I absolutely LOVE this place! We can’t afford health insurance, but they have a sliding scale so my husband was able to be seen by a doctor finally! The staff was beyond friendly. They were very quick with everything. The place is extremely clean. Peaceful environment. I love it here

I spent over an hour waiting to see a nurse just to get my b12 shot. When asked, I was told I was next then, I one nurse just kept saying I dont know, like he wasnt trying to hear me. I like my primary care physician Dr. Bates but these nurses they have need to get it together with their professional skills.

Havent been to see a doc in a while. No ins. The staff is the best. From the front door to the intake unit clear through to the second floor. Everyone made me feel like they cared about me. Dr. Ana Perez should me that humanity and basic kindness is not extinct. Thank you for patience and professionalism Dr. Ana and see you on the 19th.

If I could Id include my screenshot of how many times I had to call for someone to pick up. Once a staff answered she was dead inside with a rude tone, not once asking my reason for calling. As the call is answered she proceeded to start talking as soon as she heard a breath on the other end. Starting with the personal information to bring up my chart and getting my insurance information to put me in as a new patient: also signing me up for text alerts immediately all without my permission. Then she began explaining why I shouldnt switch my PCP to them for an appointment as early as possible assumptions flying everywhere and the only thing she was able to do was get my chart up. I only called to ask 1 question and she had a funky attitude because I interjected with facts and told her I just needed a question answered not to enroll in alerts not to be told what I SHOULD OR SHOULD NOT DO WITH MY CHOICE OF CHOOSING A PCP! 1 fracking question. This place was once okay when the location first opened but the mentality is overwhelming with these people. Next time say your name so I can specify but this call was today after 11:45am after calling since 9am🙄

I spent 45 minutes in the waiting area which allowed my anxiety to kick in. My previous dentist always had me in and out. So Im not use to these long wait times. And for that Im rating this visit 4 stars.I was already nervous about getting my first tooth (wisdom) pulled. Dr. Waters was very gentle and the experience was quite pleasant and painless. His assistant checked on me often ensuring I was comfortable and doing okay. The office staff is professional and the office is neat and clean.

Tried to make an appointment. After being put on hold for nearly 15 minutes, they took my info. And, said they would return my call after talking to the dentist. I never received any followup communication. It is always a scheduling issue with this office. And that is unfortunate, because the one positive is my dentist, Dr. Michael Adams.

I called today. Kalia Khaliah...whatever the hell her name is asked me if I had an emergency. I told her that I needed to make an apt. This unprofessional slouch had me on hold for over 11 minutes and disconnected the call cause it was close to.closing. I wonder how she is going to feel in the unemployment line. This is about the third of fourth time Ive had an issue with her. I complained to staff there in person and was told that I wasnt the only to complain about her. Why is she still there and providing a disservice to the community and patients?? Im taking my business to a more professional establishment

They need to learn how to answer the phones I be on hold for hours and every time I come there , the receptionist are doing nothing. They have me on hold for no reason when I’m trying to schedule and appt.

I and my family have been going to this place since the 1993 Up 56TH and Vine ST. I Love Practically all the staff and love my Dr Bates. I highly recommend this office and practice to everyone.

They don’t answer the phone EVER and keep saying they’re over staffed but it’s a medical facility and it’s been going on for a looooong time. I literally have to go in person to get any assistance or appointments made. They don’t even answer for the billing department. It’s ridiculous and not safe. I have been a patient for two months and NEVER get through by phone it always ask me to leave a message due to high call volume. I love the doctors but the administrative duties are horrible and not seeming to improve at all!! I can’t even contact a manager to complain. Since understaffed I have even said i have a few customer service candidates that’s wouldnt mind helping out and answering phones but no one to talk to make that possible. I have never experienced a medical center so lovely in person but ratchet through phone and appointment setup/billing/referrals/NO ONE ANSWERS!

I do not like this place. The only thing I can say good about this place is that the staff on the first floor is very polite and the lady who takes the blood does a great job. I went to get blood work done on Oct 31st and was told by Dr. Jean that she would like to have a face to face with me once the blood work comes in as if I am suppose to know or predict when it will come in. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing from the office. I called asking if my blood results came in and was told that I have to make a follow up appt to be told what my results are. Any other place I have been to they call when your results come in and if they want you to come in they try to get an appt set up with you while they are on the phone with you. Not this place, they dont even say hey your lab work should be in within a week or two try to make a follow up appt at our checkout desk. They do not seem that organized here. Then after 2 weeks of waiting and not hearing back from anyone I called them and once told that I had to make a follow up appt they did not have anything available until after thanksgiving. Mind you my first appt was Oct 31st so I basically had to wait almost a whole month to hear what my results were. My follow up appt was Nov 27th at 4pm. I got there at 3:40pm and did not get seen by the doctor until after 4:30pm so I waited in a room with the door shut for over a half hour to be told my results. Whats the point of an appt here ? They want us to come 15mins early but they are not punctual. Then I am told that all my tests are normal so I still have no clue what could be the issue and Dr. Jean said a procedure I need to get done should be covered (I am not insured again until Jan) all she has to do is show the document proof that the procedure is necessary. In my mind I cannot get nothing done until I am insured again but she says with this it is different. She ask me to make a follow up appt in Jan which is pointless b/c I basically will be coming to see if she got the document proof needed for my procedure. So I ask will someone from the office call me when she gets the document proof and she could not give me a straight answer. Then I said so I have to contact the office within what amount of time 2-3 weeks she said yeah that should be good but was still not sure of her own response. Place is a waste of time and they make you contantly come in for pointless appts as if you do not have a busy life or work.

Went to the dentist at my doctor’s suggestion and I was very surprised at how well the dentist took care of me... she numbed my mouth and made sure that I was pain free while she was extracting my tooth...I found my doctor at Spectrum health and now I’ve found my dentist... gonna bring my daughter here....🤗

You have to call them as soon as they open if you want a response or make a trip.. Other then that everything is everything
