Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctors are very kind, caring and professional. They always make me feel comfortable, whether its a simple cleaning or a filling and everthing in between. Ive dealt with both Dr. Singh & Dr. Henry and I would highly recommend them both! All the staff are so kind and made me feel like my care was individualized and actually cared for. Cleanly, compassionate and accommodating. Ive been a patient here for several months now. I had my wisdom teeth pulled, regular cleanings, a referral for an orthodontist, and two more teeth pulled in preparation for braces. That last extraction was expertly handled by doctor Iniguez. Painless and without complications. The entire staff has been top-tier at every interaction.

Been going to this practice for over 40 years. Love the staff. They watched my children and some of my grandchildren grow up. My hygienist Kim is absolutely amazing and she never ages. Alicia is kind,helpful and a beautiful woman with a beautiful heart. My dentist Dr. Iniquez is such a great guy. This has to be the best dentistry in the central phoenix area. The staff is super friendly and will always greet you and walk you out with a smile. Not only is there work quick and concise, they do their best to save you $$$ whether you have insurance or not. Theyre willing to work with whatever time frame you provide- the best part is that when they discover they have sooner availability the will reach out to see if youd like to book something sooner than your appointment. It is for this reason only that they charge a 75$ cancelation fee if you do not reschedule within 48 hours, however; they will send you text updates all the way through the day before you visit so I feel like this is fair to both the employees and other patients willing to take advantage of a differing time slot.Im getting some pretty monumental work done here, I feel like my pricing is more than fair. I was scheduled to take care of my cavities by importance and not only did they get the work done quickly (two roots canals to start off with), they allowed me to come back in and make sure everything was still in place when I was worried that one of my temporary crowns might be a little lose. They even sent me a thank you card just for visiting and partnering with their location to take care of my teeth!My favorite part is that the entire staff works together, Im sure I will meet everyone at some point but for now I can definitely say everyone has been extremely knowledgeable and the doctor Henry has done a phenomenal job working aside everyone to make sure I leave the building feeling confident every visit.Overall, this is a great place to visit whether youre trying to save a few bucks (they have an in house dental assistance plan that saves you extra $$$ as well), or looking for peace of mind when trusting a new dentistry to place you in good hands. Im currently crunching on a bagel with my now PERMANENT crowns that have felt amazing since I had them placed about a week ago. Like I said, theyre definitely on top of getting you scheduled for your next appointment ASAP. Cant wait to get started on the rest of the work I need, which is tomorrow afternoon. Thanks guys!!

Quick wait time. Was very thorough in helping me finding the root cause of my pain. Friendly staff and overall comforting experience.

This is going to be a long explanation because I want to make sure people know exactly what experience we had and how serious it was. Ill start by saying that Dr. Henry told us that my 18 year old son needed over $3,000 worth of work done that was not only unnecessary but would have been damaging to his teeth. We had an appt for a 1st visit exam and x-rays on 10/6. Due to Covid my son hadnt been to his dentist in over a year (prior to Covid he went every 6 months) and he aged out of his pediatric dentists office. This office took x-rays and the dental assistant told us that from what she saw he had a few minor cavities and would probably need a routine cleaning. Then Dr. Henry came in and after a quick exam during which nothing specific was relayed to us, he told us that my son had 10 cavities and needed a full mouth debridemnt instead of a routine cleaning. We are in the process of adding him to his dads dental plan, which they accept, so I asked how severe the cavities were and if waiting until January when they would be covered by insurance was possible or too risky. Dr. Henry told me he doesnt have a crystal ball so he cant say and repeated himself 3 times. Youd think someone with his experience could give a medical opinion instead of a snarky response. The Dr. then left.We were shocked that so much damage could be done in less than 2 years. When we went to the front desk to check out, I asked if we could get an idea based off his dads plan on the cost. Once she explained that the plan could change with open enrollment, I realized of course she couldnt and let it go. The third red flag was when she mentioned again that the plan could change, I said hopefully it wouldnt significantly since his dad works for the insurance company we have our coverage through and they offer good plans to their employees, and her response was to insinuate that our insurance is awful. She said they deny claims all the time and that theyre really particular about things.His dad had his own awful experience that I didnt know about at this time because he was still in the back being treated. Hell post his own review. I felt extremely uncomfortable when we left and not knowing what to do, I called our sons pediatric dentist and asked if just once they could see him again to give a 2nd opinion. After hearing the awful experience we had and what the dentist said about his teeth, they were kind enough to say of course. He had that appt this morning 10/8. His pediatric dentist said he absolutely doesnt need debridemnt, that his gums are not swollen and there isnt significant plaque build up. His gums have redness which could be attributed to mouth breathing, mask wearing, and dry mouth caused from his medications. Dr. Henry was well aware of the fact that my son wears a mask in public and of his medications he takes daily. She also needed to retake some of his x-rays because the ones taken werent clear and there was a possibility some of the cavities they saw were shadows. Then she examined everything and said he has a few minor cavities that have not progressed enough to require treatment because with better brushing and care, they shouldnt progress. One of them was present years ago (which the Dr. should have seen if he actually looked at the dental records and x-rays that my sons pediatric office sent them weeks before the appt) and had actually shown mineral repair since the last x-rays theyd taken. Some of the repairs Dr. Henry said were necessary would have required 30% of the tooth to be removed and repaired with a filling. His pediatric dentist said he doesnt need any fillings or work done besides regular cleanings and exams and if it was her child, she absolutely wouldnt have the work done. Dr. Henry was willing to damage my 18 year olds teeth just to get more money.

My daughter, who is 7 years old, needed to get 4 teeth extracted to make room for her permanent teeth. She was terrified! Dr. Henry and his dental assistant were outstanding with her. They calmed her with a gentle, compassionate tone and talked with her on her level. They took extra time to make sure she was comfortable, and tolerating the procedure. They were able to take my daughter, who was crying when we walked in the door, to smiling and giving thumbs up. Absolutely amazing!

I saw Dr. Iniguez on 10/6 while my son saw Dr. Henry. I was supposed to get an exam and x-rays and had let them know I also had a wisdom tooth that needed to be removed. They told me they only had time for one or the other so I had my tooth removed and partial x-rays in that area. My tooth had a twisted root so it was difficult to remove, but they used the healthy tooth next to it as leverage to pry it out. The healthy tooth was causing me more pain than the extraction. Its eased since then but Im worried it was damaged, especially after the situation with my son and Dr. Henry. We wont be coming back and have a recommendation for a new dentist from my sons old dentist.On a side note, another reviewer mentioned the gift baskets and its true. They offer somewhat extravagant gift baskets and you can be in the raffle if you refer someone OR leave a Google review. These are the kinds of tactics you expect on Amazon, not from your dentist. It definitely could skew the reviews.

I have had both cosmetic and general density work completed with Dr. Singh, and it’s always a pleasure working with him and his staff. Everyone is attentive to any concerns about comfort, and each visit is both efficient and thorough. I have referred both family and friends to this office.

I called Singh Smile Care late on a Friday morning with what I thought was a crack at the base of a tooth with an old crown. They fit me in that afternoon and it turned out that I had a loose crown with a cavity underneath. They agreed to do the work the same day, even though it meant they had to work late on a Friday afternoon. I was so grateful and greatly appreciated their kindness and expertise. It was such a relief to have someone I could call to get the problem fixed right away. What a great group of people.

Everything about my appointment was perfect! I have dental anxiety and it is not easy for me to have procedures done. Everyone in the office is super friendly and the office is very clean. This place is so clean and professional!!! The staff is super friendly, and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. During my first visit today they went the extra mile to make me feel more comfortable and I could tell they knew what they were doing! I met like 5 different people including both dentists who are very knowledgeable and eager to take care of you. They went so far as to put chapstick on my lips without me asking and boy did they feel dry haha! And Dr. Singh fixed a slight chip in my front tooth that I didn’t even know I had!! He took high quality before and after pics too so I really appreciated their kindness today…especially since earlier this week I didn’t have such a good experience at a different dentist office. I just got a teeth cleaning and exam today but will be coming here later this week for fillings and definitely for all future visits!! I’m recommending this place to my boyfriend as well who is in need of an extraction but has a lot of anxiety about it. I think this place will be perfect for him and he can comfortably get this work done!!

Phoenix Dentist Dr. Singh is top-notch! I was visiting and had a tiny chip on my front tooth—this place lives up to its name: Singh Smile Care. I left with a better smile than I had before the chip. Teeth have such an impact on self-image and confidence. Professional, COVID-conscious, and a friendly, welcoming staff. (The view from the dental chair is incredible-what a bonus!) They do a much better job than any other dentist i’ve been to. My father loves this place because they fixed up his teeth that were too far gone. I was recommended by him to come here, so i called. They were very nice, the front desk red hair lady (sorry i’m horrible with names) very nicely helped me schedule my appointments and direct me to the building which is slightly hidden. They make sure that you know what you’re getting into financially before you feel pressured to get all the work done. Being just 19 and less financially stable, I really appreciate that. They all have very positive attitudes and senses of humor and like what they do and that’s what it’s all about. But most importantly, Dr. Henry fixed my teeth pain that i’ve been struggling with for years. Very very appreciative. They definitely deserve the 5 stars!

Let me start by saying I am every dentists worst nightmare as a patient. I have extreme anxiety. I mean although I am fully aware dental work requires a needle, as I sit in the chair I question how large is the needle, how strong is the numbing cream, can you please put more on, how well does the dentist give the shot etc. After my treatment plan is set I also call the office ( the poor front office women) and again, I question everything and relay to them once again how scared I am. Dr Singh is hands down the best dentist I have ever gone to! He is soft spoken, delivers shots with magical powers, is meticulous with his work and thank god this man is so patient lol. The front office women let me tell you they are so knowledgeable, with procedures, financing and calming down patients like me lol. I had a lot of work performed here and would hands down recommend this office to anyone. If youre thinking about getting dental work and you are particular and or anxious this is your sign to do it !

I am very nervous and have had horrible experiences with past dentists, but when I found Dr Iniguez at Singh Smile Care and his staff my world changed. The staff is friendly and gentle. Alyssa and Tiffany are so patient and eased my nerves. Kandy helps with my payments and is always sweet and takes the time to explain what is covered and what is my expense. They worked with me and my insurance and offered a reasonable payment plan. Thank you Dr. Iniguez and staff for giving me my smile back!

The free coffee does not make up for lack of quality. I went here for all of my filings (I did need a lot). It’s been less than a year and more than half of the filings need a repair. This is very disturbing as I paid a lot of money out of pocket and need them done all over again less than a year later.. I don’t believe they use good quality products. Also my k-9 teeth were reshaped completely different so much so it sticks out. Taking my teeth elsewhere.

I just switched to Singh Smile and let me tell you it was the best decision EVER! They are very wonderful there and make sure that you feel comfortable. I had to get some fillings done, and while they are never enjoyable, Dr. Osborne and Amy did such a wonderful job! I would say this was my best filling experience by far. Even the Novocaine didnt hurt which to me says something about how great Dr. Osborne is! I highly recommend going here!

Great Friendly Atmosphere, The staff is always so accommodating when an appointment is needed! Love how everything is explained to me before any procedure is started!

Minimum two hour appointment for new patients, wont take appointments after 2pm and closes at 1pm on Fridays.... not very work life balance friendly.On top of that, cancelled both my husbands and my appointment without our confirmation. Thankfully I reached out to confirm the appointment and found out they gave it to someone else or we would have shown up to the office without ever knowing. The lady in the office offered no apology or no effort to reschedule, just kept telling me they did nothing wrong by cancelling our appointments.UPDATE: after reading the, oh so polite, response from the office manager, I wanted to clarify that I asked to reschedule my appointment, not cancel it. After getting a response back that there were very limited slots available, I asked about only changing my appointment and not my husband’s. I get a response back at 12:45pm letting me know they close at 1pm with nothing about them cancelling both appointments. So because I couldn’t respond within 15min they firmly believe they have the right to cancel vs. picking up the phone and calling me to confirm? Sorry Dr Osborne that you had to lose two patients because of the wonderful customer service your office offers.

Had to find a dentist quick over night and this office came up on my Google search. I called 1st thing the next morning and they got me and taken care of the same day all within a few hours. I previously had a long time dentist that closed during Covid-19 and never opened back up and this will now be mine and my kids dentist. My entire experience was phenomenal. The office is very clean, modern and comfortable. The entire staff is extremely friendly, kind and helpful.

I went in today as a new patient and it was the best dentist experience I have ever had. I suffer from such bad anxiety at the dentist, but today I was put at such ease! From the second I walked in I was greeted with such warm and welcoming smiles from everyone at the front desk. I was brought back with Ashley and she made sure to explain everything we were going to do and what to expect. The xrays and imaging were painless and Ashley did a great job in answering all my questions. Dr. Singh was very personable and had such a gentle touch during the exam. He made sure to go over everything in my images and gave such great advice as to how to go about my treatment plan. I was then brought to Bryana who was also so informative. She explained different future appointment options and even advised me on my financial options. You could tell everyone there was happy to be there and there was just such a good vibe! Due to personal and financial reasons, I did not see a dentist for many years, but I decided to take a chance with Singh Smile Care. From my first visit, I felt cared for and comfortable following the treatment plan Dr. Singh recommended to get my teeth and gums healthy again. During my last visit for a root canal, Dr. Singh discovered that we the decay in my tooth did not affect the root and did not perform the root canal. I think a less honest dentist would have performed the root canal to be able to bill my insurance. I am thankful for Dr. Singh and his team 😊

The staff is extremely friendly. The office sent out a nice card thanking me for coming and promptly sent the x-rays they took to my new dentist. I originally went here because I broke a molar. Dr. Singh refused to do anything but a crown to repair it. I sought a second opinion and got it fixed elsewhere. Due to the offices proximity to our house and because of the professionalism of the staff, my husband and I returned to this office for cleanings and exams. After taking X-rays they told my husband he needed 6 cavities fixed. We sought ANOTHER second opinion and the dentist said he had no cavities??? They upcharged us for “deep” cleanings and made my husband come back twice for a basic cleaning. Just a weird dentist overall. The dentist asked me to change my review.... so weird.

I have just gotten my tooth filled today in the Singh Smile Care, and I could not have hoped for this experience to be better, because it was completely pain-free. Dr. Osborne is very gentle and comforting, and his Assistant Jessica was very helpful, explained every step and made me smile. Even though my insurance does not cover this place, I still chose and will continue choosing to go only here !

Really nice and professional staff.They are even going to make a queen out of me by giving me a crown. Drat and double drat. But I cant think of a nicer place to do it. Its located right in the Metro Center area so its super convenient for me.

I have been going to Dr. Singh For several years now and he is amazing! I used to get anxious going to the dentist but now I dont have to worry because I know whatever procedure he does he always makes sure I am not in pain and comfortable. He is very professional and kind and the office staff is so wonderful! I just got a crown done and it came a week earlier than they said. They also worked with me to split the payment to make it more affordable. I would definitely recommend them to any one who needs a great dentist they can trust.

A coworker recommended this dentist and Im really glad that she did. I just had my first visit and the experience was amazing. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. From Kandy to Ashley to Dr. Osborn to Bry....they all were very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and encouraging. I am a transplant from another dentist who retired. Going to the dentist has always been an emotion and challenging thing for me. All the staff have been so kind and compassionate. They work hard to help you accommodate whatever barriers you have. I was not sure if this would end up being my new home at first, but the level of caring I have been getting assures me this is where I need to be.

An extremely friendly and personable dentistry and they make what I considered to be a very high anxiety place to be a calming, relaxing environment. They are very thorough with going over your costs for services and work with you on payments. The doctors are great on letting you know their every move. I have been with Dr. Singh since I was in high school and have nothing but the best to say about him and his practice. Nothing short of professional and always the best service. My three year old son had some cavities that needed special care and if it wasn’t for Dr. Singh my son would still be in pain. However, Dr. Singh noticed my son needed pediatric care due to his age and recommended us to the best pediatric dentistry in the valley and my son had his teeth taken care of and now is eating without any discomfort. This dental office is fantastic! Their staff make you feel welcomed and they go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience start to finish. You can tell they all love what they do and they do amazing work on top of it. I left happy and smiling after a root canal. That should say enough ;) I highly recommend them!

I felt my wisdom teeth coming in so I went in for a consultation. The staff was so nice and made you feel so comfortable! I then scheduled my next appointment to have them extracted and was nervous because of the horror stories friends and co-workers were sharing with me. My appointment came and it was not at all what I expected. It was better! I even had a good healing process! No pain, only the normal discomfort. He did such a great job and once again, friendly and amazing staff! Thank you guys! Youre all so wonderful! Made my dentist experience a great one!

This is the only dental office I have had since I was a child. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my dental needs. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful throughout my entire stay. Singh smile care has given me the confidence I needed to go back to a dentist after seven years of living with a hole in one my tooth and bunch of cavities because of a bad filling that was done in 2010. I love this place. From the initial I was calling around to make a dentist appointment and every other office I called they made. Me leave a message to have someone get back to me. Well I yet to receive a call back from the others. However, when I called Singh dental, I was surprised they answered the phone and got me in right away for an appointment . When I went into the the office the lobby section is very clean and professional. The ladies up front all had a positive attitude and they were very nice and professional. Once I got called to go into the back the dental assistant was very friendly and communicative, she answered all my questions. I recently had 2 wisdom teeth pulled and my gosh I feel like I could have not asked for a more caring conferring dentist. Even the after care is amazing . I looking forward to going back in to get my fill ins in This will remain my dentist for as long as possible. I really recommend them

They are unlike any dentist I have ever been to - they are gentle with procedures and are genuinely concerned with your well being. They treat you like part of their family. You are not just another patient. Not many people can say they love going to their dentist but I sure do.

I’ve been going regularly to Singh Smile Care since 2016. Since day one every single staff member has made me feel welcome, loved and appreciated. It is still that way today. Ive seen Dr Singh many times. He is kind, caring and an amazing dentist. The practice is state of the art! I’ve also had the privilege of seeing Dr Osborne. He brings the same level of service to the table. This past month I needed a root canal. Bummer I know! However Dr. Iniguez and his assistant Amy took amazing care of me. They were both very gentle and very attentive to my needs every step of the way. Honestly, twice I almost fell asleep during the procedure! Who does that, but it went that smoothly. And the kicker was no pain at all after the numbing agent wore off. Nada! Thank you Dr Singh for providing a place that not only meets my needs but is always a pleasant experience. I love you guys and can’t believe all of Phoenix isn’t going to Singh Smile Care!!
