SUPER fast, SUPER easy.When I first got my card (and then the next 2 times I renewed) I would have to make an appointment at a doctors office Id never been to. All 3 times I was made to WAIT FOR 2-3 HOURS in office, no exaggeration. Then Id have to wait 3-4 WEEKS for the offices to get around to sending in my paperwork.This year I renewed with Green Health Docs. I made my appointment on Thursday and had my virtual appointment on Friday. I did the whole thing from my couch. The doctor I spoke with was great and only asked relevant questions. AND... I got an email from the state ONE HOUR after my appointment saying that the doctor approved me and sent in my paperwork.THANK YOU!

This service is professional, compassionate & responsive. I had computer difficulty submitting my medical form & called the support number. The Help Desk quickly resolved it & confirmed it was received. My interview with the Nurse Practitioner was educational & caring. She helped me through the entire process & directed me to the Pharmacist at my closest dispensary. Finally, we are getting there as a society with the benefits of marijuana. Thank you

I was actually very nervous prior to my appointment, but as soon as I met my doctor, I was extremely comfortable and she put me right at ease. I felt as though she truly listened to me, and understood the effects my medical conditions have on my mind and body. A short and sweet appointment, but it was thorough and you get emails following your meeting with plenty of helpful information and resources to answer any questions you may have. There are also Pharmacists on staff at each dispensary. Green Health has some pretty wonderful doctors! Their new patient sign-up process is incredibly easy to navigate, and the entire process is super quick! Definitely 👍🏼👍🏼’s up for all Green Health’s hard work, compassion, and for helping people reclaim their lives! I highly (pun intended, LoL) 🤭🤫🤣 recommend Green Health!

The process was not as intimidating as I thought it would be. The doctor came in and reviewed my conditions and discussed my medications, and recommended that I go to a dispensary because of my health issues. The doctor was friendly and easy to talk to. I was comfortable with the process and satisfied with my visit.

Dr Green was very insightful and understood the complexity of my illness .My consultation lasted 20 mn if that long.I am very happy and satisfied with the results now Im just waiting on my card.

This was a quick process, aside from a little microphone issue. Renewal of my Missouri Med Card was quick process . I renewed even though the area of Missouri l live in has no medical dispensary. Renewed my card for another year in hopes that one opens soon. Thank you for your help.

The process of setting up a telehealth appointment was very simple and I was able to schedule an appointment and be seen quickly. The doctor was very polite and friendly. The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy. My only thing I would like to see an improvement on is the level of doctor/patient discussion of the different options and reccomendations of what various Marijuana components to consider based on my particular health problems and the best plan of action for relief.

I 100% recommend GH Docs for your PA Med Mar card. Appointment was very easy to setup. I actually had to reschedule my appt morning of, and had no problem doing so. Had to leave voice mail, and received call back to reschedule. Dr. Kristen Schuerle was great, she even noted that my health summary identified my RA, and recommended that there are products that will help with RA pain...not why I made the appt, but nice to know she was looking at my entire health history. Very pleased with the outcome. Call took 5-10 minutes to discuss and get approval.
