Expect hold times of 15+ minutes (if they ever pick up the phone) and no returned calls when given the option to leave a message. The service itself is fine, just scheduling an appointment or communicating with your doctor is near impossible.

I find the doctors and staff very caring and thorough. They spend lots of time with me each visit (20 -30 minutes with Doctor in the room) and ask about my whole health - nutrition, stress, wellness.

Receptionist & staff are nice, but some doctors not, you tell them you still have refil meds they want to prescribe MORE,, Who want to be prescrition addict??, THANKS,, but NO thanks, I know pharmas payes them to give us meds * push drungs onto us, even if do NOT need them, you tell them, some doctros stop seeying you, even if you are in the emergency room!

The manner in which the doctors at this office operate is disrespectful of patients time, health, and money. I have been a patient here for over two years and I have only met the doctor I joined this office to see one time, and nearly every appointment Ive had has been moved without my consent and to times no working person could make. I strongly recommend if you are a patient here you leave and certainly do not become one. They are content to deliver a very poor quality of service.

I had a scheduled appointment with this center for a 145 Physical. My previous appointment ran a bit late so I called to let them know. They told me they have a fifteen minute window I could arrive within. I walked in the door at 2:01 (60 seconds outside of the window) and Dr. Bhatti refused to see me. The women at the desk as well as the office manager were kind enough to check with Dr. Bhatti, yet she refused to see me due to being 16 minutes late instead of 15 minutes late. This is the second time I have been turned away for an appointment. The first time, they had provided my insurance with the wrong information. One minute will not break her schedule. I think it is completely unacceptable that I would be turned away based on a minute, especially considering it has happened before due to no fault of my own. It became clear that I need to find a different primary physician.

Poor customer service. Been calling for lab results for over 2 weeks when doctor told me she would update me in 1 week. Lady on phone today was very rude. She kept cutting me off. After this I think I’m going to research and find another clinic.

They really need an in-service on customer service. Early in the morning when they open these chicks have a attitude like youre inconveniencing them. And just like all Drexel practices the doctors there prescribed you so many medications that it will make your head spin, for the smallest situations like youre a guinea pig.

The staff are nice and helpful
