I have been in the agriculture business most of my life. Arizona Green Life is the best place in arizona in my opinion to find amazing plants! He has tropical plants, fruit trees, avocado, banana trees, mango, etc! Everything you normally dont think grows here. I am having a great time getting his various plants and watching them grow in my backyard. Thanks to that nursery I finally have a lush backyard with plenty of produce I can eat. Yvonne Owens

Im upset man I called there place and scheduled an appointment with someone via text message almost a week Before.. i am always working and its hard for me to get a day off and Saturday was finally it I was excited to get my card I drove from Buckeye to Cactus just for them to tell me that they dont know why they scheduled me at that time and no doctor was there... 6/28 EDIT : two stars turned 5.The owner resent my paperwork To me and then called me very quickly the next day.. and we spoke for a good while about alot of things about mmj in Arizona. Dispensaries and the price of mmj, covid effects on certification and dispensaries, and more. Unfortunately due to COVID their three biggest coupon hitting dispensaries withdrew their promotions and thats what lost most of the deal.also prices and deals went up and away all over the valley and Tucson area due to COVID. But the specials they give you aren’t one time, they’re reusable so thats a benefit.As far as the self- filing its not their fault and I didn’t mention that earlier. 6/3/20 AZ decided that patients have to send their paperwork themselves and not let the cert places do it. Everyone is really unhappy about this given they hAve elderly patients that not only don’t know how to use computer/smartphone technology, but have literally no access to it, and they cant really help them like they would like to.The owner was really awesome and offered some refund to help us out, especially given that we had driven from Tucson to see then specifically.Again, my issue wasn’t with the office at all. Everyone was really nice and I was treated with courtesy and respect. The doctor I saw was literally the nicest lady I could’ve hoped to see.Customer service here was top notch and couldn’t have been better. I was not found wanting or lacking as far as customer service goes and the owner definitely made the best concerted effort to leave us satisfied and make right that we came all the wAy down there for less than we thought. He helped us and it softened the blow of the couple/few hundred Bucks it takes to get your card, and the gas it took us for a trip to phoenix.Im very appreciative of him calling me back. His outreach really shows he does care about the business but also about his customers’ health, happiness, and patronage.——————————————————————————————6/27 We feel like the advertise falsely for their special. They simply do not give you “$420 in free marijuana”. They give you a 25% off purchase with bloom and some Flyers that say new patient specials. Its not really anything special.We drove from Tucson for this deal and felt really jipped and honestly really wished we stayed in town and went to Dr Referralz where we could have actually gotten free stuff and specials. We paid more for the doctor fee and everything, and they cant file for you, they give you your electronic paperwork then you have to go on AZDHS website and send it yourself.The doctor was really nice, the employees were really nice. The office was pretty clean and I was treated with care and respect,But all of that doesnt override that we spent $30 in gas and an all day trip to come down for false advertising. We feel really really jipped. We could have stayed in town for a better deal.Also they didnt email me my paperwork, but my friend who was with me got hers. They’re closed Sunday so I have to wait till Monday to call them, and file later than I would have had to.

I love this place! Went in last Friday with no appointment right around 12pm. Had me certified and on my way back home by 1:15pm. Very courteous, very efficient. I will definitely be coming back to renew next year! You guys are the best!!!

AZ greenlife is THE place to go for first timers and renewal. You can’t beat their prices or service. From the front desk to the doctors, excellent all around and super nice people. The docs really listen to what you have to say and offer great feedback. The wait wasn’t bad at all even with people in front of me it moved at a fast pace. The best part is they allow you to view certification before its sent in to the state so you know without a shadow of a doubt all the information being sent in is one hundred percent correct. It was just so simple and easy I’ll be a patient for life here.

I chose this place because it was the closest to me. When making my appointment, they told me they have a coupon that ended up saving me $40!.. which is way cheaper than the other clinics in the area.My appointment was on time, the doctor was knowledgeable, caring and professional. And best of all, the staff was great and very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure every patient received top of the line customer service.

Dr Nick Johnson was amazing and very professional. I would highly recommend this place well over the Marijuana Dr on East Callback Rd. This place was fast and much more professional than I had expected. I will be back year after year and will tell as many people as I can about my experience. I wish I wouldve come here when I first got my card. But it wouldve been so much cheaper! Thats why when I found this place three years ago, Ive been coming back ever since. This is my 4th year having my card and Ive been coming here 3 of those. Ill be back every year from now on. You guys are great!! And they have free candy!!!

This place has gone downhill in customer service in the past year. I have renewed here for the past 3 years, I wont go back again. Not only did they keep my card for some reason, but the got my birth date wrong doing the paperwork. I thought going here to save money was worth it. Not anymore.Update... I got a phone call from the owner less than 10 minutes after I posted this.I knew this place was for the patients and not just about the money, he offered me a refund. I love the medical marijuana community.Maybe I will try it again next year...

Great service even though I was a walk in and the office was very busy. Everyone was professional and kind.

Came here for my first mmj evaluation and certification. They made it as easy as possible and the doctors and employees were all very helpful and patient. No hidden fees at the end. My card came within the time they said it would. I have absolutely no complaints. Everyone there was super easy to talk to and overall it was a great experience

Service was alright. Recieved my card in 9 days. Not sure about best price though, med card total was 290(150 state & 140 exam/cert). Plus the coupons they give you are pointless. They advertise like theyre exclusive deals when theyre really just the 1st time patient ones. So if youre renewing & hoping for a good deal this isnt the place.

Ive been coming to Az Green Life for the past 4 years. The staff is caring, sensitive and friendly. I saw Dr Bianca for the 2ndyr in a row. She remembered me from last year, which was comforting and familiar. She was very kind and sensitive to my chronic neck pain as was the other Dr. It was fast and paper work was easy. Im so grateful for this place. I will continue to come and recommend to friends and family.

Was a bit of a wait but overall their forms and their drs where more detailed and specific in diagnosis. Price was great as well asking less then most of the other offices in the valley . Nice friendly staff.

Man the way the lady talks to us patients on the line is insane. Hows that a good way to portray this place, or do business. Ive herd it was a great place, but shes the most rude person Ive spoke to in this industry hands down. No reason for that. Future patients be warned.

Pleasant staff, convenient location, reasonable fees. Having been in near constant pain for several years I was relieved that the Arizona voters finally passed a law allowing Medical Marijuana use. Money has been tight so its taken me a while to be able to come up with the funds to apply for my card. Arizona Green life made it possible sooner than I expected because of their low fees. I called to find out the hours they were open and had a Doctor available. When I arrived the staff was friendly and professional. After reviewing my medical records the Doctor asked many questions and did an exam. She had some recommendations (that I will try to follow) and agreed that marijuana may help alleviate some of my pain. The office staff took over from there and sent my application off to the state (small extra fee, but worth it since I dont have a fax machine). I got my email approval soon after and just found card in the mail when I got home last night. Now all I have to do is find a dispensary today and maybe I can finally get a pain free nights sleep.

The Doctor as well as the staff was very helpful and pleasant. I called on a friday and was conveniently seen the next day... I even received a discount, and the wait time was to be expected for a walk in. Id recommend this office to my friends and family.

This place is right down the road from me, and has an ad in the New Times for a $75 recommend. Thats all great EXCEPT for the fact that they are NEVER open!!! How do you expect to get any business if youre NEVER open for business???

All the people were nice and docs were great. But the pla e is filfty. Floors, walls and chairs look like they need to go to dump filfty.

I just renewed my card for the 6th year in a row with AZ Green Life (PHX). Their customer service is outstanding and they know how to take care of their customers. Even if an issue was to come up, they will go above and beyond to resolve it. The Phoenix location is a 43 mile drive for me but due to their excellent service and the way they take care of you, I wouldnt go any where else.

I went in today thinking I had all the documents I needed but turned out that my pcp office gave me the wrong info. I was stressing out because I didnt have the proper medical records and they wanted us to jump through hoops to get them faxed over in about 30 days. The staff was very understanding and compassionate. They didnt make me feel like it was my fault. Everyone I encountered were very friendly and caring. I am blessed that our local Smoke Shop carries Az Green Life products! Their CBD oil tincture 500mg has made all the difference in our Autism home. I highly recommend this product for anyone with Autism!

They claim $50 to see a physician and $50 for the fee on their building, but it is a flat out lie. They charge more than any other place Ive been too. Dont go here for an mmj card theyre a rip off.

Super bummed about my experience just on the phone.I had heard of this place after i got certified a year ago. I was kinda excited, no joke, to get renewed through this company because i had heard such great things from a few people and my fiance. The conversation and horrible downer short attitude the lady had on the phone was offputting. Then to end an uncomfortable conversation i say bye & thank you and she hung up on me without saying anything!! My fiance was planning on going also to get recertifie, we will both be choosing another facility.

Cheapest best place to get your license

I came in early by about 10 mins got sat down filled out my paperwork. The. The doc was a little bit late (only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 as Im a time nazi) did my thing there and was out. At some point between when I left and submission something happened. And was kinda denied. Before I even called them they were already fixing it. By the time I called it had already been fixed and I hadnt been informed yet. Fantastic.

AZ Green Life is by far the best place to get your medicinal marijuna card recommendation the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the wait was very brief and it is the only place I know of that not only has a doctor but a chiropractor on site as well which made the process that much easier, and the prices are the best in town if not the state I did a lot of research on this subject and I highly recommend AZ Green Life this is where I am going for my renewal and I suggest its where you go as well

I have been approved to hold a MedMJ card. And, I couldnt have done that without AzGreenLife. My husband heard about them oneday. So we ended up calling in one morning and ended up going in that afternoon. Filed out papers and paid my dues. But, during that wait time of sitting in the waiting room. I met a woman. Who trusted them enough for the application and the doctors. But, didnt trust them enough to submit the app. So, nosey me! I asked why? She said, because they never submit them. Long story short..... I was about to make a fool of myself, if she was telling the truth. They walked me through everything. Read me, what I was signing. The doctors (because there is two) examined my health problems. Listened to my designated problems and recommend different solutions. After all, said and done. They give the patient the piece of mind of watching them submit our application. And, I never mentioned the untrust. Who was sitting in the waiting room. So go go go! 8days later I was visiting a dispensary.
