Staff is really rude. I tried speaking to the manager but apparently “she’s busy right now and she will call you later”, as if our time wasn’t important and we aren’t busy too. All I wanted was to o get answer about our account which they gave me wrong information the day before, 2: ask why they said we were late when I clearly got a confirmation the day before of the time of the appointment. Working in the medical field myself, I would never show up 30 mins late to an appointment, yet they did not apologize for the misunderstanding. I am just super upset and frustrated with the staff in this office. I wish I could transfer over without it affecting our insurance!

Great experience and great prices… only downfall was that I couldn’t get an earlier appointment for a procedure after the initial consult. Overall, friendly staff and very helpful

I was getting irritated at the wait time that we were experiencing but then we got called by a kind lady named Leslie I believe and with her bubbly personality the first thing she did was apologize for the wait and explained everything that was going to happen due to the fact that all 3 of my children were nervous and she personally talked to each of them explaining the entire procedure for the day and they went back without a fuss. All 3 of my children said they got x-rays and cleanings by her and said she was super gentle with everything and I couldnt be happier. Now theyre waiting for theyre next dentist appointment!

This was my second time taking my son here for a dentist appointment. The first time was just for a routine check up which went perfectly, the second time was because my son broke his front tooth in half. The office scheduled me in for a quick appointment, everybody was taking precautions and I felt safe inside the building even with social distancing protocols in place. The doctor came in and saw us very quickly, was very nice to my son, and explained everything to us as parents. Overall was a good experience and will be going back.

Perfect service, my nephew had a great experience, the assistant Naomi was so nice with him she treaded us very kindly, such as nice person and a great place to take your children.

Never have any issues when I take my daughter here. The ladys checking me in are always friendly and helpful.

Great people. Everybody is nice and very helpful. It was my sons first time going to the dentist, so he was a little scared. But when it was time everybody was nice and made him feel comfortable. One two three he was asleep. They took 6 teeth out and capped 6 teeth so he had a alot to get done. It took about an hour so make sure you eat before you go. After it was done they helped me get him up and he was ready to go. After that he was a little fussy but after like 4 hours he was watching tv and back to his normal self. The procedure went great and the staff there is awesome. Will take my kids back. Thanks for the great service.

Service is getting bad progressively. I called last month to change my credit card number to pay for my sister braces. They said I never did and wanted to charge me rebate, till I mention Kritzia who was an awesome employee there always had great organization, never dealt with issues like these, sadly she left. They immediately found my card in their records...pathetic.

I love this place. They are very understanding and patient. I accidentally left my purse at home and they had to verify everything by phone and it took a while but they were very gracious about it. My boys didnt have any problems and the icing on the cake they had face painting! Cat did an amazing job and both my boys loved their painting and boasted about them. A great place!

That lady in the front desk has always been so rude and now that shes pregnant shes worse. So unprofessional sometimes she even has her kid in the front office and shes yelling at her kid. Everything and everyone else is amazing shes just the big problem doesnt even smile

Awesome place for my kids, dentist is so nice. The front area needs to be mopped and cleaned better though baby crawling and was really dirty.

This is a great place, especially for emergency issues. They work with state insurance and all of my children have been seen here over the years. The staff is polite and accommodating, the dentists are quick and thorough and I would gladly recommend their office to anyone.

Took my kids today and I have to admit the turn out was VERY VERY good. The procedure was done professionally and I have no complaints. We met KAT she was doing face painting my kids loved it. The face painting was AWSOME my kids loved it was something to get there mind away from being at the dentist. I highly recommended kidz connection excellent facility and ver professional staff. Not to mention they are doing a very helpful raffle of back packs and school supplies.

DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!I went for a check up to see if I could get my braces and they told me I was fine, Turns out I had 8 cavities gathered up from a while ago! Plus theyre RUDE .

Just moved to this location, good service wait is not too long, nice that they have a movie playing for the kids and they offer complimentary water bottle for parents. The only downside is that they do not offer appointments afterschool for when kids have to come back to fix cavities.

I love this place. Especially the windows where I can watch them work with the kids. Its a really neat atmosphere and the Lego Jeep is pretty awesome.
