After moving to AZ about 18 months ago I am so blessed to find Edie Morgan as my health provider. She truly cares about her patients. She Listens!!!! Edie is very thorough and love that her office has a lab for blood draws. That is extremely convenient. Cindy at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful. Sondra and Michelle are fantastic nurses. They care and want the best for patients. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I dont have anything bad to say. I have gone here for long time. They make sure you all your health concerns and health you didnt even know you had was brought to the table. They take great care of you. I love Edie and her team.

Great experience every time I go there. Staff are friendly and know me by my first name. Edie is amazing. She always listens to my concerns. I know that she genuinely cares for her patients. She has a lab and ultrasound in her office that is so convenient. I highly recommend her.

Dr Edie Morgan and her associates are professionals that are kind and compassionate. The reception crew is friendly and efficient. Im cash pay, so it was pricey....but all in all Im satisfied with the treatments as well as the environment.

My experience was extremely rushed, she did not care to listen to my concerns about side effects to medication, did not go over post surgical notes and pictures (which was expected 6 weeks after surgery). My insurance information was not submitted correctly so now I have thousands of dollars in bills from her practice. I didn’t feel like I’m being heard or understood, just on a conveyor belt through her practice. Looking elsewhere, there are plenty of compassionate, knowledgable medical professionals in the Prescott and Prescott Valley area.

Best medical attention Ive ever received. Edie is knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. I was misdiagnosed by another Dr and she saved my sanity with new tests and correct diagnosis. Shes a blessing to women!

Tremendous! Most thorough well woman exam Ive ever had which was very much appreciated. Staff was professional and courteous, quite helpful. Edie Morgan is awesome, and her working student was amazing too. I really liked having a student do the exam because Edie was right there also, it was like I had two exams done at the same time. Of course, I was given the option to decline, which I never do at any practice I visit, since I really appreciate the thoroughness and detail I experience by both provider and medical student during the exam. Definitely a five star office composed of some of the best people in their field. Thank you Edie!

Every time I come in the staff is rude and seem bothered by patients, they try to charge me a copay for a well woman exam & then they proceed to tell me I am not allowed to discuss ANY OTHER ISSUES at that appointment even though I was just here a few weeks back & they told me I wasn’t allowed to ask questions at that visit as well. I’m pretty sure that’s what a well woman visit is for but they look at it as a free appt. so they could care less. I have multiple family history of reproductive cancers & have had pre-cancer cells as well on my cervix but I’m treated like “you’re young everything Is fine” I love Edie but every appointment is super rushed and I never feel reassured that I’m getting complete care. When am I allowed to discuss intense periods that affect my quality of life? Etc. I wish they would change their attitudes and care for their patients more. Will be looking for a new gyno.

I am saddened to be changing my review. I have been seeing Edie for years, and I truly thought she cared about me as a patient and valued me and my health. Apparently this is not the case. As other reviews have mentioned, Edie is knowledgeable, but her staff are awful. Sondra has been a source of anxiety to me for years- she is not qualified or authorized to give medical advice, yet she does so often, and often it is dangerous advice. She also fields phone calls and getting her to actually ask Edie a question for me is like pulling teeth. Most recently, I called the office to ask them to have me checked via ultrasound to make sure my pregnancy was okay (I had a scare), and Sondra not only refused (she told me I would have to go to the ER... during a pandemic, when it wasnt necessarily an emergency, and the ER is so expensive) but she berated me for going to a midwife for advice about my birth plan, and then belittled me for wanting to drive all the way to town from Prescott Valley. Now, after Ive had my baby, I have tried repeatedly to get back in to see Edie and all of them are ignoring me, even thought they know I need medical attention. It is bizarre treatment, very unprofessional, and completely negligent. They are a disgrace to their profession to behave this way. I have been a good patient- always expressing my gratitude in a multitude of ways. I have never been treated so poorly, and have found somewhere else to go.

Although Edie Morgan is amazing and really great with her patients she is also very quick and never would spend enough time to answer all my questions. Her staff in the office is and always has been extremely rude to me. I understand have a bad day but this was consistent. I always felt like I was being talked down to and judged. It might of been my age but regardless no one should feel this way with their doctors. I finally became fed up with the staff and left even though Edie was amazing. My last visit ended in tears because of the staff.

Super rude,condescending front desk,fastest New patient exam in history approximately 20 minutes and that included breast exam,pelvic exam and pap smear! No one ever called with Pap results,I called looking for Ultrasound results and what did I get? They arent here (the radiology department told me they faxed them) Well,I said they arent here and I would know Do they have the right fax number? Uhh,I dont know,do they? You are the ordering physician! OH,and if I wanted to discuss other concerns or issues that would be an extra charge! I will not be back! Sorry,I drove two hours for total disappointment and waste of time.

After going in for an exam and waiting two weeks for my test results, I was told that I would have to schedule a separate appointment to go over them. I emphasized that I am a cash pay patient, and if I did not need to come back for another appointment, I would appreciate it. I was told that if my results were normal, they would just tell me that over the phone. After pulling up my information on the computer, the receptionist went around the corner and then came back and lied to my face and said that my results were not all back yet. Within an hour of leaving the office, I called and spoke to somebody else and got my results over the phone, which were all normal. Not only is this office dishonest, they caused me to worry that something was wrong when it wasn’t. I will never go back to this practice.

Edie Morgan has been my nurse practitioner for 20 years she is the best you could ever ask for she will listen to everything that you tell her and make sure she gets to the bottom of the problem she is also a master at. Botox and Juvederm.. I wouldnt go to anyone but her. She also does vaginal rejuvenation. Truly amazing Dr

Seen for annual exam. Staff was courteous and attentive. Edie Morgan not only addressed my gyn health issues, but made sure I was up to date on all of my general health care. Rare experience in this community.

I would not recommend this gyn for any of your health care needs. Really bad experience from the get go. Try to see someone else if at all possible.

Edie is sympathetic and professional. She treated my problems, and the results turned out great. I would definitely recommend her to anyone of my friends.
