Service was straight forward to use. I made a follow-up with my universities who forwarded certificates via recorded mail. What I could upload I uploaded. When I had a question I was able to put in a query which was always responded to on time. I cannot fault their service because the website is very clear. Thank you for great service.

I had to use their services because it was one of the requirements for me to be able to get my license transferred over to the state I’m currently residing. I’m a foreign graduate and it was required for me to get my transcript evaluated through CGFNS and it is the worst experience I’ve ever have to deal with. I submitted my application April of this year and I’m currently still waiting which means I haven’t been able to practice for 6 months now. I paid a lot of money to be waiting this long. I was able to obtain my license from a different state and worked for almost 4 years. Whenever I email them they will say the same thing each time “ we received all documents and we’re currently processing your documents” I’m beyond frustrated. I tried calling them and they are just rude.

CGFNS as an international body is very organized, time conscious and carries the applicant along through mail and other services. You can reach them in case of difficulties during registration or updating of profile. This could be done by calls or contact us message. I used these two methods often especially calls for quicker response. During the call, time is taking to explain the issue in a simple way and prompt action implemented. The only problem with call is patience, you shouldnt be in a hurry, it is done accordingly. CGFNS delivers at stipulated time, even shorter than expectation once the documents are available.Honestly, I recommend CGFNS to my colleagues, friends and others for effective and efficient services.

Regardless of how slow the process was for them to finish and evaluate my documents . It’s just really sad how they don’t have a study guide or a book to use to practice for the CGFNS Qualifying Exam. They tell you they have one on the website after you purchase the application. But it’s only 75 questions. That’s not enough to study for an exam. How are you suppose to practice , with what materials!?!? It’s just really ridiculous. Please make a book ! It’s not fair at all !*Update**September 7, 2021*They now have self-assessment exams , 2 that are self paced and 2 that are timed, labeled A and B each. I purchased all four of them and they all were the same exam. DO NOT WASTE your money on the exams. They do not give you explanations after you finish to see what you got wrong, they just tell you you’re percentage score. That’s no help !

The website was user friendly, its easily accessible.. the customer service _contact us_ was responsive enough which was great. The only thing for me that needs improvement; when they received my documents i need to follow it up thru email for it to be posted, it took about 20 days for that. Overall, it was just a swift process :) still highly recommended!

The customer service keep cutting me off while I was explaining my situation, yelling at me. Unbelievable. First time It happened to me everytime I call from the past they were always pleasant and nice,but not this time.

Thats it I have absolutely lost all patience I have dealing with this unprofessional service. Nobody replies and if any does, it will be in an odd time on a Sunday evening. My files have been sent and received for weeks and still marked ready for evaluation. I have had the same valuation done 8 years ago and they can just literally copy that but still....nothing!I cannot believe how much of a dismay I am experiencing with CGFNS international. My documents have been received 2 months ago and the evaluation is still not being done. I am contemplating just getting a refund or complaining to Pennsylvanias attorney general about this business. They are very unprofessional, it is virtually impossible to reach them via email and if you do, correspondence takes weeks, even months. We are paying them a lot of money for below mediocre work.

Nightmare. It’s been 7 months since my application and nothing has progressed. My school has sent 3 different mails to this facility and they have lost all of them somehow. Wish there was some other company I can use. Also notice how most of the 5 star reviews are written by people whose first review is CGFNS… I guess my $540 is being spent on paying people to write fake reviews here.

I am very satisfied with their service starting from the application. Since I did it on my own without the help of any agencies, I sent a lot of queries to their contact us, and they were very responsive and patient. I was submitting all the documents as fast as I could despite of some pandemic situation and I’m happy that it just took 7 weeks for them to finally complete my visascreen. Thank you so much!=)

Horrible experience with cgfns.Different call person have different answers to the same question which is extremely deceiving. I started my process 1 year ago and they promised to help me out, but eventually when I was near the deadline they just backed off. The point is why giving such confusing answers when u don’t exactly know what to do...??? They just wanted me to pay and start the service some how and then gave multiple excuses which delayed my process. They even lost my documents and took no extra effort to even acknowledge their mistake by finding them. Their call persons don’t have the right information and they don’t really co-ordinate with each other. I would have simply picked another service and would have been done by now..!!!! Very frustrating!!!! Sheer waste of money, energy and most importantly “time”.

Very poor service, unaccommodating customer service. 30-40 minutes minimum waiting before they answer your call. And answering service they prompting you to arrange and pay $30 for a zoom meeting for any questions or inquiry. What is that?Even they get the documents from international. They never informed (email that they got it at least) they notified after 3 weeks . Where you were trying to find out if the documents was lost or received.I just wish The PA BON will stop using this CGFNS for CES. Un efficient service!Zero star rating !00000

My girlfriend (Sophie) has been working for months litterly since January on trying to get the documentation sorted to move from being a nurse in the UK to nursing in the USA, so that she can have a Job and join me in Atlanta.all that seems to happen is they say they dont have documents constantly and Sophie sends them over again, they dont seem to have an idea of what they need or what they already have.... they make it a massively difficult process for no apparent reason. and when you try and call them directly no one picks up the phone.

Its a very irresponsible organization. They deleted by records without my notice and now i cant obtain a license in another state because going through another verification process is not easy once you have no ties to your foreign country any more. They failed to tonify me about deleting my records and extremely unreliable, also impossible to reach. I cant believe so many states rely on this organization, its a shame. I am very disappointed in this organization.

This is the worst organization , very bad customer service, speent on hour the phone before someone very rude responds and was very rude and didn’t answered my question. After 6 months of application they lied about my documents, some agent said I don’t have any documents on file, some said my school didn’t send my transcript while I have every copy of the documents that was send to them. Finally they sent my report incompletely to NY.

The process in credential evaluation was smooth. Updates came timeously and logging in for progress had clear instructions. Thumbs up!

I had my CES report earlier than expected. I thought otherwise because my friends spent a longer time doing theirs but Im satisfied with the short time my evaluation took. Thank you cfgns. However, you can reduce your evaluation time to 2months if possible to make it faster. It was a wonderful experience with cgfns though.

My experience with CGFNS was excellent. Itll be frustrating if you dont send all the required documents, but if you do send all the necessary documents your experience will be excellent. Im sure now theyre slow due to Covid related backlog which is affecting almost every big institution.

My experience is basically on the staffs ,they were customer friendly,polite and dedicated to their jobs. Cgfns is the best evaluation center most especially for their patient.Waiting for the schools and individual documents to be submitted.

They take too long to process documents and give no detailed explanation whenever I ask for help about something ! No give or take ! Super slow on the process. I’ve applied for a CEP last Sept and still don’t have my license (it’s March now). Every document take 5 weeks to be verified. And if there is anything wrong it take another 5 weeks to send out a letter to inform that. Customer service representatives are usu condescending and rude (except for a couple). One time I had a lady who didn’t listen to my question and kept reading things off from a script. I got so frustrated. Wish there was another third party that verifies foreign licenses. I would never want to use CGFNS again. Such a bad experience.

I had an experience to evaluate my credentials at CGFNS but it was very frustrating b/c they took more than 2months to udate my status for one email or mail. Also to talk to customer service you have to wait on average 1 hour for each call.I wish I can find any other authorized organization who can evaluate my health related degree and report to licensers.Now it has been one year since i start my evaluation but no outcome, still waiting .Really frustrating😥😥😥

I spoke to a representative today, 01/29/21 around 7:30 am to 8:am PST her name is Connie she is from Applicant Navigation Service dept. Apparently, she was very rude and incompetent and inefficient. She is kind of yelling at me. I was frustrated with whats going on with my application but all she has to tell me was my request was still on pending and that she cant do anything about it to help me but to send another f/u with another dept. I understand that there are things that she cant do but she couldve told those to me in a nice way and not yelling at me. I hope this matter will be escalated to her manager.

The CGFNS was really fast in doing my re- evaluation. It was good. They did it within 3weeks that I sent it.

Messaged multiple times about my requirements. Sent them an email explaining why i was not able to obtain my license from my COE, and no answer. They wont process until all the requirements are completed. Theyre waiting for a document that I already explained why i don’t have.Ridiculous. Will switch to ERES after

Extremely upset, they decided to recently change the login website to confirm your email. In addition to confirming your email they ask you to write the CGFNS ID number. Some how the ID number that they provided me with and that I have been received correspondence from them for the past 4 years “does not match the ID number in their system” so now I have to call CGFNS number M-F 9:30 to 3:00pm and wait in the line for a zillion of hours until somebody decides to take my call.Way to go CGFNS I could not expect anything else from you !!!
