Some staff not all staff who work here are very rude and unprofessional they make it seem like they are there to mingle and socialize rather than work like a social hour not a dentist appointment, having personal conversations. Some staff including dentist felt its necessary to give personal opinions rather than professional opinions. Some of the dentist not all are very unpleasant. They overbook, kids not a priority just about the money never have appointments.My kids have came here since babies, now that they are old enough to speak and explain things they tell me that some of the dentist are mean and aggressive. I would never go back to this office or refer anyone else for that matter. I have finally had enough. its all Unbelievable!

This place is terrible! everyone here seems as if its only practice for them and not about doing a good job or even caring towards the children. Zero social skills. Zero workmanship. Nobody here ever seems to know what theyre doing. My littles only had one or two cavities that were not even close to severe and they wanted to perform dental surgery for something not serious. Seems as if its only for money for them. Never going back.

IF I COULD RATE THIS INDIVIDUAL A 0, I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD. AWFUL EXPERIENCE !! THE SO CALLED “MANAGER” ROSIE, SUCH A RUDE PERSON SHOULDNT HAVE THE POSITION SHE HAS IF SHES GOING TO BE TREATING PEOPLE DISRESPECTFULLY OVER THE PHONE. PLEASE DONT GO HERE TAKE YOUR KIDS ELSEWHERE.

We have been coming here for 10 years and it is always a phenomenal experience. The quality of care at Tooth Doctor is superb. The same staff have been here for years and every time we go we know we are in the best hands, with the most experienced kids dentists and staff around, especially when my kids have needed sedation for treatment. The rooms are always pristine clean and sanitary. I love the fact that they take emergencies and walk ins, so even if we have to wait sometimes in the lobby we know that is because their team is available if we need them in an emergency.

Dont even bother going here, when they were cleaning my teeth and whatnot, they kept hurting me, I asked them to stop because at this point it felt like I was constantly being stabbed by a needle, they said no. They really didnt stop and they blamed me for the pain. My mouth is extremely bruised and my gums are swollen. Dont go here. Not even bothering going to the next scheduled appointment.

I have been using this office for a few years now. The staff is awesome. My son Gary has had a lot of work done here and its all been fine. From baby silver teeth that had to be put in to root canal and fillings have been done as well. I dont pay much out of pocket. Huge bonus. The only complaint I have is the wait. This last time they didnt book appointments very well Ive been here for 1hr 20 minutes and there just starting to work on him. So Ill be here for a while longer. But I have no complaints on the work they have done.

I feel if their going to pull someones tooth that they should at least give them medication for the healing process do to the unsubstantial pains that a person goes through duringaduring healingnhealing to mention common courtesy towards adults to let them actually whats going on.

Dr. Brenchley clearly explains what he is doing as he works. His commitment to quality care and education is reflected in the staff. Rebecca is the best Dental Assistant, very considerate and thorough in her task, it’s always a pleasure to see her, giving me confidence that I am in good hands.

I went today and when they were cleaning and flossing my teeth it hurt so bad and after words when I got home my gums were bruised and some of my gums were coming of a little bit I wish I could give 0/5 because Im in actual pain

My kids went here since they were babies and I have finally had enough. My kids are now old enough to explain things to me. And in the recent years have complained about things teeth hurting after dental work, my child still feeling pain while dental work is being done. Ect. Besides that my daughter who is now 9 would get into panic going here and would not even allow them to clean her teeth. Feels like they overbook and its all about the money not the children. Just took my children to another place and my daughter allowed them to clean her teeth and today went in to have some fillings done and she came out with a smile on her face. Unbelievable!

This review is for Braces for Less, located next door to Arizona Tooth Doctor for Kids,they will mess up your teeth, thats all i have to say. When they took my braces off the doctor didnt even bother to take the glue off my teeth and i still had a gap between my teeth, and keep in mind that i had braces on for 5 years!! 5 years!! That’s all my high school year and freshman college!! don’t come here unless you want to waste your time and money

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!! I WAS TOLD I NEEDED A ROOTH CANAL AND WAS ONLY SENT HOME WITH PAIN MEDS FOR THE WEEKEND TILL MONDAY MORNING BUT THAT DIDNT HELP AT ALL I WAS IN PAIN THE WHOLE WEEKEND BUT LUCKILY I FOUND A MUCH BETTER PLACE .This Dr actually did his job he found out that I had an infection did the right job and found the problems and gave me the right medicines sent me home with antibiotics and new pain meds and I finally feel much better .I will also remove MY DAUGHTER FROM THIS LOCATION AS WELL .

Place takes forever!. Appt at 11, checked in at 1050. At 12 he got his xrays done and finally at 1220 they just started his cleaning

Went here for back tooth to get pulled they ended up telling me I also needed a root canal on my front tooth which was started then in process was told he couldnt complete cause tooth was infected by this time he put a hole in my front tooth and left it open sent home wit antibiotics w I finished antibiotics went back and was told same thing and referred to a specialist that only had appointment 4months out in mean time my tooth is getting rotten in hole he left open but time I actually got into specialist my front tooth had cracked down the middle and they said after I see specialist they would cap I finally seen specialist went back and was told tooth was so broke it couldnt be capped and for it to get fixed itll be 2000 dollars out of pocket....now Im 35 missing a front tooth and they have no plans on making up what they messed up Ill never use them again Im looking into legal help
