day. I was dreading finding something to eat. Approaching my motel, I was happy to see Trader Joes across the street. Despite being there not too long before closing, I was given a friendly greeting at the door. I found what I needed (and what I wanted) quickly. Somehow half the shoppers in the store got in line at the same time. Within a minute two new registers were opened. My cashier was friendly and upon noticing I was getting a salad, offered me a fork. On my exit, the greeter thanked me for coming in. My day had started with a hike on the PCT and thanks to the staff at Trader Joes, ended with a tasty meal I could eat by the fireplace in my room.

Love the variety of Vegan options here hope to see even more in the future.

Always good finds here! Lately there has been a wait to get in due to capacity rules, but its not to bad. It goes quickly. They always have fun stuff for each season or holiday. Also great wine and beer section, good grab and go foods as well as tons of dairy free and gluten free options.

My favorite grocery store. Their frozen Mac&Cheese is especially delicious. Great non fat yogurt 😋

Friendly, happy, helpful employees, wonderful selections, wish they offered an online option on Amazon as Id be ordering every week from them on a regular basis!, waiting for the dark chocolate drizzled plantains that were expected to arrive by 5/25/21, . In WI TRADER JOES is 2 hours from my residence, in AZ it is 1.25 hours from my residence, which is why online purchase woukd be best , I often share my food finds with my friends & family by shipping them my favorite items...just because, so there is no convenient option to do so.

Who doesnt love trader Joes with their wide variety and great prices. If I lived closer thats the only place I would do my shopping. Unfortunately I dont get over there to Prescott very often but when I do I always go to trader Joes.

Trader Joes was exceptional today. I have noticed the employees are now more than ever ready to help customers. I asked for help in finding several products by different employees and I got no hesitation and was taken to each product quickly. The store was very clean, fresh produce and still very good prices on everything. I ended up spending one hour in the store shopping with my 10 yr old girl, the experience was so amazing and relaxing. I would say shop at Trader Joes for all your nutritional needs.

Trader Joes is the most consistent store there is. It doesnt matter whether you are at TJs in Southern California or TJs in McKinney Texas you will always be greeted by cool friendly staff, the food is fresh, tasty, it is a pleasure to shop there any store any stateGood job!!! Actually, having moved to the Prescott area from Tucson in 2002, I really missed having Trader Joes, so I contacted them, asking them to put one of their stores up here. I was told at that time, there was not enough rooftops, but someone must have paid attention, this is an awesome and very clean store with a European flavor.

Love them. All kinds of favorites sold here.

I do 95% of my stopping here! The frozen seafood is just amazingly delicious. The Chinese food and the Indian food and the frozen pizza which are all trader Joes brands are just wonderful mainstays for me and my family. Lets not forget the delicious cheeses and nitrite free lunch meats and bacon and and and… of course the organic tortilla chips and salsa and I love the trader Joes potato chips! I always use the kalmatta Olive oil for my cooking and Italian dishes.And I love the great selection of wines! And the fresh flowers! And their bagels are so yummy! I could go on and on but I think you get the idea. A happy place to go and shop where you can find just about everything you want :)

Always good healthy food and great quality. Lots to choose from and they have a good wine selection as well. Great party trays and anything else you need.

Trader Joes please help the Prescott community have a sustainable future. Please stop using unnecessary plastic packaging. I understand that you may not be able to get away from all plastics at this point, but when I see tomatoes that are wrapped in plastic wrap on cardboard or in plastic cartons as the only options it just does not make sense to me as its absolutely unnecessary and I cannot feel good about shopping at your store. There are many other options including biodegradable plastic-free bags produce bags like our local Natural Grocers and Frys are using. Please look into alternative packaging, and know that this is important to our community, your customers and our planet. For your customer service, prices, and quality of food I would give five stars.

THIS REVIEW WAS FOR JCPENNEY IN PRESCOTT, ARIZONA NOT TRADER JOES. I order a pair of jeans to be picked up at the Prescott store. I live about 45 to 60 mins away, (the closest store). After I picked them up I tried them on in the store. They were advertised as skinny jeans, but the label said slim. They didnt fit well (too baggy) so I returned them. I used my $10 reward for the purchase. When I received my credit it did not include my $10 reward. The clerks said I would only be able to use it if I bought something in the store today. I looked for something, but it is a very small JCP with not much of selection. I looked & looked but couldnt find anything. I asked if I could buy a JCP gift card for $10. They said no. So I was out my reward even though it didnt expire for another 6 days.

Love shopping here! If you cant find what youre looking for, you can always find a staff member who will help you. Their prices are very reasonable and their name brand products are good. They offer many healthy foods and products. This is NOT a huge box store and it is well lit and the staff is very friendly. Youll find a good selection of wines here as well. Aside from being out of the teriyaki seaweed snack due to pandemic stock issues, this location of TJs, like so many others, is really excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, great produce, and all the variety youd want packed into a small space.
