If I do not have to give them a star I would not. I have been reaching out to the for more than a year. no one answer phone or email. Not even if you have a direct person to contact they answer. Not even to say they are in receipt of your email. I would not recommend to anyone. as other have said too comfortable.

Worst place ever. Nobody seems to be available to reach regardless of time of day. If youre hoping to have help obtaining your first mortgage, dont waste your time. Complete sham! Zero communication on their end.

FINANTA has not been the same financial institution in the last year. A lot of the good, honest, hard working, and knowledgeable staff is not longer there. Staff that was always available to answer phone, questions, and provide accurate resources. Half of the lenders don’t know how to guide and the others are never available.Know it’s just about making numbers, not building anyone.
