I highly recommend Southern Dental for your dental needs. Very friendly, courteous staff and excellent customer service. Dr.Schmidt and Ada did a wonderful job with my 7 year old daughter. They made her feel comfortable. Procedure was done in a timely manner and excellent team work! Overall good experience.

They advertise that new patients without insurance is a certain amount and it covers x ray and cleaning, but thats not accurate. I went in granted I had a toothache, havent been to a dentist in a minute. The only place they x ray was that one side I was feeling the pain. I got not cleaning for that standard feel and did not get a fully mouth x ray.If they cared about me and my oral health they would have did better with their customers service. Cause if u heard my story as a good dentist you would have done a better job and looked at my entire mouth. While doing the roots canal they cause a filling to fall out and they want to charge me to put back in a filling that they cause to fall out. I think thats beyond unfair because its their fault it drop out. And this is why I hate the dentist all they care about is the money. Other than the fact that them love money and really dont care about my oral health the process was not bad and I like the fact they open on Sunday.

I went in because I had tooth pain. They were able to quickly diagnose it and get my problem solved. Id highly recommend them. Tammi needs a raise!

I have seen 4 Dentist in the last 2 years and each one has told me their was nothing they could do to help me because my tooth were to bad. They were so kind helpful made me feel comfortable I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the Dentist. Dr Schultz,I think was his last name at 3320 Southern Ave. Was AWESOME. He explains everything to the detail and is very good I felt nothing when he literally pulled my back tooth out. Explained in detail what to expect and is Very nice. Patty , the assistant wax wonderful too. But the Dr I give 10 out of 10. Its 30 miles away but worth the drive.

So youre greeted by Eliana when you get in and she has the most pleasant attitude. I appreciate this so much. Then very quickly after Sergio came and got me, the dental assistant and we then started x-rays and polishing.Every step of the way Sergio was giving me instructions on what would happen next. After x-rays then De Schmidt came on and completed the rest and was very thorough. I appreciate this service. I feel blessed to have found this location. I gave 4 stars because I think they should offer you some water since dental visits sometimes make you thirsty.Thats it!!! Will be back. Go here.

I took all 3 of my children to Southern Dental yesterday, they usually don’t like going to the dentist so they were nervous as usual. However Dr Angeles and Eliana made them feel so comfortable that by the time we left, my two girls were saying “Going to the dentist was actually nice today! I don’t want to go to any other dentist now, everybody here is so nice “. This office is very clean, theres plenty of parking, the staff is great and the Dr was awesome. It was a painless visit. I recommend this clinic for all dental services. And theyre extremely affordable. They also have payment plans that can be tailored according to your dental work and number of visits. Scheduling was easy and the front desk lady was so nice but more importantly was knowledgeable. Paperwork is all online beforehand so as a New Patient you won’t have a ton of forms when you walk in. The building is not fancy but the inside is nice and they have all modern machines/equipment. Cleaning and checkup was about an hour. They were timely which I appreciate and we didn’t have to wait. Their pricing was also much better than some other places. I felt safe with all their COVID safety precautions.

Place is legit. You know how some dentists are like car mechanics and upsell a million things? Not this place. I haven’t been to the dentist in almost 5 years because I didn’t want to deal with that anxiety. But I had a bad tooth problem and this place didn’t judge me once for not going to the dentist earlier Dad! Maybe we can all take a lesson from this places sensitivity to our anxieties Dad!

Initially, I had mixed feelings about Southern Dental. I went in because I had a toothache, knowing it needed extracted. I chose this location because they were suggested by my insurance.The first visit was compromised of x-rays. Turned out that I needed three teeth extracted, not just the one, and a deep cleaning. I made an appointment for later that week to get my teeth cleaned and two of the three extractions.The second visit was survived; having two teeth extracted in the same visit was very painful. The only downside was that they didnt pull the tooth that was causing the pain. My insurance company explained that they only cover one procedure per quadrant per visit, so because of the deep cleaning they actually couldnt extract the offending tooth.Today, I had my third visit and things went a lot smoother. Overall, I am very pleased with the services provided.Things to note: Southern Dentals customer service is top notch! Eliana at the front desk is always smiling and pleasant to speak with. The dental assistant, Sergio, was knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr. Schmidt, the dentist, was pleasant and explained the procedures very well.Suggestion: if you have any questions regarding why they perform multiple procedures in a specific order, dont be afraid to ask the dentist. I was stupid and waited until after I got home and called the insurance company.I have a few more procedures to go (I want implants to replace the first two extractions), and I will continue to take my business to Southern Dental and, specifically, Dr. Schmidt.

Absolutely amazing! The owner aka the head dentist aka “the man” was so good to me. His name is Dr Morris and I’ll tell you his confidence when you feel so at ease even though I was having an extraction i had faith and trust in his knowledge and experience. I called probably at like 5 o’clock because I broke my tooth they were able to get me in at seven the same day. Absolutely love the late hours! Also, The text Sergio was awesome explained everything to me and every bit of detail I had no questions by the time I left very friendly super nice loved him. Also Elana The office receptionist keep everybody in line woman I was such a sweetheart this whole team made me feel Just so comfortable and at home and nobody usually can make me feel comfortable like that. So thank you all for everything if you are worried about seeing a Dennis or have had a bad experience do not be worried go to them they even have upgraded technology that I didn’t even know existed in there an A++ in my book.

Visit to the office during covid 19. Of course everyone is wearing masks, but still having a good friendly attitude. Temperature was taken, I passed. It is nice to finally spend less time at the doctors and not having to wait the turn. There were no extra sanitizing, no rinsing, no polishing for mouth or for teeth. All the little stuff was not done and this has been happening more than once. Doctors are different every time, I understand I am not there to make friends but its nice to have some you can trust. The appointment was rushed, half the work was not done even though at the front they mentioned how critical it was and had to schedule new appointment. I can only say, I am glad I only see the dentist twice a year and I am not looking forward seeing them.-update. Had my appointment coming up and was removed from clinic for this review. What? They dont like constructive criticism? Called the office and was told cant attend anymore thats where I found out why. The individual on the phone told me some other information that never occurred in the office as if I was arguing in the office about mask. What? Never happened. Well I guess I wont be seeing you again if you have to lie to get me out of the appointment, I dont think you can be trusted at your work place.- update. Safety? Ive been in your office for several years and consistency in the office visits is almost none. Never know what to expect. Accusing your customers of the Wrong doings when it didnt take place is even more wrong. Clean up your act and do the work youre paid to do correctly and be consistent. Simple things to accomplish. Since your not listening to your customers with average to negative feedback, I am guessing your never going to improve or change. Thanks for getting the conversation going. This the least you can do for your customers.

I went in for an emergency permanent retainer rebond. I thought I was doomed to an entire day spent waiting for a painful repair and boy was I wrong! I was in an out in 30 minutes and it was the best dental experience Ive ever had. The physicians are kind and made me feel comfortable in the office. They are following COVID-19 protocols and they screen their patients for fever upon arrival, which gave me huge peace of mind. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist or needing dental care. Im actually looking forward to going to the dentist now!

The staff was nice and the office was okay, but didnt receive the service I was expecting. Quick exam, xrays, and a polishing by the dental assistant, but no cleaning by a hygienist. The dentist had a dirty lab coat on and wasnt very personable. Definitely will return to my old dental office once I can change my insurance back.

I was attended by Dr. Mann. He was very nice and professional. He didnt over impose his opinion and thoughts about my overall dental plan. Which can be uncomfortable when you already have your mind made up over what you want done and theres a university educated licensed professional telling you otherwise. Dr. Mann was very considerate given that typical cleanings can be quite painful he made sure to work fast while ensuring quality. Highly recommend and his dental assistant Carlos was polite and accommodating.

Dr. Kaur is the BEST dentist Ive ever had (Im in my 30s) who works quick without compromising quality. She is so kind, personable, and remembered me & my kids. Megan will greet you at the front desk with a smile and is super nice! Carlos was the dental assistant that helped me today. I loved that he introduced himself and shook my hand, explained each step, and was just a great person overall! I HIGHLY recommend this dental office. Most offices & their staff operate like robots. You dont find dental offices with staff that still have that human element anymore. Southern Dental has it and I hope they continue to be as superb as they have been to me & my family.

I do not have sufficient superlatives to describe the service (root canal to be specific) I recieved from Dr. Angeles. I have been to many dentists over my life, but Dr. Angeles is without equal. If it is possible to describe having a root canal as pleasant, then that is what my experience was. Starting with the assistant Patty, my experience was extraordinaryly one that I will never forget. There was one moment of very mild discomfort over the entire process. I can not recommend Dr. Angeles enough to anyone who needs dental work. So, I encourage you to go to Southern Dental, and dont forget to request Dr. Angeles, you wont be dissappointed.

They always take good care of me whenever I go in for an appointment. Im in and out relatively fast, the staff are very professional, and the doctors are honest and give sound advice to my oral hygiene. And theyre only a five minute drive from home. Im very satisfied with my care.😀

Second time I go to this office. Love the fact that the dentist here is super transparent with me. He will tell you what needs to get done and help you set up different options to pay. He was also right, it did hurt when getting the root canal done but the day after tooth is only sore and not in pain like before.

I have been looking for a new dentist and after reading reviews I decided to give them a try since its close to the house and I was having some pain. Long story short, ended up needing an extraction which I wasnt looking forward to since I know Im a tough numb. Dr. Kaur is just plain awesome, she did all in her power to keep me comfortable in what turned out to be a very stubborn extraction. Im glad I found my new dentist! Office staff is always pleasant on the phone or in person as well.

Since Southern Dental added a new dentist, my experience at Southern Dental was enjoyable. The dentist explained the facts required to fix my teeth, and he did not try to sell me on an expensive dental implant as well as hurry me out of the dental seat although I had additional questions to ask, which the other dentist did. In addition, he took the extra time to ensure I understood what he told me, and asked me to think about his recommendation. Now, I am able to recommend Southern Dental to anyone who requires dental treatment.
