Would give 10 stars if I could. Dr. Frank and the staff are the best around. They make sure you are comfortable (no pain) and know everything they are doing. Definitely recommend them, especially if you or family are nervous about going to the dentist.

She’s working close with my daughter and correcting her mouth with the healthy start appliance helping us to hopefully avoid orthodontist intervention which we all know is PRICEY and not covered by all companies.We’ve had dental emergencies and been squeezed in on a moments notice! Legacy dental had always gone out of their way to accommodate us even in this trying COVID time.Legacy Dental has remained committed to our community and providing excellent dental care to all ages including highly anxious adults. Absolute worst dentist for folks with dentist issues.Not only was legacy dental HORRIBLE with dealing with my fears of the dentist, THEY WORSENED them! Continuously trying to squeeze in extra things like a cleaning before an extraction. But then didnt offer me nitris when the TWELVE SHOTS werent enough to keep me numb and they attempted to pull a tooth out anyway!Then after knowing, due to prior events, and being asked they still prescribed me TOO MUCH MEDICATION had ME PAY FOR IT OUTTA POCKET and then took it as if it was theirs to take. Then when they knew they had screwed up sent me a letter saying due to a breakdown in the patient doctor trust that I would need to contact an oral surgeon. They OVERCHARGED me not once but TWICE and never reimbursed me even after i showed them proof that my insurance had covered the cost! Terrible experience and now much worse off.. so bad infact I left MID-EXTRACTION!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This dental office is great. All the staff is really great and kind. Whitney has a great staff and she is a wonderful Doctor. Sara does a great job when she works on my teeth as well. Dr. Frank is an excellent dentist. She is very thorough and detail oriented. She helped my daughter with sleep issues related to a blocked airway. She started her on the healthy start program. My daughter no longer snores (a sign of airway blockage) when she wears her mouth guard at night. I am thankful that Dr. Frank recommended this for her, we have noticed her teeth straightening out as well.

Dr Frank is excellent at what she does! I’ve always been very happy with every interaction I have with their staff. For the several fillings I’ve had, I am extraordinarily pleased with the fit and finish of the work. I could not be happier to have found Legacy Dental!

I have been a patient of the clinic since 1977 and have always been treated like a close friend as well as a patient. I started with Dr Franks father not to long after he began the practice and thankful Richards daughter Whittney or Dr Frank became a dentist and Dr Gibbons replacement when he retired. You will not be dissatisfied when you become a patient either.

Prompt and never have to wait beyond the appointment time. Very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and informative. I felt that it was consultative care addressing my needs vs procedural care trying to perform services.Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel at home.

I have been going to this dental office for 20 years for a reason. They are experts at what they do. Dr. Frank is progressive in her practice and through DNA testing found a bug in my mouth that should not be there that not only was affecting my gums but also my cardio vascular health. My family Doctor was impressed by Dr. Franks diagnosis and treatment. I like everyone on the staff and would not hesitate to recommend them as your provider.

Sara always makes me feel at home when I go in for my periodontal cleaning, we like to talk about kayaking and her latest TV shows while she works. Betty works the front desk and is quick as a whip. Shes the first face you see when you arrive and the last face you see when you leave, always with a smile. Dr. Frank is a professional through and through, a master of her craft, and very insightful. I had four of my wisdom teeth pulled all at the same time, but I couldnt do it until Dr. Frank explained my situation and talked me through the process. I liked the hygienist; she was pleasant, thorough and fast. The only reason for not giving them five stars was the appointment was late.

I was referred to Dr. Frank by my family doctor who said Dr. Frank was the best one in this area for treating the condition of inflammation in the gums contributing to inflammation in your heart arteries. This is a relatively new science. Dr. Frank was very aware of this connection and on top of the procedures needed to treat it.

Legacy Dental is the complete package so will be our familys dentistry office for life. Dr. Frank has a calming, fun chair-side-manner that makes my kids feel instantly at ease. She provides them with expert, thorough, and gentle exams. My husband and I always appreciate Dr. Franks willingness to educate us on all parts of the exam, our teeth, and her professional assessment. She even replaced half of my husbands left front tooth, and it looks amazing! The dental hygienists and staff are warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. With a new dentist joining their practice, I know Legacy Dental will be able to accommodate our familys busy and over booked schedule. We couldnt ask for more.Edit/Update: As of May 2018--I got Invisalign braces at Legacy Dental! A dream come true for me and Legacy made it customized and convenient. Their 3D scanner is impressive, and my dental visits for my Invisalign are short. I am already seeing results, and I get to take my braces (trays) off when I eat. LOVE them!

Whitney is a capable and professional dentist. I was looking for some quick dental work done and advice while I was in the area on vacation. From a child on into my adult years and military history I have always hated the dentist. They always had what seemed abnormally huge hands and it always hurt. It was as though the didnt care. Tiffany was my hygienist and she was super friendly and a joy to be around. I felt very comfortable at Dr. Franks office and I would highly recommend all of my friends to try her office. I really appreciated the thoroughness, friendliness, and care that I received. My teeth have never felt cleaner! Another huge perk is that Dr. Frank sees all children for FREE under the age of 4. I took my 1 & 2 year old there this year and I was shocked how well they did. My 2 year old has been asking to go back to the dentist. The waiting room is very nice, clean, and it has fun toys for the kids to play with (oh and yummy coffee!) I cant say enough great things about Dr. Frank and her team.

My husband has suffered from apnea for years. This causes major disturbances to his sleep as well as mine. Not to mention the loss of oxygen to the brain. Sleep has never been great for either of us. He has had major surgery and also tried to use the cpap machine but neither of those have worked.Dr Whitney Frank took the time to review his sleep study results to make sure a dental appliance could even be a benefit. Once he started using it there was immediate benefit and it has been adjusted a few times which is proving to give him quieter and more restful sleep. It is amazing. Our sleep is so much better!! If you are hesitant to try the device Id visit Post Falls Legasy as they are a team you can trust.
