First of all, the office is clean, calm and inviting. Zak is professional yet personable. He has never rushed our sessions. He asks questions about my well-being and listens beyond my given answers. He has helped in ways I didnt realize I needed. Hes intuitive, calm, attentive and friendly. I highly recommend The Lotus Acupuncture for those seeking help beyond Western medicine protocols.

I found Zak through a friend of mine in a time when I was experiencing a ton of lower back pain that was a result of a car accident.Honestly, nothing was helping relieve it, and I was at a point where I didn’t know if I could take the pain much longer. In my first session with Zak, I immediately was hopeful because he took such time in our consultation abs really listened to what I was saying and describing. I was completely relaxed abs comfortable with him. Zak has such a calming, welcoming energy. When I left our first session, I felt 30% better. I honestly would’ve take 5% relief, so this was beyond expectations for me. I kept up with regular appointments, and before I knew it, I was waking up a completely different person.He is amazing, and I really believe in the work he does.

I see Zak, between my appointments with a massage therapist, to target trigger points in my neck, shoulders, and back. Cupping helps pull up stagnant inter-tissue fluids through the capillary system hence the marks; added with with massage, it’s a great remedy for stress relief.Highly recommend. Zach is amazing, very caring and thoughtful. He has helped relieve tension and pain for my LBP. I recently Took my daughter in who had a severely sprained ankle and within two sessions she had immediate relief and was able to stabilize and start walking on it again! I cannot say enough good things about Zak: he is my first and only acupuncturist and Ive been seeing him for at least 5 years. I originally decided to try acupuncture because Id experienced weeks of insomnia and nothing I tried worked...after my first treatment, I slept like a champ. Hes also treated me for jaw pain, digestive issues, an inflamed nerve in my leg that massage didnt help, hormone imbalances - I cant even remember all the ailments hes gotten me through. Every time after Zak works his magic, I feel better. Hes also a genuinely kind & warm person, fun to chat with, and his space is super serene. I have been getting acupuncture and cupping from Zach for over 8 months to treat chronic pain, fatigue, mood, anxiety, and muscle tension. I am a converted patient. I didnt think acupuncture would be the right thing for me since I am used to western medicine exclusively, but after a few sessions with Zak I have been able to see great improvement and reduction on the pain in my arm and wrist caused by working on the computer all day. Zaks calm and professional demeanor made me feel comfortable about the process, specially the use of needles. Zak has helped me with other pain issues in my legs and sciatic area through stretches and physical therapy. He also provides amazing massages, although is rare to have a chance to book a massage with him due to his busy schedule, but if you get lucky enough to book a massage with him, you will wish you could it more often.

I had really bad sciatica problems last year and had been suffering miserably for quite some time. Went to Zachary and after just 2 treatments I made a trip to Wyoming pain free. After returning home, had 2 more treatments and it has been almost a full year and I havent had problems. Zachary is awesome!
