I was visiting AZ from out of state and got pretty sick. Dr. Hamilton cleared space in her schedule for me and called in a prescription for me immediately within just a few hours of calling her. She then proceeded to follow up several days later to make sure things were going better. Highly recommend!

Sad I called over 2 weeks ago and the Dr. Talked with me a little on the phone. I explained we are loosing our insurance an I need help with my Thyroid. If blood test need done I need to get done before I loose my insurance. She had to rush off the phone saying she would call later. Waited a week left another message over a week ago stating I was under the understanding you were going to call back. I wanted to know if you were a fit for me I dont know if you understood the urgency because I am loosing my insurance. Well you are Not a Fit and That was beyond Rude when you knew my ciricumstances. I have been taking synthetic thyroid medication for over 20 years, without ever having symptoms of low thyroid. Then about 2 years ago I began to have rapidly increasing symptoms of extreme hypothyroidism. After doing some research, I realized I needed to be tested for antibodies affecting my thyroid. I emailed my traditional doctor to request the test, and the reply was simply, There is nothing wrong with your thyroid. Your last lab test was fine. That led me to Dr. Hamilton, who tested me and found I had Hashimotos Disease. This is an autoimmune disease that attacks and tries to destroy the thyroid. A huge percentage of people with low thyroid have this disease and do not know it.Dr. Hamilton gave me a natural thyroid medication, plus I had the food sensitivities test that she recommended, to determine what antibodies I have that would contribute to the inflammation of my thyroid. Temporarily eliminating those foods from my diet has greatly lessened my symptoms.I highly recommend Dr. Hamilton and I guarantee you will love her. She is so easy to talk to, is so caring and a great listener! I will always go to her with my health needs. I also love Katie, her assistant, who is excellent at massage therapy. Their facilitys atmosphere is very serene and comforting.

I was super sick when I first went to Dr. Hamilton. I was on a heart monitor and had been referred to several specialists and had undergone many radiology and lab tests. $10k later, none concluded what was wrong. I thought I was dying and was contemplating suicide when I decided to look at other options. When I first called Health and Healing Ctr (scared of every doctor and procedure by that time) Katie patiently sifted through my tears to get me the intake packet and schedule my intake. Her patience and kindness made all the difference as I was so fragile by then, had it not been for her gentle demeanor I would NOT have scheduled an appt. Then Dr Hamilton knew from the first interview what was wrong with me just from the completed intake form and what I confirmed in the interview; AMAZING. She described what was potentially wrong and it just overwhelmed me at that time. She proposed treatment options that I was able to follow one step at a time.
