WES center is by far the worst place Ive ever gone. My therapist was horrible. She would eat and make personal phone calls during our session. She would constantly talk about her self. She set me up romantically with another client. I would strongly advise anyone not to go to this place. The staff are very unprofessional. The therapists are very unprofessional.

Was JUST informed that my child never had an appointment scheduled for the 13th, that she must come when the children are scheduled EXCEPT I have an appointment card for the date scheduled (A WHOLE TWO WEEKS LATER!!!). Now shell be out of medication and her primary refuses to prescribe psych meds. Find somewhere else!! I sure will be!

Dont go here they are unprofessional the run around to get an appointment is not acceptable and once you do get an appointment be ready to wait an around after your appointment time for a doctor to tell u that they cant see you because they cant find the rest of the staff.The security guard at the front desk and doctor I ran into on my wait was helpful the rest of the people I seen there act as if I was a peasant in the presents of royalty. Its far too many professional and helpful places in philly dont disrespected yourself with this establishment.

My wife has tried to make an appointment an they refuse to help her, mind you she has been a patient there before an now she has changed health insurance company they are not going to help her!!!!! THAT IS A DISGRACE!!!! ANYONE WHO SEES THIS EINSTEIN ONLY WANTS MONEY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT A PERSONS MENTAL HEALTH STATUS ONLY A WALLET STATUS!!!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤨🤨🤨🤨🤬
