Mount Sunny is my favorite place! Phoenix is so lucky to have a wellness spot like this. The decor is beautiful and youll finally instantly calmer just walking in.The music transports you to another realm. Getting a treatment is the most incredible experience I have ever had and I felt a million times better upon leaving. Shelby has the softest touch and I didnt feel any pain at all. I recommend cupping and acupuncture together.

Had the best first time acupuncture experience. Mount sunny is absolutely beautiful and such a calm atmosphere. Shelby was so knowledgeable and gentle and made sure to answer all my questions I had. It was such a relaxing experience and I already scheduled my next visit!

I had never done acupuncture before, but Shelby and Spencer made it such a tranquil and enchanting experience. I was encouraged to come in early and enjoy the space (so glad I did), and then sat with Shelby to talk through my health and lifestyle. I targeted my upper back and legs with acupuncture and cupping, and the increase in blood flow and overall ease of tension was incredible and immediately effective.While there are probably cheaper acupuncturists in Phoenix, the value in being in this healing and visually soothing space with an intimate and hospitable approach is undeniable. Definitely will return again.

Absolutely loved my visit at Mount Sunny today. Upon entering , Shelby was warm and welcoming and environment felt the same way. Shelby is incredibly knowledgeable and we spoke for about 30 minutes before starting accupuncture so she could learn more about the reason for my visit, lifestyle, any underlying issues, ETC. Once we finished our discussion we proceeded with the accupuncture and I felt very at ease, calm and relaxed. After we completed the accupuncture, Shelby and I discussed a plan of action for future care. Overall, a wonderful experience and I left feeling amazing! Would highly recommend Mount Sunny and Shelby Ramirez.

Shelby is always such a pleasure to be around; she is kind and efficient when I visit her at Mount Sunny. I’ve been to a significant amount of TCM spots out in LA and was concerned when I moved to Phoenix that I wouldn’t be able to find an acupuncture and cupping spot that knew what they were doing. Thankfully I found Mount Sunny. The cupping massage is wonderful and Shelby clearly knows what she’s doing. She has an extensive background in her practice and service offerings, she gave me a little gua sha how-to for some tension I was holding in my neck and jaw the first time I went, and it’s such a relaxing and pleasant experience whenever I go. Her prices are more than reasonable too. Highly recommend her services. I’ve not tried her herbal blends but my friends rave about them, and knowing how Shelby treats her patients tells me they’re likely very high quality too (and the packaging is v dope). It is hard to accurately describe my experience at Mount Sunny.. Shelby was so incredibly knowledgeable and amazing with her touch. Her ability to know what my body needed was beyond compare. Even though this was my first visit to her studio, I felt like she had been working on me for years. Each touch and movement of hers was so deliberate, precise, and meaningful. After my session, I felt immediate relief. The environment is soothing, immaculately clean, welcoming, and so professional. The studio was able to book me with very little notice and I am so thankful. The location is easy to locate and has lots of parking in the back. I will be returning regularly and cannot wait!!

I attended the grand opening it was a beautiful experience. The feeling I experienced was warm and inviting. Shelby and Spencer are absolutely fabulous. They have wonderful treatments for stress, fatigue, injuries and much more. I’ve received acupuncture from Shelby it was so healing I also love their herbal supplements “Happy Tree” is a great one for a calming feeling, my whole family takes it. I love this place will be back.

Went to Mount Sunnys grand opening and was immediately impressed with the feel of staff and the space. It is a very welcoming environment. With Spencer and Shelby, I felt comfortable right away.I am a believer in Eastern Medicine so I am thrilled to have a local place for acupuncture and cupping treatments.I will be a frequent client for sure! Over all the experience was blissful. Acupuncture and cupping were perfectly paired. The wellness bar was also exceptional both service and taste!

Received acupuncture treatment here and would not go back. Every needle caused a sharp pain that shouldnt happen when administered by someone more qualified. Shelbys in the wrong business. Would suggest you look elsewhere.

I had acupuncture and cupping done by Shelby Ramirez and it was unbelievable. I had 2 back surgeries (laminectomy, discectomy) in my 20s and battle nerve pain in my legs and feet. The cupping really helped me relax because Im constantly tense in anticipation of moving the wrong way and aggravating my nerve pain. During the acupuncture, I could literally feel my muscles releasing and reacting to the treatment. My nerve pain and range of motion feels better after every treatment. Highly recommend! After the treatment, I had one of their specialty drinks which tasted bomb and gave me a burst of energy. I couldnt leave without picking up one of the Mount Sunny shirts and its already the comfiest shirt I own. Needless to say I love this place and you should definitely check it out.
