Best primary doctor I’ve had in awhile and best office overall I’ve been to in years. I was having some post partum issues with back pain and also just a feeling of imbalance. They were completely welcoming and willing to go through the necessary health checks to ease my mind. I love it here even if I was to move out the area I think it would be hard to pick a new primary. Everyone is warm and very helpful there.

This doctor was great. Brought my autistic nonverbal son to see him for medical marijuana prescription. He was so patient and kind with my son. My son is usually frightened of new places and people and he was calm with him. He seemed very knowledgeable too. If I lived closer I would use him for my medical doctor for everything.

Horrible experience with rude and unprofessional staff, who clearly dont know their own rules or policies. First off, this seems to be nothing but a MMJ cert office, not a real doctor. They will assume you are just there for a medical marijuana card, sign you in, and are happy to move onto the next patient. Over the phone, I made it very clear that I was interested in seeing a real doctor, that I was scheduling a general check up, and confirmed that my insurance would be accepted. Upon arrival I was told that my insurance would not be accepted due to the fact that it was a high deductible plan. Upsetting, but no issue. I ask how much it would cost to pay cash without insurance, and the receptionist gives me some rambling answer as to why they wont see me without insurance. Mind you, there is a sign on the reception that clearly states they will see patients without insurance but all costs must be paid up front. I asked politely if there was no recourse whatsoever for me to see the doctor and I was referred to a manager. The receptionist loudly yells back, who wants him? and after being told it would be some time before the manager could avail herself, I quietly left. I called back later to speak to said manager and was told: that they would have seen me, they had a pricing structure in place for patients without insurance, and all would have been well if only I hadnt left. Right, if only I hadnt left... Please train your staff accordingly so that they are familiar with your policies. To think, all I truly wanted was to establish a relationship with a doctor in the area where Im moving to. What a great way to start.

Scheduled a new patient appointment for myself. Took the day off work, arrived for my appointment only to be told that patients w a deductible higher than $500 wont be seen by the Dr unless they pay out of pocket. Be aware of this business practice before you waste your time.

Ive had such a positive experience with this practice! Dr. Rosen and Lindsey feel always available or at least they make you feel that way. If youre looking for just a very kind attentive PCP look no more!! To be clear this is an office that handles more than MMJ in my experience!

I moved to Philly 2 years ago, and needed to find a PCP. After much research, I found Parkside Family Medicine, and I am so happy I did. Dr. Rosen is a wonderful doctor and has been able to help me with so many different aspects of my health. The staff is kind, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond for patients. I highly recommend Dr. Rosen if you are looking for a great PCP that you can always rely on.

The good doctor is a pleasant mix of Dr. George Clooney and Dr. Doogie Howser. Knowledgeable, good bedside manner, dazzlingly handsome and journals his thoughts into a 1989 IBM computer every night. Easy to talk to, never judgemental and always on time. Thanks for always keeping my biome in proper balance.

Dr. Rosen has been my PCP for years. Staff is always pleasant, helpful and patient with all of my needs.

Dr. Rosen is my fathers physician. He has been a thoughtful & caring provider. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and has reached out to my family when my fathers medical concerns have been difficult to cope with. He fosters exactly the kind of relationship you want to have with your doctor. An excellent diagnostician as well. He earns top ratings!

Dr. Rosen & staff are very friendly, they take their time to answer your questions, really show that they care about their patients. If youre in Gtown / Mt Airy this is the best practice available

Since I transferred my mothers care to Dr. Rosen, her health has improved considerably. His approach to medical care is to be applauded. Hes not too quick to suggest meds as a solution for everything; hence patients becoming over-medicated. His colleague, Dr. Schwartz saw my mother in Dr. Rosens absence, and was extremely gentle and caring also.

Called to make an appt with Dr. Rosen as a new patient. Receptionist rudely asked me if I was on any controlled substances. I said occasional use of pain meds and that theyre prescribed to me (for pain.) She said they cant take me because Im on a controlled substance. Does this make any sense to anyone?
