A lot of times I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Therapist hear a lot of traumas all day so if I am the last to go, I would understand if they are bit stressed or a bit tired but as a person who chose this career, I should never have to question your professionalism. Just because you work and give therapy to people in a more impoverished community does not mean that they deserve any less respect. It does not give you a go ahead to be a receptionist using your phone to the point that you never noticed that some one walked in. It does not mean that for an intake appointment that you get to treat it like an assembly line. It does not mean as a therapist that you get to inflict your religious values on some one else, or WATCH TV while some one is speaking to you about their issues, or look for your next meal, and if you do these things have enough respect by not letting them know you have no respect or personal regard for their feelings. I feel so bad for those trying to seek emergency help because they could care less. It is sad that you dont care to help your community in the slightest. This is why so many people dont go to therapy because people like this. I am looking for your professional opinion not your personal opinion. I am so sorry. I would tell anyone to go some where else. If it dont feel right, it isnt right.

I’m the type thats always skeptical about who I let in and tell my business to. But I gave it a shot it wasn’t really crowded so I was cool with that. When covid hit and the office closed my therapist contacted me with no problem. We talked like she was my auntie she was welcoming and always kept it real with me and she always accepted my feelings and reactions. Also, we tried a lot of therapeutic outlets gardening , writing , hiking , etc so we didn’t have to resort to meds. I’ve dealt with trauma and I just needed to really deal with it not cover it up with meds. So I’m still working through it with my therapist and I love her. She responds when I really need her and directs me to the right path when I veer off track. I would drop the name but naw I’m selfish. But I love this place and as longop

Very unprofessional and don’t answer calls. Been trying to get a hold of them for months. Sad thing is I’ve been without medication.

Professional people and work

Same day appointments and got to see the Psychiatrist the same week. I’m extremely happy with my therapist. I highly recommend coming here. It lives up to its name.

Very professional, caring and considerate. They really make you feel at home. They are the only clinic that is in the community and actually helps everyone in the community. They make sure that the clients and the community get what they need. The therapist are professional and friendly. We need more like Serenity Safe Haven Outpatient Clinic.

Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Therapist was very apologetic and definitely made up for my initial experience. I received quality care and professional service with the therapist. I am very pleased and grateful for this clinic.
