Had to wait too long to see the doctor the first time I went there. Wasnt too impressed with the doctor but I guess I will give her another try. The rest of the staff treat you like they know you like you are family. All the ladies are wonderful.

Dr Rachel is my favorite doctor of all time. She is attentive, she is concerned, and shes friendly to discuss my issues with. Hold on to this one, you are advised not to let her go, she is great. Best doctor ever

Everyone is very friendly. I feel the doctor is very thorough as she can spend quality time with you because they have a fully staffed office to take care of things so the doctor can focus on the patient. Very patient focused.

I love going to Oak Street Health they treat me good with respect very friendly and overall I love my doctor Natalie Pokasawn shes very attempted and listen to every concern you have and she make sure you have the proper care she takes her time with you which a lot of doctors dont do now days.

This is by far the best doctors office I have ever been to. It is truly a one stop shop of healthcare! Everyone is friendly, and the facility is clean and beautiful. They provide transportation to and from all appointments. They even helped me get more coverage from my health insurance. This is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself.

Everyone there is friendly and helpful...Except for phone calls. It takes weeks to get someone to call you back. Twice now I have called with questions and had to wait over a week.... not happy about this...
