First time I entered this store and I was pleasantly surprised. Items were neatly displayed and organized. I donated many household items I havent used in years and I plan on going back soon to donate more household items in the near future.

First time in this store. I would have loved to have purchased the items in my cart. It was very busy in the store which explained why the store was extremely messy. However, there was no order at the cash register and there were two lines for two cashiers. After waiting in line for 5 minutes, my line was redirected to another line. I left without buying my items

I enjoyed visiting on Sundays. $1 items are awesome

I love it there. They always have a nice selection of antiques, vintage furniture... etc. I never walk out empty handed.

Good place to come especially around Christmas time when your on a budget.

A lot of nice things here. The only problem I have with buying something here is that theres no way to be sure if something electronic like a DVD/ Blueray player, television, Radio etc. will work properly or not when you get it home. And if it doesnt, I was told that store credit would be how I was reimbursed. Its always good to know that I can get my money back in situations like this because its not like I can just get another one of the same item at a thrift shop the same as I could at a store like WalMart or Target or something. Other than that, its a great store for nice clothes and other odds and ends.

I found a couple of things. The cashier was nice.

INSANELY way over priced items. This store has gotten ridiculous the last few months. Rude management when the line is long, they dont ask for a backup to come help. Just look at you and walk away. Prices have went way too high the last couple months for sure. Highly disappointing

I purchased a shelf unit for only $5.99 and a mirror for $4.99. I glued the pieces together and made a beautiful bathroom piece for less than $12!!

Like this place but prices are a bit high. Was there yesterday with a friend and she paid for article but got home and wasnt in bag and I purchased 8 items and was charged for 9 items...called store and spoke with same clerk from yesterday but she was No help. Need to count items next time b4 leaving store.

I wish this store was tidier and better organized. I went in for decorative wineglasses, and the display itself was hazardous; I could have broken other sets while selecting the items I wanted. The floor was unswept, with dropped merchandise being ignored by staff.Clean up your act, guys.

The only place where you can get hand painted, expensive knickknacks for $2.50. and its for a good cause. 😉

For a supposed charitable organization, this store had some heartless employees, who didnt want my kids quietly playing with the used broken toys (under my supervision) so that they wouldnt wreck the rest of the store. She told me they were for purchase only and not to be played with. This is a goodwill. Not much of that going around. Maybe they just didnt appreciate our demographics and denomination.

The store is nicely set up. They throw 2 colors each day for 50% off. The staff is helpful and friendly.

I used to visit the store every other week.now maybe once a year.they dont have the selections like jewelry,artwork,books,CDs,and dvds like they used to.a mens shirt is now five dollars,which what they go for on sale at boscovs for.

The store has a lot of items. However theyre not sorted well. More jumbled together. Most thrift stores do a large business with books. People come in for books and shop other sections. This store has only 1 bookcase and the books are thrown in. They should pay more attention to this section !!

Came here for a drop off. Large store with a huge donation space. Would absolutely donate here again. Staff moved quickly and everyone was respectful.

Your standard GoodWill. I usually really like it there. Today I tried to visit though / at least just browse about 10-15 minutes before close, and the cashiers told me I couldn’t come in because they were getting everybody out. I didn’t really vibe with that because it wasn’t closing time yet. So I guess if you’re gonna go, get there with ample time.

All good stuff never makes I to the shelf. Employees bring stuff to their cars..Pathetically operated disaster

Great store with very friendly associates. I love going on Sundays as they have $1 days. Whatever the sale color was that week is only $1 on Sunday!! I wish they had a section devoted to maternity as it is VERY hard to find and maybe a bit more organization would be nice!

They have color tag sales but clothing is way over priced. $9.99 for used dresses is too much. House wares, shoes, and purses are reasonably priced but items are just piled onto the shelves, the whole area is a mess. This is definitely not my favorite goodwill. The one on route 1 in langhorne is clean an organized.

It used to be a good thrift store until the last couple of months. The one older woman with blond hair that works there treats it as a consignment shop. She’s ripped items out of my hand, insulted me, and rejected purchase of certain items because of random petty excuses. She’s rejected a purchase BY telling me that the item I had wasn’t priced right and that she has to take it to the back for re-ticketing.The manager is no help, he insisted one day of charging me $40 for vintage ripped polo jacket in poor condition. Prices for remotely decent items are outrageous. I hope things change at that store it’s going downhill fast!

Prices are a bit all over the place at this location. A bit messy, but they try to keep things sanitized. Always my first stop on my thrifting trips.EDIT: changing to 5 stars from 4, they really cleaned up the place.

This goodwill used to be great but lately they have been pricing items up. And they use black tags (dont go on sale ever) on stuff from Forever 21 - the epitome of cheap fast fashion. 10 bucks is too much for a used dress. I think they upped the prices of their skirts - 6 bucks for a skirt is steep considering you cannot try anything on right now. I seem to see less and less clothing on sale too. This was my favorite goodwill and now its subpar.

They overprice anything remotely stylish or good quality. They stopped oraganizing the dresses by size and now it is a big mess. Housewares section is a mess. Stop acting like a consignment shop, it is a thrift store! On a positive note, the cashiers are always friendly.

This particular Goodwills focus seems to be on clothing, of which there is quite a lot. I happened to be interested in kitchen appliances & furniture, of which there was basically none. Of course that may well change according to donations

Nice place clean lot of sales good staff

It was good just like last time. I wasnt able to find too many things this time around but its always a good place to go if you dont mind buying used items. You get really lucky sometimes and end up getting amazing things.

Slightly overpriced like other locations but I really liked the selection of women’s clothing. I noticed that were a lot of items from Target that were likely donated. The issue with that is how some of the pieces were marked at retail prices. Compared to other Goodwill locations, the book section was really small, with little to no children’s books. This store could really use some TLC in regards to its cleanliness and overall organization. I definitely recommend shopping here just to see what they have. Shop smart and check for specials on certain colored tags.

I love this place.. I have been trying to make time to shop here for months and I finally did last weekend. I brought a few things for a very low price.. Their prices are excellent!!! Also I lost my wallet in the parking lot and came back to the store when I realized it.. They really helped me to their best ability by checking the video cameras. There was no video evidence of me leaving it behind in the store but I did drop it in the parking lot and someone brought it into the store (appreciate that) and they called my job. (Long story short) I went back, and there my wallet was.. I definitely appreciate the help of these lovely ladies. They appsolutely made my day. The associates occupying this store are awesome.

I actually like this Goodwill, the prices are very reasonable compared to others Ive been to. It was organized and had some neat stuff. People were cool too.

At this location the service was so bad the merchandise was over priced the lady was very nasty i thought this was a good will store its a shame this day and age that she couldnt show us at least some customer service my family will never return to this store again. All praise to the most high

Its funny that when wearing a mask a certain way, you get yelled at. Honestly, I have bought some stuff there and made double to triple profit. Other stores dont mind if the mask has a hole in it. Be happy you sell certain items but dont be yelling at people to threaten to kick them out and not have them in your business. If people see this , not asking to boycott, I will buy any books, puzzles, anything [email protected]. I will do all cash offers so that this store doesnt.

The workers are all so friendly and pleasant.if you need help they will help you with a smile.the manger is always so friendly. The store is always so clean and things always in their right place.they having parking spaces which is great.i love their store and their prices Are fair. Gloria ross

This business has moved across the street to 9920 Bustleton Avenue. It is next to Advanced Auto Parts... behind McDonalds. Dont be mad when you see the store is for Sale.. it only moved across the street. Minus one star for failing to post that on the original building.

Today was my first time there. definitely not my last. but i wish that the dressing rooms were more lit, i couldn’t see myself well at all.the cashier was very nice :)

Easy service. Drive through was simple to. Drop donations and get a receipt. Friendly volunteers were also helpful with unloading my car.

Clothes, DVDs, sports equipment, and lots of decorative objects and glassware. They used to have good pricing but lately they have been raising prices that are almost the same as new clearance at retail stores! Id skip this one.

Places like this are amazing. Knowing that the money goes to a good cause is very good to know. And just the fact that something amazing could be awaiting you there. I love not knowing what new things arrive, its a surprise every visit:) The maintenance do their best to provide customers with a pleasing experience and will always support you in your purchase. Buying things from Goodwill leaves me with a smile because I know that I did something good for someone else. And remember, one mans trash is another mans treasure (women as well, lol). Please do not hesitate to buy from here, I guarantee that something special awaits you:)

Same prices as Texas or Oklahoma. Big choices and not crowded place. I bought clothes for my job. More cheap than Wal-Mart.

I find good items pretty regularly. I loik at it as a treasure hunt of sorts, and finding the good stuff keeps me coming back.

Clothes were labeled and sorted efficiently. Womans clothes were plentiful. Mens clothes were slim pickings. The staff milled around mumbling to themselves like they were ready to fight you. The miscellaneous items were in shambles. Paintings with broken frames. A surprisingly expansive collection of all sorts of holiday items. Cannot compare to the Goodwill in Bensalem with a larger variety of items in better conditon. It is what it is.

I use to come here when it first opened, the staff was nice. Now they are hiring a lot of ghetto people and its not. It wont be long before it turns into a thrift shop from north Philly. There goes the neighborhood!

This is the most amazing place for household items on a real strict budget. Like furniture , dishes and paper shredders. Ect.

LOOOOVED this place, for years I found more gems than I can count. Now, its overpriced items (except Sundays any item with the 2 tag colors are 1$ whether its a TV or couch) and the pickings are slim at best. No ones paying 4-6 bucks for a used shirt when a new one is 5 bucks. Old manager lady with glasses is rude if you have kids. Plus russian & indian folks make sunday crazy (pushing in doors first, fighting over items, etc). Last 3-5 times I went there I bought nothing which has never happened to me at a Thrift shop ever in 40 years of going. So pass on this one, unless its Sunday...

You can get some really nicr utems here. But, back room staff (personnel in the area where you donate items)less than helpful.

Very nice people. Arrived 10 minutes before they closed and they still made time for me to unload my truck full of donations.
