This deplorable place should be shut down! My brother was sent here from one of the worse prisons and this place was even more horrible than the prison he was transferred from. They barely get fed. The staff could care less about any of the inmates. There is no accountability for staff or inmates and zero safety for inmates. This place is supposed to offer rehabilitation and the only thing it offers is more trauma!My brother was beat up by another resident and extorted and the staff did NOTHING!How is this place even open and functioning?! It’s a terrible terrible place!!!

The staff abuse their power , never fresh sheets . Food should be illegal , never a hit meal and portions are damn near next to nothing

My man is in there and they have problems getting out they don’t evan take them out for air in they little yard they don’t care about them in there they don’t barely get any food and Evan if they get passes they don’t let people out on them the staff are rude and don’t do anything for the people in there they should be closed down it’s nasty in there

Dirty, disgusting, bug and rodents. Staff is absolutely useless and do nothing all day but play on their phones.

The Kintock Group has its re-entry persons on quarantine due to positive Covid-19 cases. They will not test the other persons in the facility or allow them to go get tested on their own. They have the facility locked down and do not allow them to have the appropriate items needed to protect themselves against Covid nor are they using Covid safe practices. This does nothing, but put the other persons locked in this re-entry facility in risk of getting Covid. This place treats the re-entry persons like they are still incarcerated. The Kintock Group is a disgrace!

There is nothing special about this place, its like jail but on a smaller scale- that is until people realize they can have their freedom by being responsible. The place is run down inside & out, and I didnt meet anyone (worker, or someone who is suppose to be working) who I could say was at least halfway nice, cause nobody who works there gives two Big Macs about our families or our loved ones, so dont expect much & good luck☘️🍀!

This is a prime example of the problems of PA DOC system. Seems like no one wants to help or uplift anyone that has to stay or use a service in this place. I will say though, there is a job coach person there that seems really interested in seeing men get to work.

Terrible place very rude and they really have no concern for your loved one. I pray that people make it out alive. My family member has a life threatening illness if not managed correctly can cause major problems. If anyone knows how to get anyone to listen please share 🙏🏽😩

Today was my son’s birthday, and he wanted Domino Pizza, which I ordered. There was a problem with the order and I called the facility. The staff was nasty,rude, insensitive and lacking professionalism. They are worse than rats. I hate to see my tax payer dollars use to pay salaries to ignorant people.

What a horror! Theft, deception and outright lies. No parking on premises even when carrying large boxes of personal belongings for the residents. No current activities or training classes being offered. What is written on paper isnt being carried out behind closed doors. This place should be investigated and shut down!!!

This place is terrible! My boyfriend is in there right now extremely sick. The nurses dont care what so ever, and they dont do there job well at all! The food is awful, they dont feed them full meals like they should. The staff over the phone are ignorant as ever, they should all be fired for doing a piss poor job. The place is ran down, just as much as the people that work there. Its clearly all about money. THEY NEED TO BE TREATED LIKE HUMANS, NOT ANIMALS.

The halfway home house is a brilliant idea. The flaws come with the way it is used. The attempt to structure is lost on those who choose to not comply.Coming out of prison for many is a daunting proposition. To even find a place to stay. Parole trying to enforce their ideas no job the list goes on. Many men and women end up back inside with new charges and more time because of not utilizing a place such as this to the best it could be used for.Many when inside swore off this or that. Swore theyve changed this place is somewhere to show they meant it. They get a pass and instead of using it to work productively they run to their girls the dealers etc. The promises meant nothing. But in the end all they did was lie to themselves because no one believed them anyhow.Personally Ive been in worse and been in better. If the facility would understand the mind of those incarcerated and fixed it to that end and stop thinking they want to give all residents full freedom the Kintock group would be what those who created it envisioned. A home for those to reassimilate themselves without feeling trapped.

More like triple negative star! They treat our loved ones like caged animals they are hardly ever aloud to to go outside people are using more in there than in the streets passing out! The staff are rude and dont know how to do their jobs its more a trap house and a set up for failure they do not go by their own schedules they are supposed to be doing groups and that hardly haopens the staff in there are younger than i am looking like they just graduated high school! they need to make major changes or shut the place down! If I new who contact about this place and file a complaint i would!

Treat the inmates like those not human......, mold and mildew in the ceilings, vents full of dust..... Im certain everyone will have respitory infections/ issues now Or in the future..... 🙏

Some of the staff can be short tempered, most staff are as respectful as you are. Other residents are more disrespectful. Not a place I would ever want to go to again. Some of the programs are helpful but not beneficial. Must be self reliant and able to find employment, not very helpful with employment resources or finding a job. Sometimes can be hard to get all parties on the same page, can attribute to being under staffed and burned out for the amount of people who come through here and then of course there is the residents who abuse the freedoms and ruin the staff who do want to help. MY ADVICE, STAY HOME!

Never been inside this place but the females that work in the front are so rude especially on the phone.

Horrible people, dirty facility and the only good thing I can say is that Ms. Hunter is the best case manager hands down.

This place is a joke... The guards are wastes of space, they are too busy hanging out talking with each other... To make matters worse most of them are Muslims that work there... The blacks get to cut the line during visiting hour (the workers watch them do it and just laugh and talk like theyre old friends), they get special privileges too... They get no outside time unless they smoke, their lockers are robbed and nothing done, fights happen during visiting hours and they dont stop it, and risk the other visitors safety... The visit room is a disgusting mess. Always crumbs, spilled stuff on the tables and seats.... I would rather be in prison then that disgusting place, its an unsafe dive...

My man recently got released from prison, and is now in kintock and he sounds so stressed in this place, sounds worse than being in jail .
