Went to this place and was not taken care of in a timely manner. There was a male that worked there and he got upset with me because I called twice about my information sent to Health Services, to see about my card. He said dont worry everything is sent. Well I called a third time, he was very upset, I hung up only to find he couldnt spell my name, Kenneth! So he left an e out of Kenneth I feel on purpose. As a result I almost didnt get my card! 1 day before deadline! Then you have to start all over! I would not recommend this bussiness, sloppy office personell! Enough for me.

For 5 years I have been blessed by being granted my MMJ card for SEVERE migraines w/nausea. Using this company was a HUGE mistake. Very unprofessional.Application bounced back for mistakes. They (according to AZ Dept. of Health Services) had my address wrong, as well as DL issuance date wrong on my application. Simple data entry done with fat fingersWhen I called to voice my disappointment with this service, I was hung up on three times for having an attitude. Yes, hanging up on me is really going to solve the problem.Since my appointment I have had 2 migraines and have had to have my floors professionally cleaned from being sick. Now, because of a job poorly done, I have to wait longer for some relief from my pain. So you see..my attitude is caused by suffering from a debilitating illness. Which now apparently I have to suffer with longer!Chris, the office person who submitted my incorrect application, gave me the excuse mistakes happen!Newsflash!! Mistakes only happen when something is not done CORRECTLY!When asked why I was not given a receipt for the $100 cash I gave the Doctor ( Schuyler McHenry), I was told that I didnt ask for one. Bit sketchy right there.Chris actually texted me from his own cell phone, saying that next year, I should renew somewhere else!NO DOUBT! Like I want to go through THIS again! I will make sure to advise all my customers & friends with MMJ cards to AVOID this place, not worth trying to save money when you have to deal with people that do an inadequate job.Next year I will return to Southwest Medical Marijuana Evaluation Center, where the staff is very friendly, get the job done the FIRST time and the Doctor is a CERTIFIED expert in cannabis medicine,. Not some bored looking chiropractor pocketing cash. Tax evade much?!

It’s been 6 weeks And my paperwork still hasn’t even been processed! It’s a joke. DO NOT GO HERE. Employee was hospitalized, owner was out of town, Blaming DHS...excuse after excuse and no results. Wasted my money and can’t get refund.
