They never ever ever answer the phone when you want to make an appointment. Only still going because my siblings love doctor Kiet who was recently transferred here. If it wasn’t for him, we would never come here.

Waited in a room full of people waiting for their COVID shot for an hour. Then NO STIRRUPS FOR THE GYNO EXAM. They put me on the pads people use for their incontinent dogs and asked me to spread. Then sent me for a mammogram but the script wasn’t valid. There’s really no point to go here tbh.

I am not a patient, thank God, but my fiancé is so I know from being with him during his visits or even just trying to get appointments or reach Dr it is virtually impossible ! The staff seems incompetent or they don’t really care. My Advise is Don’t go to them at All. Find An All around Competent Dr as Well as Staff. Dr’s should provide a certain type of welcoming, clean, friendly environment for their patients it shows care for their patients. It should be surroundings where they can be comfortable as they wait to be seen in a reasonable amount of waiting time . Not wait for hours at a time. Consideration is needed all away around especially excellent deliverance of medical treatment. Anything less means find a reputable Dr elsewhere, Please For your sake and for Your healths sake !!

Scheduling an appointment takes at least an hour and the lady on the phone was incredible rude.

I took a day off to take my sister to this place for a doctor’s appointment (this appointment took 2 hours to schedule, the doctor himself had to go get the receptionist twice to schedule because she apparently didnt understand that it’s her duty to help schedule the appointment). We got there only to find out that the doctor only comes in on Wednesdays now and so we were told to go home and wait for a phone call. I suggest going to a different place. Don’t waste your time here.UPDATE: The doctor never called.

Avoid this healthcare provider at all costs. Slowest turn around time for call backs, insurance authorizations and longest possible wait times. Telehealth appointments are frequently hours late, and if you miss the call there is no way to call back. Ive been going here for years and it was annoying when they made you wait for hours in the waiting room but at least that didnt turn into waiting weeks for an appointment after missing a call that would come in hours late. If communication is important avoid this medical group like the plague.

Sad to go through most of the negative reviews. According to me this is one of the best healthcare center that provides almost every healthcare services and very affordable. Place to remember if you dont even have have health insurance, you will get instant assistance for any needs you may have.

I arrived at 10:35am for an 11:00am appointment with the nurse practitioner. I didnt even see her until after 12. She referred me to a case manager without any explanation to me, wasting more of my time. Somehow on top of this the administrative staff mixed up my last name with my first name, so everyone was calling me by the wrong name. The one highlight of my visit was the nurse who did my bloodwork - she was a pro, quick and very friendly. When I finally got done it was 1:24pm.Im sure everyone who works here has the best of intentions but they are really disorganized.

Went to meet with OBGYN. Its very unfortunate that I had car problems in their parking lot, but I immediately called AAA to be towed. While waiting an Asian man came out not once but 3 times and picked up a tow sign to show me that he could have my car towed WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY AAA TOW TRUCK. I will not go back & will be sure to let others know. There were MAYBE 3 cars in the INCLUDING his & mine. I guess I should have waited in the street? No compassion or concern for a customer or the fact Im very noticeably pregnant. I HOPE he treats other patients better and business must not be to good if hes got time to hang out in the parking lot. Find another pharmacy or healthcare provider is my advice after this experience.

They need to train their staff better,this is a healthcare facility not a fast food joint,especially with patient who dont speak good english yet...by staff i mean front desk not the nurses or doctors...

If you are coming as a walk in you will be waiting for hours..best to get here early as possible.Great obgyn on staff Emma is good && really seems like she has my best intrest in mind!

Would recommend elsewhere. Theres only a single person in the staff that I feel comfortable with. Some of the other staff are a bit incompetant. One time, me and my mother had to go into the office of a counselor/nurse to sign up for a program to help pay the medical fee. The lady was incredibly rude and not understanding at all that my mother wasnt good at english, and Im not good at translating either. Like why would you have a job that most likely have people that DONT speak english? The wait is longer than expected, even if youre getting 1 shot of a vaccine. Good thing Im not going anymore. I dont like it here.

This is worse than going to the hospital even if you have an appointment they attend you 4 hours later and I still design you go 15 minutes before and a bad service
