Dr. Zoran Bundalo took fantastic care of me. He did a full review of my mouth and took the time to explain my results which was greatly appreciated especially compared to some doctors who do not take the time to educate and inform their clients. As a more recent graduate, he is highly educated in the new technology and treatment plans resulting in a better experience and service to the patient. Highly recommend and I tell all my friends to go to him!

I learned so much from my visit with Dr. Zoran, and had the impression by his enthusiasm and expertise that he was an educator- which was confirmed as he teaches first year dental students! Best dental experience I have had. At LB Dental I experienced very comprehensive checks and scans on my first visit. Dr. Bundalo not only took X-rays, but also checked my bite alignment, facial muscles and jaw. This gave me confidence that the doctors really cared about my dental care and treatment. The staff are very friendly and always make sure you are comfortable. When I returned for my second visit, Dr. Zoran Bundalo restored my tooth with filling material that was perfectly colour matched to my other teeth. He also took extra care to make sure that my bite aligned properly to reduce future problems with that tooth that could be caused by inappropriate contact with adjacent teeth. I fully trust the staff at this office with my dental care and recommend them sincerely.

Today was my first appointment with Dr Bundalo and his staff. Everyone, from the moment I entered, exuded nothing but warmth. Dr. Bundalo and Alexis (sp?) conducted very thorough examinations and overall review of my oral health. During the cleaning, Dr. Bundalo was so gentle (never had a dentist be so gentle), I was able to relax and let him work his magic! Overall great bed-side manners, professionalism and very welcoming disposition throughout the whole office. Im genuinely at ease about my oral health because of them!

Last week was my first time visiting LB Dental and it was by far the best dental experience Ive ever had. We found them through our insurance and I felt like I hit the jack pot. I brought my son to LB Dental for the first time, because they took our insurance. Weve had a couple of other excellent dentists prior, so weve had some good experiences to compare to. We were so pleasantly surprised that we met Dr. Bundalo right away, and that he really took his time with my son. He performed tests, as a part of the exam, that weve never seen before at a general dentist... an oral cancer screening, TMJ, a balanced contact test, since my son had recently gotten his braces off. The doctor took his time to answer my questions about a couple of watch spots as well as the wisdom teeth that are coming down, helping to devise a strategy for removal. He even helped me with a problem that I personally was having, with some toothpastes. It was a truly thorough, gratifying visit where I felt no stone was left unturned. I highly recommend LB Dental for you and your family.

The receptionists were amazing. Had many work events interfere with my appointments and were rescheduled immediately! The dentist filled 5 cavities (yikes, I know) and when he numbed me I did NOT FEEL A THING! (No agonizing needle pain, just numb and was very detailed and patient). My jaw tends to lock and the dentist and his assistant just made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Amazing experience, would definitely recommend!

My previous dentist, who I thought was wonderful, retired after 40 years with me. Dr. Bundalo came to me highly recommended by my son. He discovered poorly done work that caused tissue and bone infections. Imagine my distress!! He needed to redo most of my crowns and bridges over a 9-month period. I was treated with professionalism, kindness, empathy and a genuine caring attitude by Dr. Bundalo and his wonderful staff, Rose, Gloria and Alexia.

LB Dental is very different from most dental offices I have used:- They were the first office I visited when I was looking for a new dentist. I immediately felt welcomed and even had a chance to chat with Dr. Zoran Bundalo. I felt no need to look any further!- While many dentists have spent a lot of money on a large and fancy office, LB Dental has a small but comfortable office, so they don’t have to recommend root canals and crowns in order to pay the bills. I have found them to be very conservative in their treatment plans, unlike other dentists I have used.- At most dentists, a dental hygienist cleans your teeth, and then the dentist comes in for a minute or two while the hygienist goes over what she has discovered. At LB Dental, the dentist cleans your teeth. This means you spend the entire time with the dentist, and he is intimately aware of all the possible issues and the best way to fix them. I also had the most pain free cleanings ever at LB.- LB Dental uses cutting edge technology that very few dentists have, including the Waterlase Laser System that often allows drill free treatments, and is critical for doing root canals.- Best of all, both dentists work hard to keep the patient in the loop about what is going on, and the rest of the staff, Rose, Alexia and Gloria, are wonderful too.Overall I consider LB Dental the best dental office I have used.

Dr. Bundalo is an expert. A real master in ALL aspects of dentistry, in addition to using high tech for all his procedures.And the staff is fantastic. Cant get any friendlier than that. Its a pleasure to see them every time.

Every time I visit this office I feel so welcomed and at home. They take such good care of me and I wont go to a different place. I have a hectic schedule but the receptionist is always so patient with me and makes sure I get in at a timely manner. I am not a fan of getting my teeth fixed but the Dentist here is so kind and does a great job that I am never in pain. I highly recommend this dental practice to all.

I avoided the dentist like the plague, finally had to do it and this dr is amazing. I had a few things done and I could not be more impressed. No pain, short healing time because of his awesome water laser thing. Very skilled dentist, he knows his trade.

Dr. Zoran Bundalo and his amazing staff made me feel right at home when I had my numerous appts for my root canal. This was my first real dental procedure as Ive never even had a cavity. I honestly felt right at ease as soon as I got into the back office and started talking to the staff. Rose greets people as if its her own home, the back office ladies look you right in the eyes and their smiles never leave their faces and Dr. Bundalo is extremely skilled in his craft. Im a medical professional myself, and knowing this, Dr. Bundalo made sure that I was comfortable and knew every aspect of what he was doing. I like to learn, and hes a teacher. We clicked very well together. Aside from the offices bedside manner, my tooth feels amazing! It literally feels like my original tooth and like nothing ever happened! This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. First off, the young girl (dental assistant)giving me xrays kept jabbing the roof of my mouth with enormous sized mouth guards that she could not properly place in my mouth. Then she would use her fingers to pry my mouth open and jab them in at different angles while continuing to hurt the insides of my mouth. She would go press a button in the back to start the xray that kept failing on her as I am struggling to keep my mouth open with the huge mouth guard still in my mouth. She claimed the button was not working as it kept sticking as she pushed it, so she would have to keep taking pictures of the same area until her xray switch would stop sticking. I told her she needed to get a newer xray machine as that one looked very worn and damaged. She told me the cracks that i saw on the camera were just cosmetic, but that was a complete lie since her button continued to fail as her guards kept being shoved in my mouth and re-adjusted. She would go touch her machine with her gloved hands and then come back to pry my mouth open. Finally after 30 min, she finished and kept apologizing for the problem of her button not working and having to agonize me with the pain of her mouth guards being shoved all over the roof of my mouth as they kept falling since she was having to wait for her button to work. The doctor comes in and first thing he tells me is my teeth are very worn out and my bite is off so he says thats the reason I am having some tooth sensitivity. He also tells me I am in dyer need of braces. I then tell him I am 40 years old and do not wish to get braces anymore as they are costly. He then proceeds to tell me he can do some temporary fix and try and smooth out the areas that are worn for a extra charge and that would only be a very temporary fix to the sensistivity. I told him no thanks, and that i just wanted the cleaning that I came in for. He uses the his electric plaque remover all over to clean as the dental assistant is using her vacuum machine to supposedly suck out the saliva. Well, she keeps placing her vacuum machine on my lips accidentally and it pulls my lip in hard into the machine. I had to put my hand out to have her stop. Thats not even the worst part of this whole bad experience...the doctor pokes my lip accidentally with the sharp needly like tool he is using to clean my teeth. I yelled out, OUCH, YOU JUST HURT MY LIP WITH THE NEEDLE tool. The doctor then denies it was the tool and him and the assistant keep saying it had to be his finger. Thank God there was no blood from his stupid mistake of poking my lip. At the end he leaves the room without even flossing my teeth, and this was supposed to be a teeth cleaning! I ask the assistant if i can have some floss or toothpaste sample to take home and she tells me they dont have any for me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! VERY SAD HOW THEY CAN EVEN BE IN BUSINESS.

Like several of my family and friends, I followed Dr. Bundalo from Chicago to Phoenix. My cost went up, having to travel there, but the exceptional service Dr. Bundalo provides is worth it. He is at the dental forefront. That WaterLace laser machine he so expertly uses in his practice is rarely available in other dental offices, completely wins me over! Treating painlessly not only the teeth, but gums as well, with almost instant healing and no infection appeals to me. I happen to be a physician, so I know a bit or two about that. Highly recommended! See Dr. Bundalo and decide if you want to make him your life-long dentist, like I did.

I highly recommend LB Dental and Dr. Luka Bundalo. Like most people, a visit to the dentist is one of my least favorite things in life. My friends and family all know I am not a fan of the needle. Dr. Bundalo took the time and worked with me to relieve some, if not most, of my anxiety. Now with the addition of the Waterlase Laser System to his office, which allows for a pain free, needle free dental experience, that puts (in my opinion) LB Dental and Dr. Bundalo on the forefront of dentistry. This office is run in a very professional manor but with a heart. After your first visit, the staff makes you feel like you’re a member of the family, not just another patient. Being a single mom, my time is not always my own. His staff works patiently with me and accommodates whenever possible.
