I very rarely post reviews but I must share my experience with you all. I am from out of town and the wire of my newly adjusted braces was sticking out and cutting my cheek. I stopped by Encanto Dental in the hopes they would cut the wire and was willing to pay for it, but not only did the cut the wire, they did it for free even though I was not a patient of theirs. I am very so grateful for taking away the pain and stress of my situation. They were friendly, professional and kind hearted. If I lived in Arizona this is where I would go for all my dental needs.

All of the staff, the front desk people, the dental hygienist and the dentist are very accommodating, professional and caring. I could not recommend them more highly.

I am so happy to find this dentist office. It is exactly like the family practice that you get proper care, advice, excellence care, and updated equipment. I love it! Thank you for your service!!!

I was passing through while visiting friends and family when gum issues and a possible abscess ruined plans. Wife found this place and so I went. Never felt more comfortable with the staff as friendly as can be. The dentist handed down some very good knowledge and a plan I will be sticking with once I get to my destination. Very affordable and they take care credit which is awesome.

I just had an exam and cleaning with Encanto Family Dental Care and had the best experience! Everyone in the office were friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Luz did a great job taking my x-rays Dr. Kapadia is very thorough and personable. My cleaning was done by the dental hygienist, Trina who was awesome and gentle. I would definitely recommend this dental office!!

I usually dread going to the dentist & since I just moved this was my first time coming here. Trina gave me an amazing experience while I was there last week, she was very professional and super nice, and she definitely calmed my nerves with her sense of humor. 10/10 recommend. Will be coming back!

Excellent service! I am a gagger and had no problems when x-rays were taken. Very gentle touch and everything was explained in an understandable way. They are personable and care about their patients.I have been seeing them since we moved to Phoenix in 2018. They are definitely family oriented and close to our home.

Encanto Family Dental Care provides an all around stellar experience. The hygienists are professional, use the most up-to-date technology and are really friendly. The dentists are both highly qualified and great about making recommendations for care without being too aggressive in treatment. And the front office staff is charming and helpful. I always feel well cared for and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit with this practice and I can say I will defiantly be returning! From the moment I walked in the door and out I was greeted with smiles and felt welcomed. Dentist are not always fun for me but Trina my hygienist had made sure to make me feel more at ease through the whole process. I definitely look forward to my follow up!

Went in for a cleaning and Trinidad was amazing. She was very nice and my teeth felt and looked amazing after. Since my visit I have recommended family and friends.

I went to EFD as my first dental visit in over a year (retirement and COVD), so I was very nervous about a new dentist. I need not have worried. The place is great. But even more than that, my hygienist, Trina, was literally the best hygienist I have ever had. Im 54, so thats a few. I highly recommend this place. And I hope Trina never leaves!!!

I am thankful I came across Dr. Kapadias practice here at Encanto Family Dental. She is incredibly kind and friendly, and also very skilled. She helps me feel at ease, as I am not the biggest fan of dental work. I am grateful to have her as my dentist. I have had cleanings with several hygienists here and they have done a great job and given me excellent tips, including using a WaterPik (get one and use it–it will change your life!).

If you need braces, or implants, or a root canal, or a crown, or perio gum therapy or.....you get the idea-Encanto Family Dental Care at 15th Ave. and Thomas is the best downtown dental office to work with! Dr. Kapadia recently helped me with a mysterious jaw pain, while Dr. Nunley is doing a crown and a cavity. Trust dental assistant Valery with your periodontal issues-she is very knowledgeable. Also on staff is the office manager, Link, who will tangle with your insurance company. Great Experience for Your Teeth!

It was so amazing and great to get in there and get my teeth cleaned. Not just because of the whole covid-19 thing, but to see everyone! Everyone here loves their work, they do it super well, and I walk out of there feeling ready to go again. Theres something really great about having a clean mouth. And a great smile. Encanto ROCKS.

I’ve been a patient here for about 8 years! Dr. Nunley is fantastic. Link, works with the insurance and payment arrangements. What’s great is that he comes to you with what everything is going to cost you and always makes reasonable payment arrangements.Dr. Nunley goes over all the options available for your needs and gives you the pros and cons of each.I love that they’re located in a house in Encanto because it does feel homey!I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr. Kapadia and staff, from hygienists to office, were professional and friendly. While efficient, they were still personable and took time in interacting with me. So far my adventure with encanto dental has been amazing it has almost been a year i have been with them. The staff are friendly and informative all their Dentist are skilled and careful when preforming anything on you. I now have braces I also had 2 wisdom tooth pulled it didnt hurt at all and the location is nice. Im glad I found them and will continue to visiting them. Clean environment, front dest people polite and professional. Dentist was had great personality and knowledgable about service provided.

I reluctantly have to give this 5 stars because the service was quick and it was painless. I didnt expect to survive and was severely disappointed that I manage to live another day despite my pleas for the end. Dr. Kapadia was a true professional and made sure everything went smooth and efficiently without any pain.So if you are the type that like rude doctors and a heartless staff with no care for your well being then this is not the place for you. If you want professional setting with fun people and a genuine concern for your well being, then give this place a shot. Its worth it if you are about courtesy and respect. 5 stars

Best Dentist Office I ever been to in Arizona. Love the staff!

I have to question reviews here. I spent a fortune for a top dental plate, where my insurance was billed for a bar 3 times that doesnt exist, and an oral surgeon said there are so many things wrong with this that I dont know where to begin. It will cost me $60K to $100K to have them remoed and redone. It looks like it was made in a toy factory. My dental records have changed 3 times. Dr. Nunley and the true owners Kim Mack and Ken Oishi are arrogant enough to think I will go away, but I will not. Also check the dental board records on Dr. Nunley. I wish I would have instead of trusted Delta who approved him but Delta is legally answering for that decision also.
