Let me start off by giving a little background.....My uncle had a follow up appointment with Dr. Illingworth in March for his stroke, which he had to cancel the same day as the appointment . I know and understand that this is very frustrating to the doctors and staff alike. Since that time, I have called if not every week, every other week to try to get him in. Every time, they say Call in two weeks. We are now past mid May, and still no openings.Today, I tried to make an appointment, and spoke with Rebecca. When she again told me two weeks, I politely asked why do they keep telling me two weeks if thats not the case, and if part of the reason why its so difficult to get in is because my uncle canceled the same day. She begins to tell me that its not a problem that he canceled, and they dont know when its open. I again asked why say two weeks if they dont know? She then tells me What do you want me to tell you? To call back in 6 months? I asked to speak to her manager/supervisor because I really just didnt appreciate her tone. She didnt yell, but her tone was snarky. She told me that she couldnt do that and to call next week. I asked her if there was someone that she directly reports to that I could talk to, and she hung up on me.I did not get an attitude with her and really was trying to understand what was going on, so Im really appalled at the poor treatment. This is unacceptable, and makes the hospital look bad, when in fact, the doctors, nurses, etc. all took really good care of my uncle when he had his stroke. Dr. Illingworth is a really good doctor and was good with my uncle when he was hospitalized. The only reason why I have not looked for another neurologist is because hes a good doctor and my uncle really likes him.

I wish I could give no stars. The absolute worst care. Starting with the people taking the calls having the worst attitude. They should definitely go into a different field. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this office. Despicable.

If i could leave no stars - i would. At my first appointment, seing dr Nanak after doing a few basic neurological tests on me and listening to me he went somewhere and came back with another doctor who i did tell the story over again and she adviced him from what i understand... I am surprised- is he a doctor or intern ??? ... but thats alright ... Anyways... I had my MRI done per their advice (i had 2 mris done in past 3-4 years due to my symptoms ) so this new mri was done like a month ago.... Neither of the doctors never called me to follow up at this time. I waited a week to give them a time and called myself - was promised doctor will call me but he never did. Waited another few days - called again - same thing. Start calling every other day and was feed with promises dr Nanak will call me back ....Left bad review here, on Google, dr called me back SAME DAY (IS IT BECAUSE OF THE REVIEW??) around 8 pm, 2 weeks after, he start saying things from his memory- he did not even has my results at that time up front of him, thats what i am almost sure because he was saying things about enhancements and stuff and when i asked him how does he know if there enhancements and if my primary care physician ever faxed him over my old scan results to compare - the answer was NO, he got lost for a moment and start asking me question if i ever made an appointment for my lumbar puncture and if i ever did go. I said no because i was waiting for him to go with me through the scan and see if its maybe not necessary , and he said he will call me back tomorrow but its highly recommend for me to go for lumbar... I removed my review (i guess i shouldnt but am understandable and loyal and always giving a chance.) because at least got a call back, i understand i am not the only patient.... Anyways, itve been a month since he promised to call back and if ciurse he never did... Extremely unprofessional, do not care at all about his patients. I requested all the records from the radiology and will be looking for a new place to go, where at least wont be no communication problems... Thanks...

I keep calling to try to schedule an appointment and cannot get a hold of a person and no one returns my calls even though I leave my information at the voicemail.
