If I could give this place a zero I would smh I’ve been going to this facility since I was 13 years of age of course not by choice but it wasn’t always bad …. Over the years gpha really stopped caring about its patients. The pediatric side is awesome don’t get me wrong they work in a timely fashion and respond quickly even DURING COVID 19. Now the adult pc side smh these doctors have lost there touch. It’s like they don’t take time to figure out a plan that works best for each patient anymore. They never bring you info the office even if your having a bad reaction to medication. ( personal experience ) dr annette I apologize if I spell her name wrong she’s amazing. If I could I would stay specifically on her schedule but she’s pretty booked. Long story short. Gpha isn’t some place I plan on attending much longer. The cleanness of this place tends to fluctuate depending which staff is n that day. The MA’s aren’t that bad. Especially the ones who’s been there for years. This place has changed n I wish it hadn’t

Ive just about had it with this place. If you suffer from ANY type of mental health issues (severe depression, anxiety, etc), PLEASE seek care elsewhere. I have been diagnosed with severe depression. In the last 2 mos, I have been trying to get an appt here to be seen and treated for it. Ive been here several times before and have NEVER experienced issues like the ones Im having now. When you call in, youre left on hold for long periods of time, no one ever calls you back. When you speak with someone, they sound as if youre bothering them. I was told that I have an appt scheduled, then Id get a call a week later saying I never had an appt. The morning of my telemedicine appt, I never got a phone call, so I called them to let them know and was told theyd get back to me. I got a call the end of the day saying the next available appointment would not be until December. A week later, someone called me back to tell me they had an opening for a telemed on 10/27. I downloaded the app I was instructed to, called in to get the link for said appt, theyre telling me Im not scheduled. Seriously?? The ball has been dropped WAY too many times and THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Thank God Im not having suicidal thoughts because this is enough to discourage ppl from getting the help they need and I prolly wouldve killed myself by now. WHEN IT COMES TO PEOPLES MENTAL HEALTH, IT SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY. THIS IS NOTHING TO PLAY WITH! DO BETTER!

I received great health care here at this location its clean and friendly staff and the wait is never to long Dr. Jayne Brown is my Primary care Doctor...She and all her colleagues are very professional. And care about the health and wellness of all patients 💞

The customer service in this office is so unprofessional and insincere. My friend who deals with a lot of anxiety and depression was trying to get the primary care that she needed to start her mental healthcare journey to better her life. They canceled 2 of her appointments and then put the wrong date for one her appointments, while there was proof of the correct appointment from a text confirmation she had received. I overheard how they were speaking with her on the phone specifically saying “ I know there’s many things wrong with you, but what’s the top 3”. That is the most ignorant and uneducated thing I’ve heard a customer service rep say that works in a health care office especially when my friend said she is dealing with anxiety and depression.I am a Health care worker myself and you should never treat a patient in this way. You don’t know what patients are going through mentally and it is absolutely unprofessional and should not be allowed in a healthcare office. Period

This place is horrible for behavioral health help for children. Therapist do not keep appointments and when you complain to their supervisor all you get it fake customer service full of lies and unkempt promises do not bring your child there. The therapist Ava and her supervisor and the man and two women at the front desk are the worst!

This is NOT my first choice. The staff as you enter (guard & front desk awesome an friendly). The staff to do the intake process not as friendly or helpful. She made ny experience stressful over paperwork issues for my foster daughter. The kids visit was great after the paperwork issues.

You never get anyone on phone and always get transferred to another number. You get disconnected because no one picks up or they pick up and then hang up on you

Went to this location for a covid test. It was the worst test Ive ever taken. I have had covid nasal testing before but this was intolerable. The nurse went way to far up the nasal canal. I should have known when everyone coming out had tears in their eyes. She went so far up that she cause my noes to start bleeding immediately and i felt pain at the back of my head. The nurse needs to be re trained on covid nasal testing. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION

This is a very nice Health Center to take your family too.. They also have a Dental clinic, pediatrics for young children, and Doctors for Adults to visit.. Im very satisfy and pleased with the Doctor that I have also if you have any questions, to ask the receptionist or doctors they will accommodate you, and you dont have to wait so long to get waited on for your appointment so I just wanted to let everyone know how much of this Health Center it is.. Its on Frankford and Sellers Street go and try this place out so Im giving it a 5 star rating..

This place saved my life. The groups there are amazing. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Youre greeted by friendly guards. The doctors are wonderful. Its the best place Ive ever been to. This building has everything. Even a pharmacy. Shelby is so wonderful friendly and extremely knowledgeable

The staff was amazing and they took care of us promptly. The lady who took our registration papers was amazing, the one who sat at the end. Had several bad experiences with their scheding department. Recommend you get everything in writing otherwise they will mess up your appointments. One time they never set my dental appointment, another time I scheduled an appointment for a physical and they refused to do the physical and the form for a drivers license. They never cancel your appointment when you call to reschedule it. But the doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and professional.

There is nothing “Great” about this place! I do NOT recommend anyone to go here. They don’t pick up the phone ever. Called three times two days straight and no answer. they take forever to do something and they are at “full capacity” on seeing patients. Please do not go here. & also the after hour reps are useless they will tell you straight up that they cannot do anything for you. Unprofessional to the max!!!Have a good day everyone 🙂🙃.

The worse clinic ever I went in for a walk in and 830, and didnt get called until almost 11am. Then to tell me they called the wrong person and that I have to go back in the waiting room. This is the most laziest clinic Ive ever been too I would never go back here again. Einstein clinic on frankford ave are awesome

My mom has been going to this doctor for 20+ years. She sees Dr. Lee and loves him which is why she continues to go back. Today she called to make appt. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude but my mom stayed polite still until the lady rolls her the appt date avail was in 2 wks. My mom asked politely if they had anything sooner, thr lady replied nah. Then my mom told her you know you are very rude. It got quite and she kept saying hello, thinking the lady hung up on her. Well instead the lady passed the call onto someone else for some odd reason. I guess she doesnt know how to be polite to people on the phone. Most of the girls that work there are polite but there has been a few every now & then that are horrible.& this seems to be another one. We would give 5 stars if it were for the doctors themselves cuz they are great but they need to hire more friendly employees to answer the phone. There was no reason for her to be so rude immediately from the get go when she was only calling to make an appt. Something that is quick & easy to do & absolutely no need to be rude to patients. Other than that this place is great, just need a few tweaks to get the bad workers out the door so 1 phone call doesnt have to totally upset my mom for the rest of day!

Some days be better than others, if you choose early mornings so you dont have to be there all afternoon. Definitely try to come any other day besides Monday. It can really be annoying. But on another note theres some nice people that work there and others not so much.

I like the place its clean and some of the staff are friendly. My problem is with my doctor my last visit which was about a month ago i arrived 30 min before my appointment at 3pm.Did not get called back untill 3:30 sat in the room until 4 then the doctor comes in spends 5 min in the room refilled my meds ordered a blood test and said see you in two weeks.she never bothered to ask me was anything wrong or nothing. I know she got upset with me because i stop taking my meds for diabetes but it was causing heart problems.i know my body better than anyone.about a week latter there was an announcement that just medicine causes cancer metformin.my problem is if we are not there 15 min after the appointment time you will not be seen well there should be something if the doctor is late to see you!! I got out of there at 5pm..

My doctor is friendly and knowledgable, staff is courteous and appointments usually run on time. Visits are quick but not rushed. Available metered parking on Frankford Avenue.

Had an appointment on tuesday for 3pm to see the nutritionist was there on time.i didnt get call for registration untill 3:30 did not get called back untill 4:30 pm but at least the lady apologized she was very sorry.that ment alot.The appointment went well.Waiting to be called started talking to a lady who had been there since 9am wow!!! And she was waiting for the same lady that i was. And now at this place you no longer have 15 min to be late it is now 30min. I like the place because it is only about 3 blocks from my home and it is very clean and most of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Absolute waste of time! There is no communication between staff and documentation is almost nonexistent to the point that no one knows anything about why you’re there or have been there in the past....not to mention the wait is outrageous! You need an entire day for a 15 minute visit!

This health center has the absolute worst referral system/staff. They submitted the incorrect referral for my appointment, then when I tried to call while at my appointment they had me on a wait for 30 whole minutes and then they hung the phone up on me. This is unprofessional and completely rediculous!!!

They have really good doctors, but they have a very long wait time. I cant even call on the phone for an appt. I always have 30 people ahead of me. I cant wait on the phone that long. Also, to get an Rx refilled takes forever. I was told itll take 12-24 hrs for a nurse to call me back and when she did call back she called the house number when I specifically said called my cell phone, so I had to wait on the phone over 30 minutes to speak to someone to leave a message to wait another day for a call back. The operator said my husband could have come in like a walk in and I said he needs nausea medicine, he cant do a walk in if hes throwing up because of medication the Dr. prescribed.

Con- Very slow service. Dont matter if youre on time, early or late to your appointment, theyll still have you wait for an hour before being seen. It took them 45mins just for someone to take my blood pressure, and weight. And it wasnt even busy.Pro- Some of the staff is nice, not all.

Horrible wait every time I come. Always overly crowded. I always know I’ll be there for at least 3 hours if I’m coming to be seen by a dr. Not a very caring or respectful practice. I understand you’re located in the ghetto and have to deal with a lot of ignorance. But not every one is rude and professionalism is still something you need in the work place.On the other hand the OB side is good though the wait is also ALWAYS very long.I know you get more money to bring in more people but maybe you should bring in an extra doctor or two to make sure people are in and out. The quicker you take care of people the more people you can bring in. Without hour or two waits in the waiting room.Oh also if you try to call to make an appointment GOODLUCK getting through. Even after holding for 20 mins you’ll be hung up on or you plain old won’t get an answer.

Pretty fast depending on if YOU go in the early mornings, however the staff are polite and friendly, my just dont like that their OBGY walkins are known, when i ask are they accepting walkinsv for OBGYN they tell me to come back at 12 to see... that pisses me off

Their Slow, Never Answers any Phone Calls. The Nurses who draws blood is always Gossiping in Every visit, none of the Doctors are Upbeat or Excited about Doing their Job and there’s also this one Lady with an Nasty Attitude. I was Very uncomfortabl and I will be switching Clinics immediately.

Called GPHA to confirm the time the Frankford facility closes. I was told it closes at 8pm on Thursdays. I arrived around 7:15pm, the doors was closed. I knocked on the window to ask the Receptionist a question instead she gave me a unprofessional hand gesture and the security guard started laughing. I can called GPHA again they informed that shouldve been open until 8pm.This location is unprofessional I would recommend if this how they treat their patients.

Nice clean clinic and doctors are generally genuine

I like it here , they are very helpful . But I been trying to contact my dr for several days now and left several messages about a return to work letter . I have left messages at the front desk AND with my drs . MA. Still nothing . I don’t know what else I have to do , going to try in person and see if I get any results . I just want to go to work is all , and they are making it extremely difficult . Especially as I’m running out of funds , I need to go back ASAP. Don’t seem like that is going to happen .

Had a appointment at 10:30 am I arrived at 10:25am it is now 1:43pm and I am still waiting this is extremely unacceptable I have to complain to a business manager and Im still waiting never coming back again too unorganized.

Drug and alcohol assessment for the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole was done quickly. It’s only a matter if they can present me with a letter stating that no treatment is recommended.

I go there for therapy, i see a dr for rxs and also to dr brown m.d for my primary. Fast service with an appt. I dont know how long it is with walkins. Staff is courtiest. If you need help on something just ask, they guide you in the right direction.Ive been going there 2 years + You can also get your rxs filled there. Its a one stop for your medical needs.

I can’t even make an appointment!!!! I was on hold for 30 minutes so I hung up and called back finally had someone answer and then they hung up on me and this happened three times in a row what’s the point of having a doctor if you can’t even call make a damn appointment I’m furious right now

They took five tubes of blood from me for tests that I never approved of. I was supposed to come in for a TB Gold and they wand up taking blood for diabetes and everything else but what I came in for. I had a appointment and still had to wait 2 1/2 hours. I was supposed to start a job with my TB Gold test results and when I came in they never sent my results to the lab and I was out of a job. They told me there was nothing they could do about it. This is the most careless clinic Ive ever dealt with. I hate it there with a passion
