This is an absolutely atrocious physician group - please save yourself the hassle and never make an appointment. Prescriptions are routinely over a week late getting called in, doctors don’t return messages for over a week - bordering on patient abandonment. STAY AWAY.

Worst experience ever anymore, they were always slow to begin with and now they use one patient an hour due to COVID-19 as an excuse to be even slower, you would think with reduced people it wouldnt take an hour to be seen when you have an actual appointment, sickening service.

I called earlier this week, very worried about my very high blood sugar. The woman who answered the phone, told me it was too much info. For the Dr. She then put me on hold for 20 min. & never picked back up. Someone else picked up & promised to leave the Dr. a message. No call back, of course. I told the last Dr. I spoke too. The answer for my high blood sugar, but instead they put me on high cholesterol medicine. I didnt have high cholesterol before they let my Bloodsugar & A1C get so very high. If things dont change soon, I am going to switch Dr.s offices!!

The front office staff at this location is absolutely horrible. They are the rudest, unfriendliest people I have ever encountered in a doctors office. Getting an appointment is next to impossible. It seems like you are bothering them when you call. The doctors are nice enough, but getting to them is such a bad experience.

Whenever I need an appointment they see me right away. The Doctors, Nurses and Personnel are amazing. Super clean, courteous and fast.

I called 9:10 this morning telling them I need to see my doctor ASAP it’s an emergency it’s really important & all they said was they were gonna leave the doctor a message & he’ll get back to me & still have yet to call me or leave any message to me I asked if there was another doctor I could see & they said no doctors are available

Run! My first and only experience was horrible. The phone is always busy. Call now it’s probably busy right this second. It took me hours to get through. The nurses are rude, and the doctors don’t listen. I went in for fluid/vertigo in my ear, and he kept talking about weight. They have no organization at all. The wrong doctor came into my room, and switched after I went over my chart. I got a random voicemail that says I have an appointment that I didn’t make. I can’t cancel it, because I get get through. But I can bet I’ll get a bill when I don’t come to it!

PCP with late hours available. The waiting area was clean and modern. They have Bilingual staff and even when coming for late visit you can have your labs done. I was pleased with the service and even received courtesy call with lab results even though they were normal.

Ive been with temple physicians for a long time and it just keeps getting worse and worse.. Im now looking into a new Doctor.. that takes walk-ins on the day that you are sick not if he wants to add more to his appointment schedule.. cause we all know if you call for a appointment how long it takes just to get one.

Im leaving an opinion based on other peoples experiences, and I can say most like this office and the staff a lot, but the biggest gripe & Ive experienced this once myself when I was helping a family member; The medication thats given on a monthly basis or however is usually not refilled or called in by the doctor until days after its due. I saw someone wait almost a week for a refill on heart meds, cholesterol meds, & blood medication. That part only that I know of is the only category thats slacking, otherwise its nothing but unicorns & sunshine when talking about this office👍👍

I had bloodwork done a week ago, waited for a call for a couple days, called them just to find that they had closed before their advertised hours, and finally got ahold of somebody a week later just to be told that my request for results was put in and I’d have to wait for a call back. What’s the point of getting the testing done in the first place? Is the professional courtesy of a phone call to inform your patients of their results such a hard system to put in place? I don’t think we’re asking much here. Maybe this is an industry standard?

Horrible, was transferred to this office after my BEST DOCTOR EVER, Dr. Lozowski left Temple. I literally just called to make an appointment, the phone was answered like “Temple Physicians.. ugh I can’t” And was hung up on. Completely disrespectful.

This place is literally a Joke! Not sure were these people got their degrees or if they just hire anyone off the street that has a nurses or administrative back round. Every time I call, I am always put on hold and Im on hold for a while. I went to the office for an appointment and the office just sat there and let the phones ring, never even answered. I have called 3 times already about them refilling my prescription because my doctor left and I have no more refills and no one will get back to me with a correct answer on what I need to do or what they are going to do. This place needs to give out HAPPY PILL also to their employees. Im switching ASAP! STAY AWAY!!

I wanted to give this place more stars because the Doctor was very competent and friendly, but the office is atrocious. The staff is incompetent and I dont have any trust in they doing what they say they are going to do. Unfortunately I cant recommend them until they fix their act up

My grandparents have been going here for years so since I was a child Yenal has been my primary which I’ve always liked seeing him. I have always felt comfortable, free from judgement & felt that my needs were met with compassion(for the most part) but on a VERY SLOW basis when dealing with making urgent appointments & as far as calling them, yes I am frequently on hold when calling for roughly 10 mins every time but that’s not why I’m writing this review. My main issue is that answering machine! My lanta! it’s a 10 minute message, you cannot press 0 to talk to someone faster, you can’t press # to skip to voicemail & I guess that’s because you can’t even leave a voicemail.🙄 (which was my entire reason for sticking through that long message. I just want someone to call me back in a timely manner when they say it.This place isn’t as bad as their ratings but they definitely have some things to work on. The renovation looks nice but I think the fixing isnt needed in the waiting area, it’s in the back. I hope things are aligned so they don’t lose anymore business.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Yenal for over at least 14 years. Hes a great doctor. I usually dont have to wait long to see him when I’m in the office.The real issue is the wait time to speak to someone. You will call and immediately get put on hold. You will end up holding for 10, 15 minutes, possibly more than that, just to make an appointment or ask a simple question. It’s a nightmare trying to reach someone.

Staff is so rude !!!! Dr yanel should not have a job ! What dr wears jeans half off there rear that barly fit ? He refuses to call patients back and when we arrive to speak to him because he won’t return calls he transports messages from him to nurse to client . Me and my family will go elsewhere . I still have no answers on concerns that I had in regards to my son because he rather have his face up in the phone . DR KEM YANEL is hands down the WORSE dr around .

They really dont care about the patients the nurses give you wrong information they barely answer the phone, plus they talk about patients like three trash. I personally was in the hospital an when i got out i had to wait almost a month before i got to see the doctor. Its a shame because my doctor is swapped with patients which means he really doesnt get to give you the time you really need its more the nurses then the doctors i wouldnt recommend

They are the worst.. I left because when I asked the Dr. A question he literally laughed at me. When I complained to the office Manager nothing was done. I asked to go over my blood work and was told it was the same as last time. They never went over it last time

They would get zero stars if it were an option. Worst service ever!!! Nasty attitude ober the phone, getting a referral and medication refill is like pulling teeth and phones... who even answers thise anymore.... you’re better off walking in because phones never get answered.

I have been seeing Dr Yenal for about 14 years now or so and everytime I have an issue he tries to find the solution to my problem. Not for the last few years especially in 2005 when they lost my specimens, test read inadequate(when I gave alot), and when you ask, some not all get major attitudes. Last year I was dismissed from a speciality office due to them changing my appointments around. So now I cant see any obgyn anymore due to their mistakes. Dont call patient advocacy at the hospital its a joke..I am still awaiting a response or a phone call since july 2018. Last month they ordered the wrong test with my insurance, I wasnt told until the day of my appointment, and I had to go back 3 times before I got the test performed. Now yesterday I get a call from one of their ignorant staff members to notify me that my Rx was ready for pickup, I tried to explain to her that the Dr that was covering that day did rx me a 3 day supply and that I grabbed it. She then tells me that no doctor called you in a new one...okay cool. Until I walk over 1 mile sick to pick up a rx that wasnt even there. The phones are always busy, the staff is lazy and very petty if you speak up. There are a few girls/women that work there that are amazing but it really isnt worth the headache anymore. Please if you truly do care about yourself dont go here at all.

Do not use this Dr Office. Better off going to CVS or Walgreens. Office personnel are lazy and poorly trained. I am required to have a physical done each year by work. For the 5th year they have filed the same form wrong. I get charged $60 each time. They dont care and temple does not required them to do their job correctly. Then at my physical, i asked a question, that question allowed the office staff to now charge the 15min appointment as two visits. So $60 wrongly billed and now an additional $160. Doctor suggested i need a scan performed. It has been 30 days, i paid $220, and not one of the lazy worthless staff members in the office has filled out the prescription sheet i need. So all that money for a question i will never get answered.Absolutely the worst Dr office staff in the city.Update: just talked to another office and explained the “double” billing practice. They said this is not common practice for the temple health system and i should report to billing. Report to be filed!!

Terrible place most of the staff is lazy you never get your meds filled when they are due and people that are not drs go threw your records and make changesAnd again another month of having to beg for my medicine really I think I’m done with this office. I’m gonna file a complaint.

I dont understand the point of having a primary doctor. When you are sick and need a sick visit they have no appointments. I am so tired of having to pay extra money at ready care because my primary cant see me when I am sick. Next time I will try and plan when me or my family get sick so maybe i can schedule our sick visit 2 months in advance .
