My mom worked here for a while and when COVID19 hit the daycare my foster brother was enrolled at shut down. My mom was waiting for the daycare to open up so she could go back to work. My mom received a recertification letter from child care in July my mom faxed over the document and they never filled out the paperwork. Due to them not completing the paperwork my mom lost her childcare.My mom couldnt physically work just yet because the daycare was still closed until September, the company told her they couldnt fill out her paperwork until she picked up hours and she wouldnt lose her childcare if she didnt get her papers signed saying she was employed there because of the pandemic. Child Care only wanted to know if she was still employed, they knew she couldnt work yet because the daycare was closed.Guess who lost their child care and couldnt go back to work because of it my mom. Right now we are going through a pandemic and should be taking care of each other so that we can all get through this tough time. But that is not the way they operate, my mom is a single parent out here trying to make a way.

I am so incredibly thankful for the staff that has sent into my home to help me after my stroke. The office staff was so professional and sent me help immediately. The aides and nurses were so kind and so helpful! I cannot express my gratitude enough. THANK YOU Extended Family Care for helping me REGAIN WHAT I LOST!

The Office Staff are very professional and make you feel valued. If you want to feel appreciated as an aide or nurse, I would highly recommend this agency. They have employees who have worked for them for over 20 years! Longevity speaks volume.

I just recently switched to Extended Family Care. This agency is Awesome!!!.I have a handicapped daughter whom is 24 years old and I have been with a lot of other agencies over the years. This agency surpasses them all. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!

They are very disrespectful and unsanitary. Would not reccomend at all.
