I had been avoiding the dentist because of a traumatic experience I had with my previous one. I was so scared today. I tried keeping it all in eventually I was shaking of how terrified I was. The experience I had was beyond amazing. Nothing I expected to be honest. I got my wisdom tooth removed and I am so glad I came to this office. I cannot express how grateful I am for the folks at Sky West Dental. I was experiencing extreme pain yesterday due to a wisdom tooth that had grown in and cracked. The pain was so great that it shot around to other teeth and felt as if I had an ear infection. To compound on top of that, I am currently pregnant.Dr. Duong and his staff made sure we took every safety method to ensure both the health of both myself and my baby. After getting clearance from my obgyn, I was in the chair getting the extraction done in less than three hours from the time I initially called about the dental emergency. The entire time the staff made sure I was comfortable and cared for. They walked me through the everything so I was aware of what was happening. I experienced no pain during my procedure and can gladly say 24 hours later that I would not choose any other dentist office. They are caring, affordable for those paying out of pocket, honest, relatable and genuinely care. You don’t see that too much these days.Thank you so much and I can honestly say, I’m looking forward to my cleaning.

I have had extensive dental work done over my lifetime and I can say they have been the nicest, caring group of people doing a professional job of helping you take care of your personal dental needs, that I have encountered. Office staff is great. Hygienists and techs are as well. And Dr. Duong is amazing. They are taking all protections needed during the current situation, but they were already proactive with their office procedures, before it occured, as well. Ive moved twice over the last ten years, and I still drive across the valley to get my dental care done here. I have recommended his office many times and everyone has been very happy.

I went in for a teeth cleaning about a week ago and everyone in the office was welcoming and very professional! I mean what other dentist office let’s you watch a movie while you’re getting your cleaning done? I can say with confidence that you will not regret coming here! Front office staff were professional and friendly. Check in process was quick and easy. The hygienist was great with the cleaning. She was thorough, not rushing and not too rough. All staff communication was good from the beginning to end. Dr. Duong did a great job with exam and communicated well about his recommendations for me. He was focused on me and didn’t seem rushed. Overall very happy with entire visit. Will be going back!

Dr. Duong and the staff a Sky West dental are excellent. I came in for a cleaning and enjoyed the visit so much that I returned for an extraction of my wisdom teeth. Dr. Duong is the most thorough dentist I have ever seen. His communication was very detailed and he made sure all my questions were answered. If you are concerned about the pandemic and seeing a dentist, don’t worry about coming in to this office. Very clean and the processes in place to help prevent the spread of the pandemic are great! I have been coming here for years now. Growing up I hated going to the Dentist. I had nothing but horrible experiences but upon coming here I was met with nothing but kindness and patience. I honestly don’t dread coming to my appointments because of how amazing the staff is there. They are always friendly, kind and they honestly treat you like family. I love my experiences there so much that now most of my family comes to this location.

I Went in for an emergency appointment and was greeted by very caring and friendly staff. Their facility is very clean and they are taking many precautions during this pandemic. Dr. Duong did his best to make me comfortable during my procedure and explained what he was doing throughout the process. I been going to this dental office for years and wouldnt change cause of the very friendly service I get every time I go. Plus I love how they can schedule your appointments and change it if you can make it before the resigned date.

Ever since I was little, the dentist has always terrified me. Ive carried the trauma of mean dentists, the pain and tears and whir of the drill with me for years upon years. Until I came across this dentistry and decided enough was enough, I was going to take my dental health seriously even if I cried like a baby. Alas, though, no tears were found here. Instead, an incredibly easy and efficient online appointment system, a very very kind receptionist, a welcoming environment, and a phenomenal, caring team. The dentist, Dr. Duong, and his hygienists, were super gentle, making sure I was completely okay and no where close to any pain during the process, and explaining every detail along the way. I even got to watch TV during my 4 hours in the chair! They removed several cavities, repaired a filling, and did a deep clean. I was provided with a welcome kit, and a hot towel to clean my face afterwards. And again, no pain during the process! This coming from someone who has mega sensitive teeth!! I cannot emphasize enough how they have changed my entire perspective on the dentist, and how they successfully eradicated every fear I had!! Thank you Sky West Dental!! 😭😭

My wife and I have been going to sky west dental since 2015. The staff there is very friendly and they always greet you with a smile. The dentist is also very kind and talks to you like a friend. My teeth always feel refreshed and cleaned after every visit. The best part of this office are the cool TV screens they have mounted above every chair. This way while you are getting your teeth cleaned you can enjoy a movie/TV show on Netflix! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Best place ever, best staff ever. I’ve been coming here since I was a young teenager, for fillings, crowns, cleanings, wisdom teeth removal, and my Invisalign. Best dentist ever, I recommend him to all my coworkers and friends whenever they complain about their dentistry. They make me feel like they care about me. The staff is always in a good mood and never make you feel awkward like some doctors offices do. Dr. Duong calls me asking me how I’m doing throughout the Invisalign process when I’m in between appointments. They’re very accommodating to your schedule, considerate of your money, etc. You won’t regret choosing this place.

For the longest time I have searched for a good Dentis, after my first appointment at sky west dental I can say I found it! Sky West Dental makes me feel like they know me personally from the moment that I walk through the doors. Everyone is so friendly and I am in and out within an hour or less.

Horrible experience!! yes, the staff is friendly, polite helpful. the dentist outwardly appears knowledgeable good people skills. now, the professional side that; I went there because I needed a procedure that required more than one visit. well after every procedure I had to back because work was been done. my very first visit, I inform the dentist I was going vacation and when I returned we can start the procedure. he suggested to start now and enjoy my vacation. WORST vacation ever I on pain all 10 days and some else I was with had to give me pain medication because I ran out. upon my return I went back and he acknowledge it his fault. well then he did a minor procedure cavity fill, I had to go back because of that. then he said you may have a problem go see a specialist to confirm and well follow up with the results and set new our follow up appoints as needed based on the specialist results. well needless to say the specialist told me I was good what the believed to be wrong wasnt. I ask the specialist he has taken 4 x-ray sets of me how did this come about. there was no answer from the specialist. so I waited for the dentist to call me back and set up our future appointments and nothing, waited some more and nothing and so on. so, I got more pain on my tooth where he did the cavity I called and I asked why no one followed up on me and the person I spoke had no idea what I was talking about. spoke to a different person and same story they had no idea what I was speaking about. one indicated to me that once they refer someone out, that was it the specialist was going to take over from there. so I explained why I went to see the specialist then she acknowledge with a that makes sense now. at this time Im upset and stated but if I owed you money you sure would have followed up on me. aside for courteous, personable to me there is no follow through, proper record keeping. Im am going to a new dentist with my fingers crossed and hope that at least I dont have to go back after every visit because the job was not done the first time. so, if personable, friendly smile a joke here and there is what you look for in a dentist you wont find a better place. if, a job that goes beyond cleaning that requires it done right the first time and the follow through is there, seek elsewhere.

This is the best office Ive ever been to! I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dentist offices, but they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Most loving environment, comfy neck pillow and Netflix! Also they dont yell at you for doing something wrong or push you to do anything you dont want to do. Best ever!

No issues with service. Prices are affordable. The facility is clean and well kept. They have TVs to watch and listen too (wireless headset) while in the dentist chair. They even have one chair that has a massager. They take care of you here. I highly recommend. Thank you everyone. ♥️
