I just got my medical card and was told that I would get 20% off my order that day. Well when I got home and looked at the recipt I did not get the discount promised. I did get the medical discount on one item, and the special discount for another item, but no discount for the 3rd which should have been 25% off. I tried to contact them via phone and was told to email them. I did that and have heard nothing. Ghosted!! Not a pleased customer!!

The giving tree has way better weed at way better prices and they look like they have their business towards recreational users set up a lot better than the green goods too.

Extremely hard to contact, placed ads for specials they had going the day before on a day they were closed. Drove all the way there and found them closed. They dont have a phone number to call them and they never update their hours, so you never know. Yesterday I stood outside their shop and let everyone know they were closed since they didnt wanna do it. I was excited to make this place my weekly ounce spot but they did everything in their power to make sure that didnt happen. I bet theyll never even see this review, hell they dont even have a phone. This place became my least favorite dispensary in AZ overnight.

When you call them, they don’t answer their phones. Instead it sends you straight to an automated message saying their hours and if you need to make a complaint go to their website and then it hangs up on you. You can’t even talk to a real person to get any information. Which information is nice since they don’t put any information of the THC percentages on their website. I won’t put lower than three stars because I didn’t go in but I couldn’t even talk to anyone on the phone to get information to give them business. I couldn’t even get information from their website.

The staff here is great. Top shelf flower is good, but not necessarily a great value at full price. Catch the deal days and its all good. Pretty standard retail business strategy. Their Rosin concentrates are a unique smoke and really well priced. Shatter is always really affordable and the quality is fairly consistent. I like the vibe in this shop. Very relaxed and low pressure. I like that they stay consistent on product, so I get what I expect when I go back.

Heres just one of the reasons they are the best dispensary around. Tonight I went in to get my ounce of baking trim, and an ounce of flower. They told me that I only had an ounce and a half left(I found out because I went 13 days before on 4/20, not 14, so it threw my allotment off by a day).I felt off, I go home with my ounce and a half, at some point the bags rips and my half of baking trim goes under my cars seat. I open the bag once home like always and find a the trim missing. I tried to call, yet couldnt get through so I drove back up.I explained what was missing and the Manager took me back in to see the camera footage. Low and behold it was put in the bag and sealed. He noticed the hole in the bag while in his office, I hadnt. Embarrassed, I went back to my car, drove home, searched under my cars seat and found it.The main boss was out of town. The Manager had called him to get all of this approved. He even told the Manager to hook me up with a gift. I messed up, and they want to reward me?!?! Awesome folks. Yet it will be a while before I go back. As an Introvert, making a fool of myself forces me into hiding.These are honest, good folks here. Great prices with great product. The moment Im done nursing my pride, Ill be back to see them. Im hoping they forget who I am. :)

I was very disappointed the bud tender took 5 minutes to even acknowledge me. I was very disappointed in there selection. There was no one at the store. There customer service was way below my standers after leaving and not buying any of the product. I would not recommend any one going to this store. I wouldn’t even give it one star but it’s as low or a rating as you can give.

This is my being my favorite dispensary for flower. They don’t have a lot of vape cartridges, and they do some concentrates. I love their flower it is always consistently good. I’ve never had bud be disappointing. Prices are good for what you get as well. The staff is friendly and will chat while your order is being finalized. ATM is right next to the counter for easy withdrawal. I do like this place even though it’s in the middle of an industrial area

This place ROCKS...They WILL take care of you...I showed up at opening yesterday. They had a big deal on many of my favorite strains...Something took place between my 30 minute commute to buy etc...they were not honoring the deal any longer (I will elaborate on why and it only pertained to staff out sick and volume/patent experience compromised)They did not want to sacrifice patient experience...However...Because I was the 2nd one in...they honored it for me...they went above and beyond to make sure my budget matched my needs etc...They CARE ❤ ❤ ❤

This is by far the best dispensary I personally tried. Great great great fresh and I mean FRESH. Prices are fantastic .They have strains that I will look up at other places that are more than half price. Also. I was taken CARE of .They didnt have flower in stock that I went there for .He gave me something better and twice the price for the price of the other one. This place CARES. They are professional and want to make a difference. Also -- listen to them!! They have not steered me wrong!!

It was all right, I guess. The lady at the counter (Sorry if she wants to self-identify otherwise...I really couldnt tell) was kind of brief and rude. When asking about pricing, I was told to add it up myself. Product was...ok for the price. They seem to be proud of their $25 / gram shatter and their 21% premium pre-rolls.I suppose they work as a last resort when Debbies is closed.

Amazing Meds and Customer Svc

I am sitting in the parking lot trying to look up new patient deals online and the website is terrible. Every link or picture i click on takes me to a frozen page. When i finally got a page half loaded, i saw that the only new patient deal is 10% off first purchase. Not worth my time. I will not be entering, first impression = terrible (website and new patient deal not worth it), and will never come back to check it out.

Best dispensary in Arizona.Buds FILLED with sweet resin. Grown right99$/oz Jack Cheddar (Jack H x Cheese) , Bubba Kush and Death Star. Amazing.AND Always great deals on popcorn buds.I drive 80 miles there and back, at least 20 stores are closer but its worth it.

Came to this place for my first time and had the worst experience. There was only one woman at front counter, is was EXTREMELY rude and lazy. I ask her for a product and what the total would be and she replied I Dont have a calculator IS tht what your going to want very rude.Then came back and said she had already sold them online. You get to choose your 1st time patient special. The flower was forty an eighth for the top shelf. The recommended flower was really good was told its all organically grown in house and I snagged a 75mg 10 dollar brownie on the way out the door it was delicious and did the trick! I will be back!

Had a weird feeling to the place. Their deals make no sense on tier drop Tuesdays. They have a terrible first time patient deal. The place felt old and dingy. It hasnt been kept up since they opened.The whole ring the door bell and show your card to the camera is lame. Then there is another locked door inside. And then there is another door beyond the first 2 door. And all 3 doors are withing a foot of each other. Its just a clunky feeling.I wont be back.

I love this place! They are Great, they use masks and social distancing with perfection! They always seem to find and or grow some really buzzy Indicas and their Sativas you can work and continue your day! Makes for a better way to deal with the pains of senior life! I enjoy checking Leafly for AZNatural Remedies menu, making my order and then when its ready, they contact my phone and I go for a quick, maybe a five to fifteen minutes wait, depending on how many other patients have the same idea! I probably wont come back again. Their new patient special is 10% off and a free half gram pre-roll, not great but not a dealbreaker. The dealbreaker was the terrible customer service and weird menu. Since we cant see the flower I asked questions about what their best product was and staff made me feel like I was bothering them. She explained to me that the menu was deli style and the sold whatever product is high in stock at reduced priced and low stock at a raised price. I asked if this included raising price on lower quality flower and was told yes. That doesnt make sense, theres no way then that I can guarantee paying a fair price for the quality. Why wouldnt they want to clear out old inventory? So I decided to make it simple and asked for what their best flower in stock was, and was directed to an item on the menu normally somewhere I would never look for premium flower, were talking like the cheapest ones on the menu but they assured me it was the best in the store. This entire conversation was being yelled across the store back and forth between employees with the lady constantly walking away from the desk and leaving me hanging. I wish I could say it was busy there, but it wasnt. Ultimately when I walked out the store and was able to see what Id gotten I was very disappointed. Very, very, low quality flower. When I weighed it it was also under. It was kind of a bizzare experience and I dont trust it enough to go back again, which sucks because I really wanted to like this one.

If I could give this place no stars I definitely would. Horrible experience both times I went. I dont know if anyone read my previous review but it wasnt a good one if you want to understand this one thoroughly you should go back and try and find my old one but anyway I went in there yesterday to return the two clear classic cartridges that I bought the previous day and tried to return but they wouldnt let me because they said I had already left the store and that I could have tampered with the cartridges LOL which is kind of funny because I never even left the parking lot and they had me on camera the whole time and I was gone no longer than 10 minutes and they still didnt care didnt even exchange the cartridges for something else they did say however if the cartridges were malfunctioning I could bring them back and they would swap them out for me and I told them that I knew that they would be malfunctioning because Ive had them previously and had to return them at a different dispensary still they did not care so yesterday I went back in and return them wasting more time and they still wouldnt give me my money back wouldnt give me anything else in exchange for the cartridges the only thing that they would do was give me the exact same product that I bought so heres some words of advice to those who shop at this dispensary if you buy something make sure thats exactly what you want because if you want to return or exchange anything they wont let you and they dont care if their customer service skills are horrible and their staff is rude they literally kicked me out and told me never to come back and to bring my business elsewhere that was coming from the manager and I forget his name but wow cant believe this place is still in business with a manager and staff they treat customers like that really sad

Best prices vs quality in the valley. They have magnifying lamps that fit perfectly to the size of their jars, so every visual you get is like an HD magazine image. Staff is very knowledgeable on every strain. They have a TV in the waiting room and in the shop usually playing movies which is amazing for the cripplingly antisocial. Extent service and awesome prices

I absolutely loved this place until recently, so much so I would drive past 7-15 other dispensaries over a half hour to get here. I got an ounce and asked it to be placed in quarter ounce containers so I may better preserve it. They suggested I made this request in order to distribute illegally. Ive never been more disappointed in the workforce of this industry, its people like that who give the rest of us a bad reputation. Disgraceful to even hint at. If you want your morals questioned without cause this is the place for you!From a business standpoint, PATIENTS should not be questioned in this manner without proper cause (I never met this gentleman behind the counter on any prior visit). If he had a legitimate concern about any person, there are procedures the establishment should have in place that consist of more than just directly suggesting to patients and customers that they are drug pushers.

They over charged me by $60.oo & shorted me 1/4 of ounce. I weighed it as soon as I opened it& it was 21grams, not 28. So, they are double dipping, basically screwing you over twice. Ive left name & number, no call back. I bet if I stand outside of their business& picket them, Ill get a call back. So, lets see if they make this right.

It’s in a sketchy area with bad traffic. The staff working the front aren’t very friendly. The flower is unattractive and can be a bit stemmy. They underweigh. The cheap buds will get you just as high as the more expensive one will. However, the budtenders are friendly. The strains are decent. The wax selection is decent. The shop looked fairly clean. Half oz’s run as low as $45. Might be coming back whenever I’m on a budget.

Was greeted with a very unfriendly attitude lady real did not want me to ask any basic questions. I will definitely suggest anyone to Arizona Natural Remedies poor very poor customer services. Their are several other companies that are a lot friendlier to go to.

They had a wide variety displayed in large easy to view jars. They are knowledgeable and can help even the beginners choose the right medicine with the best delivery for their individual needs.

So they have $69 popcorn ounces and $99 full bud ounces. Might as well get the popcorn because I just paid over $200 for what I thought to be big juicy nugs but because it is deli style the gentleman sifted through it all looking for the smallest ones. I understand you might be running low but thats no excuse to purposefully give a patient subpar flower immediately after showing them superior flowers.
