We were never super thrilled with the dental care we received here, so we switched to a different dentist (who we LOVE) in 2019. Fast forward to July 2021 I begin receiving bills for over $300 from Dental Depot. They dont tell me the name of the patient (we took 4 children there), the date of service, or the service performed. Its taken me 3 months of phone calls and leaving messages to finally talk to someone who can tell me the date of service and theyre claiming the insurance denied the claim. Since weve changed insurances its really difficult to go back THREE YEARS to provide proof of insurance. None of these unprofessional billing issues with our new dentists, thank goodness.

I was grateful to be seen the day of my call for a dental concern for my child. Following the appt, the billing dept indicated information given to the treatment team was not relayed, creating a notable and unnecessary delay in paying for the procedure. I then asked for the prescription for antibiotic care and was told it would be sent electronically. I provided pharmacy details at that time, which appeared to be documented electronically by staff. I called the center back as the prescription had not been sent and was grateful that a staff member answered. The staff member stated in an aggressive tone, How could I send it when you didnt fill out the pharmacy information? I indicated I had provided the information at discharge and then provided the information again. I told the staff member I felt she sounded verbally aggressive given her tone. She ignored me. I thanked her, and we ended the call. The prescription was called in but could not be filled due to dosing concerns. There was no after hour contact information to correct or address the issue. Given that it was the weekend, I called my childs pediatrician and they called in a new prescription to address the concern.

Dental Depot is great. They are honest, dont try to tell you that you need fillings when you dont. Many other dentists in the Valley do. The hygienist are great and really care for their patients. I have been coming here for over 4yrs after seeing a terrible dentist and I just Love this place.

Dr Arthurs is a caring human being and talented dentist. He listens to the patients needs. He truly cares about his patients and even their family members. He always inquires how my kids are doing when Im there for a treatment. Ive been going there for 13 years and I wont easily trust my teeth with anybody else.

This was my first time I visit this location. I was amazed by the customer service I received from the beginning all the way until the end.Dr. Nicole Noble took care of my dental problem, very knowledgeable, caring and informative. The assistant was very charming and professional.Keep up the good work 😊

Front desk got me in same day and even earlier than my scheduled appointment. She was super nice! The dentist was amazing. I came in because of my gums hurting and instead of saying it would heal on its own and sending me off he game me a gel that made my gums feel better. The dental assistant who helped me again AMAZING! She put the gel on for me showed me how to do it and I left feeling so much less pain than I was originally. They all are such a gem! I appreciate such kindness and attention they showed. I will be going back for myself and my kids. They are amazing people!! Thank you to all the staff at Dental Depot!!

For the 1st time ever I had a dentist who was more concerned with what I wanted vs whats better for their business. They are willing to listen to you and able to work with you. Its like they want your outcome to be what you want. Most dentist will say this is your only option and give you an outrageous price but not here. They will go over your options and see what works best with your budget.

This is the best dental office that we have ever been to My husband had a emergency walk in appointment. Everyone was so nice and they genuinely care about the patients. The dentist was probably the best and kindest and most caring one we have seen in a Long time Awesome bed side manner

The staff is incredible and the doctor was the most gentle and kind dentist that I have ever seen. Watching the toy train circling the room was actually a nice distraction as well.I am so grateful to have accidentally found this gem of a dental group.

Dental Depot is a chain, Im specifically reviewing the greenway location in Phoenix Arizona.Theyre amazing Ive been going there for a few years after using two other dentists in the area.I would highly recommend them.I had two other veteran dental offices tell me I needed dental implants. Came to dental Depot at Greenway and they were able to resolve the issue and save my tooth with a crown instead. It wasnt easy which is probably why the other dentists didnt offer but this office got it done.

We had an amazing visit at dental depo. The staff is super professional and very attentive. They made my 6 year old son feel safe and made his visit fun. I highly recommend this dentist

I had a billing problem which the girls up front worked diligently to clear up for me. I appreciate all of their help, thank you thankThe actual dental staff was very professional and completed the work with expertise.

Kim the hygenist was very rude and non professional. I knew I needed a deep cleaning. Which I did, she said insurance would only cover half today. I informed her, I dont have insurance. Immediately out of her mouth, oh you poor dear.I told her it was Care credit. What possessed her to say that. She shouldnt have commented. There is nothing wrong with not having insurance.Today when I scheduled this appointment, I was already giving this office another try. Now, never again.

They always have appts available and are able to see me same day. Staff is awesome and professional. Place is always clean. Prices very responsible. I try to tell as many people as possible about this location on Greenway!

The care was ok, but they did NOT bill properly. They promised me my two insurances could work together, making my bill $0 for my filling. A YEAR LATER, they not only sent me an $80 bill, I found out THEY NEVER BILLED MY SECOND INSURANCE!! Worse, they refused to do so, and my credit score took a huge hit, saying I was a year delinquent! What a stupid reason to chase patients away!

This place was just great. I had called to schedule an appointment to have my wisdom teeth looked at and I expected to have to reschedule to get them actually removed.. They did it the same day. It was so fast. I think I spent an hour there, an hour and a half total because i got there early to do paperwork- you do have the option to do paperwork online before the appointment. I definitely would reccomend eDental depot. They gave me a t shirt too for being a new patient.

The dentist were a very amiable bunch and did a great job. They are a great spot for dental checks and amazing people.

The first time I went here back in December it was great. The hygienist was amazing and so nice. My visit yesterday was horrible. The hygienist had no clue what she was doing. All she did was the ultrasonic (which she didn’t know how to work so water was sprayed all over me) and the polisher, which again she didn’t know how to work so that was all over the place. She also “flossed” my teeth which involved just putting floss between my teeth and not doing anything. My teeth felt horrible after leaving. I can do a better at home with my water pick, tooth brush and floss than she did. I feel like they shouldn’t be charging my insurance so I can go elsewhere for a 6 month cleaning and actually get my teeth cleaned. I was going to ask her to actually clean them but the fact she didn’t know what she was doing I was afraid she’d really hurt my mouth.

They took very good care of my 3 year old today! The assistant was very nice and explained step by step what she was gunna do to my 3 year old. That helped him stay calm and he got a gift at the end for being so good!

This was going to be my first time visiting this office. I had an appointment at 11 but got called into work so I called to cancel and “Sharyl” or whatever her name is answered the phone with an attitude and when I said I’d like to reschedule I was hung up on. Very unprofessional & rude. When I initially had called to make the appointment the day before, that receptionist was also very snappy and impatient, I could barely make it through to the end of the call. These woman need better customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this office.

They got me in same day!! Every single person I encountered was cordial, helpful and polite!! From front desk, to x ray tech,t to dental asst, to dr!! Left with a great plan to get my teeth looking amazing again!! Definitely recommend!! Thank you!!!

My experience is not so great.  Had 4 wisdom teeth removed last Thursday. I woke up a few times as they were taking my teeth out and remembered the pain.I also was in alot of pain once I woke up. I also remember as they put me in the wheel chair shoving gaze in the side of my mouth and it wasnt gentle. They can say what they want but I even told front desk staff I remember waking and hearing them drill or Crack my wisdom teeth.  I was barley waking and they sent me out of thedoor as soon as I opened my eyes it felt rushed. There was no care in putting the gaze or wrapping my face for my jaw to be supported.  Also they prescribed me 8 pain pills which was not enough for my recrecovey time. I went in again this past Monday cause the pain and swelling wasnt going away,  instead of understanding the doctor looked at me as if why I was there I felt judged. They dont do follow-ups so you will have to make sure you follow-up with them if something doesnt fill right. Overall do your research before having your wisdom teeth removed here. Their plan sounds good at first but the end result isnt that great. Front desk is nice but for surgeries they are rushed and you arnt handled with care, at least I wasnt.

The staff was great and helpful! The wait was the worst part, but they were running behind. Total appointment time was 3pm and got out at 430pm and that was for a first time visit. Overall the experience was great!

First of all the staff is awesome, but the lady that answered me right now her her name is Alicia and she was so rude! I called cause my daughter has a lot of appointments there and I was confused why so many appointments. Well Alicia was very rude and hung up on me and admitted to hanging up on me. My daughter wanted to stay with Dr. Arthur and they said her appointment was with him, come to find out it isn’t. I have never had any problems till today and I’m disappointed with the way I was treated.

Always professional and friendly, my visit was for a cleaning and xrays which was done quickly and efficiently. Lo and behold, my xrays showed that a wisdom tooth had painlessly made its appearance so that was a surprise, especially since Im almost 60-years old!

I was having a dental emergency today. I called to get an appointment but they were full thru Friday. He said I could be a walk in if I needed to. I went in today and only had to wait about 20 minutes. Dr. Arthur took care of my issue right away. I am afraid of the whole dentist thing. But I really like and trust Dr. ARTHUR. Which is a huge compliment from me !! I would recommend him to anyone !! Hes great!!

If you are in need of taking your small child here because of a concern dont. I had noticed my 1.5yr old had some gum swelling early in the week but knew he was teething, but by the 4th day motrin and tylenol and cold chewies were not helping him, his gums were much more noticeably swollen, he had also decided he didnt want to eat anything but yogurt for 2 days. Given that it was a friday i could only get into dental depot. The dentist came in with his hygienist and asked what was happening and right away the hygienist just said oh hes teething.. they did not examine him other than to have ME lift his lip up to see his front gums. The dentist just agreed with his hygienist who then condescendingly said is this your first child when i tried to push back on my concerns cause my gut new this was not normal. We left without anything being done. I was able to get into our pediatrician that monday who after looking in his mouth and being shocked how swollen his gums were, checked his ears and found an ear infection (he had no symptoms so we never would have guessed). She stated if they had properly looked in his mouth they would have known it was more than just teething, that something else was going on. His gums were too swollen for just teething, that is what a doctor who cared enough to look said. We got put on antibiotics right away and started to feel better. I assure you i will never bring my child to a dental depot again. If you have a small child and have concerns head to an urgent care or try to find a pediatric dentist.

Dr Arthur has always taken excellent care of my family and I and is the only dentist we have trusted for years.

This is a wonderful dental practice. I have a severe dental phobia and I felt comfortable here. The dentists and staff are fast and friendly and efficient. The office is cute and clean with room to spread out. If you dont have dental insurance they offer cash discounts.

Went to this place from a referral saw a girl named Monica dental hygienist what a lazy person she was didnt even clean right she was on her phone texting or doing other things. She didnt even get all my teeth done brought my son they didnt tell me anything about his teeth. Had my fill out new patient paper work at the end which was okay. But if you like your time wasted visit this place

I have not been to the dentist in several years. I HATE going to the dentist and was extremely anxious about the cleaning becuase it had been so long. My hygienist, Kim, was amazing! She was so kind and patient with me, and talked me through everything she was doing. The whole staff is very friendly from setting up the appointment, the exam and cleaning, to checkout.

I chose this office based on proximity, hours of operation & Google Reviews (my mistake) for a new patient appointment at noon last Saturday for my teen. Unfortunately, well not be returning, after an abnormally long, 90 minute appointment, during which not one person kept either of us informed of the delay or communicated with me at all. My daughter is anxious, in general, nervous about dentists, this was her first time here & she was in the back alone (extra people arent allowed due to Covid) for that whole time without knowing why she was sitting idle for so long. Had I been back there, I wouldve spoken up. And, had I known wed be there that long, I wouldve prepared her, and also gone home to wait for her to be done. The front desk clerk was very apologetic when I inquired (after seeing multiple people come & go) about what the delay was, about 80 minutes into the appointment. Unfortunately, he was the only one who did so. I get that businesses like this run behind sometimes, but as a paying customer & concerned parent, the gross lack of consideration for my time & keeping me informed, the lack of sensitivity & communication with my child, the whole thing left a terrible first impression. A little communication goes a long way, folks. Ill be cancelling the future appointment made & finding an office thats more customer focused & runs on time.

I went in for a filling and extraction of my wisdom tooth that was causing my really bad pain. I never needed to go to the dentist before Ive always had what they say good teeth for the most part. The staff were really nice and helpful I felt really comfortable with proceeding forward. Overall I had a really good experience there with everything I would recommend that be the place you go to if you are having and teeth problems.

When I say this is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to that doesn’t even do it justice! I STRONGLY dislike going to the dentist but I’m almost excited to go back and finish my root canal and everything else.... From the welcome at the front desk to the check out desk they staff is simply amazing! Made me feel comfortable and like everything is gonna be ok! Thanks a bunch!

Where to start. I was referred here for emergency care by my insurance. The reviews looked good so I was hopeful but the receptionist was very short with me and looked noticeably irked that I was a new patient through her face shield. Didn’t smile once, and it’s a dentist’s office! A smile isn’t too much to ask for is it? I observed as I waited and noticed she did smile at some patients but not others. I waited for 45 minutes my first visit. The dental tech was the only good part, she was reassuring and very sweet. I waited in the dentist chair another 30 minutes and by the time the dentist arrived the office had technically closed. He looked at my teeth for a good five minutes, suggested a $300 mouth guard which wasn’t covered by my insurance. I was desperate so I agreed (big mistake). They took digital impressions of my teeth, but the woman who did it was super rough and I had sore gums and cheeks after.I came back to pick up my mouth guard a week later and waited 35 minutes to be seen. It didn’t fit quite right but the tech told me that if it doesn’t feel right just boil some hot water and you can remold it yourself at home. I asked her if she could do it now but she kept pushing just try it out and you can remold it at home. Would’ve been nice to know that, I could’ve ordered a $20 at home mouth guard kit from Amazon!! Suffice to say, the $300 mouth guard hasn’t helped my problem (the ill fit has actually made it worse!) and I’m switching to a dentist that a family member suggested.

Had the most amazing time at the dental depot. Staff is very professional and I got a cleaning and treatment on the same appointment. My hygienist Raceme was amazing and gave me the best cleaning of my life. When it came to treatment Dr. Livsey was amazing did my exam and started same day treatment. She educated me on what my dental needs are and took the time to answer all of my questions. The assistant Alex was helpful in making sure that everything was ready and provided me with a sense of trust and comfort. The treatment was quick and painless. What can I say they have an amazing team and I will definitely be back for future treatment needs.

Woke up Saturday with a toothache that has been lingering, but finally decided to scream. Panicked, because my regular dentist is closed on the weekends, I called Dental Depot hoping they could squeeze in an emergency extraction. They not only saw me within an hour, the removed my awful tooth just as quickly, and without a single pinch of pain. Im back at home happily doing laundry now, instead of being curled up into a ball squeezing my head for 2 days. Thank you, Dr. Woodruff. You saved me from a weekend of torture.

I have had positive experiences at Dental Depot for almost three years--thats why I continue to go there. This time, however, was different. I arrived just in time for a cleaning appointment. Due to unknown circumstances, I was led to a chair 50! minutes later. I then endured the hygienists continued comments about how badly I keep my teeth and about what products I should be using. Interestingly, during past appointments I was praised for the good condition of my teeth. My cleaning took about 20 minutes. Then I waited 10 minutes more for the doctor to examine my mouth. I went to the reception area only to wait another 20! minutes for an estimate for a cavity and a referral to an oral surgeon. All in all, I was at the office for TWO HOURS for a one-hour appointment. Im usually kept informed about the reasons for any delays, but I received no communication whatsoever this time. It wasnt a happy time!

My son has seen a few dentists and this place is the best. Dr. Dawson was so nice and was right to the point.My son liked him and felt comfortable which is most important to me.Ill definitely be bringing my son back here.

This is an updated review. I would post a new review but Google wont allow it. Regardless, its still five stars because my overall experience with Dental Depot at the Greenway location has been positive.I find that, most of time, when I visit medical professionals, it feels a bit like Im being treated like cattle. Experiences can be fast, impersonal, and sometimes needlessly rough. With that said, I want to highlight two people who have made my visits better.First, the dental hygienist Andi. Usually when I get my teeth cleaned I try to ask if theres anything in my technique that can be improved, what I can be doing better. Usually Im told Im doing well. Andi took her time to point out where I can improve and it has helped my dental hygiene. Additionally, she recently performed the local anesthesia while getting some old fillings refilled and its the first time someone took the time with it. Normally, someone jabs the needle in and its off to the races. I never felt a thing with the way she did it and I didnt know that was possible.Secondly, I want to recognize Dr. Dawson. Ive seen him the last two visits and I think hes worth requesting. Without going into too many details, I just want to say that he owned a problem and empathized with me in a way I have yet to experience with a dentist. A big thank you, Dr. Dawson.Im highlighting two people at this location but I want to also point out that the staff at this location are friendly and really do make an effort.

Dental Depot is a wonderful place to see a dentist! I’m very fearful of dentists, and yet I’m not dreading going back. The front desk staff, my new Dental Assistant Alex, and Dr Arthur are all nurturing and kind. Thank you for restoring my faith in dentistry!!!

Our wait for this visit was uncharacteristically long. Some waiting room management would have been a good idea as there were too many people to properly social distance. Once we got in for the cleaning, it went quickly and smoothly.

I always kept coming here because of the hours and days I needed for appointments. Every time I come in I see a different doctor each time. This time was the worse- some doctor came in I have never seen before and couldnt give me a direct answer about my teeth. He couldnt figure out how my tooth was cracked and was not even positive that it was cracked! I asked for a 2nd opinion but decided I will just go to a new office.

Besides how polite everyone was, they were extremely professional and helpful in helping me sort out my options! AND , the makeup and design of the place offers great comfort and nostalgia with the trains motif! Who doesn’t live a train?! Myself and my family will be back..

Honestly it seems like amazing office and the dentist was great, BUT I been pulling my hair out the past month because the dentist didn’t finish and neglected to let anyone know that so when I come back to finish they telling me to pay more and jobs done etc etc. Was a nightmare all because they didn’t communicate. They really scared me thinking I’d have to walk around half done for months until more money kicks in. Made me feel really stupid

Highly recommend this place to any family with children or adults. The receptionist/staffs were so nice and made me feel comfortable. Im normally nervous to going to any dental appointment but they explained everything I needed to know to prepare me for anything that needed to be done.

Had really bad pain and needed an extraction, it was an emergency so I didn’t call or made an appointment prior to showing up, there was a lot of people and it was busy I thought I was going to be there awhile but I was there maybe 10min filling out paperwork then got called to the back, what seemed like 10mins later I was out of there, everyone’s so professional, Friendly and treat you like family, this is definitely my go to For any Dentistry work, I ’m feeling so much better thank you guys!

I take my daughter to Dental Depot for her dental care. She is seen everytime by a very knowledgeable hygentist, and her name is Raceme. Raceme is very sensitive, and caring towards the needs of a special needs child. The staff at Dental Depot are all special, knowledgeable people. 💕

I hate the dentist but Dental Depot makes the experience better than I imagine. They do a great job at pain management. I recommend them to everyone I know. My whole family is cared by these great people.
