Very bad experience I will not ever be returning to this place! No diversity among staff literally every staff member is Latino, rude medical administration( they will converse about you in Spanish) to your face! I just so happen to understand. Even then it is completely unprofessional I do not recommend this office to anyone. If you’re looking to be talked to like an adult or with respect Find something else🤷🏽‍♀️

I had a good experience when I went to my appointment the crew is really nice and I saw Doctor Lanoce I have to say awesome doctor hes on top of hes game hes everithing I expected in a doctor I really recommend going to this place Carmen Rivera!! Thanks!!!

The Doctor are very nice and professional but some of the staff are unprofessional and the wait time on hold for an appointment is just ridiculous wait

I understand doctors offices are busy but there should be no reason why there’s only 2 doctors but you guys have so many patients. This is my first time coming to this office and my last. Staff is unorganized & unprofessional. I had an very important appointment and it was scheduled for 12. It’s currently 1:11 and I’m still waiting. Since 12:30 they’ve been saying I’m next but counted at least 5 people that went back since then. Don’t recommend at all💯 Better off at urgent care or some type clinic. If I could give them 0 stars I would !

Theyre all lovely people there. Very nice doctors and the receptionists are all very kind people. They get things done theyre spanish oriented very well speaking bilingual people. Very well clean facility, yeah however if you do have an 1:30 appointment get prepared to be seen either at 2pm or 2;15 but I rather be patient and wait. Other than that these doctors are well known doctors they get right to the source plus I only live 5minutes away so its pretty much a good place to go.

All the Doctor are great. They give you the best service 100%. The only thing I critic about the clinic is the wait. Be prepared to do so. But its worth the wait. 😊

Always good attention and care. My doctor always concerned about any symptoms I brought to her attention. Very professional care and it is in a great location. Also the pediatrician is very professional and truly cares about her patients.

They take there sweet time... they said one hour and they take like 3 hours to call you and then put you on a room to wait for that doctor another 2 hours like it’s too much FOR REAL

8am appointment didnt get seen until 10:30 am will never step foot back in to this office Dr was a joke went in for a physical to be treated like a piece of trash only needed a anual physical nothing more to have the Dr tell me theres nothing she can do for me I told her I am only here for a physical I live with my health issues and do not take any medication and live with the pain I have. she tells me u can be cured I asked her how she didnt even read my chart to see that I had surgery already and she could have seen the temple notes which say I had surgery but still have severe pain and nerve damage very unprofessional i dont know how that place is even open

Come in at 1:40 for a 2pm appointment. Not crowded. Nobody checks me in until 45 mins later. The phones are ringing and its like they ignore it. There is a man literally standing waiting for someone to check him out with his paperwork while theres 3 other workers behind the glass for about 10 mins.. this place is terrible. And this isnt the 1st time. Never again. Dont come here.

Very unprofessional unskilled staff. Missed my appointment because one of the staff memeber went to lunch early. There is no point in having an appointment because you are not seen for hours after your appointment time. I did not seen the doctor because of the ridiculous amount of time of waiting and i was still charged. I strongly recommend in not doing business with this establishment its a waste in time.

I have been their patient since opening in 1999. Great service, great people, great attention from my doctor, Nuria Lopez Pajares, Staff Janet Mercado, Dr. Elizabeth Carazo, and everyone that have worked there since opening. Wouldnt trade them for anyone else. BUT, be ready for some wait. Wednesday afternoons are probably better for the lest amount of waiting, hardly any.

The doctor dont want to give me my thyroid medication because she wants me to go to a specialist and she knows what Im going through at this time, is to personal to put it here. It surprise me to see people talking so great about them when for me is totally different.the MA or medical assistant acting like doctors​, and on Facebook while they supposed to be working. I am an MA too, and is crazy to see so many bad things. Thats why I changed to Maria de los Santos.

I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for over a week now. Every time I call I get put on hold and no one ever picks up, then the call magically disconnects.

Doctor is good. Just be prepared to be seen at 3:30pm if your appointment is at 1:30pm.

They take forever to pick up the phone also have you waiting forever to see the doctor

I came in for a 9 a.m. walk in, and the African American lady put me down for a 10:45 appointment. When I complained because the messed up my 11 appointment at another clinic I go to, another worked had gotten smart. Them both African American women need to be fired. Nasty attitudes dont get you ANYWHERE! thinking about switching doctors

Their great with children. Bad for older people. They send you to the main site for a lot.

Grief is abuse with patients. I arrived at my appointment and Dr. was on vacation, a date I had been given for two months. They called me to cancel my appointment I could not answer the call but they did not leave me a message or call me again. The Mrs. Norma teato remedy the situation very nicely but the dra. He is late and has to take care of patients who are not doctors. Difficult situation of the patients of that place.

They make you wait up to 4 hours for the Doctor to see you and the nurses up front telling stories 👎👎👎
