This is my second time going to the Philadelphia location. Izat has been incredibly kind and attentive to how I feel regarding the finished product. I’ve gone to her both times for an eyebrow lamination and tint. I was just there today for the eyebrow lamination/eyelash lift & tint combo. She’s also helped me regarding any questions I’ve had about eyebrow and lash growth/health. I will continue to be using Lucia Lash and Brow for further services.

I love Lucia lash! Even with makeup Ive never actually liked the way my eyebrows looked before going to get the brow tint and lamination. Now I actually look like I have shapely brows! Sugene is gentle and easy to talk to. I was anxious to try it out but her calm and confident demeanor reassured me they would look great and she didnt disappoint! The salon is also clean and has lots of space between clients. Ill definitely keep coming back.

Lucia Lash is by far the best place to get lashes/brows done in Philly!! I get my eyebrows laminated and eyelashes lifted/tinted by Sugene- she is amazing!! So professional and sweet, the layout is very cute too! The formula they use is so gentle on my lashes so they feel healthy afterwards, which I haven’t experienced anywhere else. I don’t have to wear mascara or do my brows so not having to do makeup everyday is a game changer. Having your brows done right changes your entire face shape and they just do such an incredible job here. I always feel in the best hands! 10/10 highly recommend :)

Okay, so I came here my first time experience, Izat, said she had a long day, understandably, lash work is not easy. However, when my lashes were inspected by a separate tech: the lashes were not applied properly and onto my lash line to grown out with my lashes, she used so much glue, my eyelashes were stuck together, even my inner corner was stuck at the end. She took 1hr for a 2.5hr application. Leaving me with literally 5 lashes at the end of two weeks. The length was too long for my natural eyelash, causing breakage. My aftercare was not explained, just told not to get them wet. So when I go in for a refil at serveral another establishments. I’m told I have to get a all new set. the glue, length and placement on my lash was not properly done. Integrity in the work was not there. And for my first time I’m really disappointed.

Words cant express enough how grateful I am that I found this gem of a place! I was greeted warmly by the front staff when I arrived, my tech Sugene was professional, attentive and patient as she worked with me to get my perfect brow. After YEARS of bad brow service, Ive finally found my happy place. Thanks Lucia Lash, see you in 4 weeks!

I had the plump lash lift and tint with Nia and was very pleased! The spa is clean and professional and I would return for sure.

So I was going to Lucia Lash for over two years, in these years I had good experiences with the eyebrow artist Izat. All this changed when one morning when I woke up with a fever and flu symptoms - I was scared it might be Covid and I could not keep my appointment that day as a result. Lucia Lash charged me an exorbitant cancellation fee, and even after I told them I was sick, they expressed zero compassion and only would refund the fee if I produced a doctors note. I gave them said doctors note and two weeks later they still wont refund the fee, nor will they return my calls or texts. The management is misleading and really stiff. Im so upset. I hope it was worth 62 dollars because I wont be back. Be forewarned if you make an appointment here, they are not flexible or understanding, even in the middle of a pandemic with a dr note.

It was my first time getting powder brows and eyeliner tattoo and Tomo did an amazing job! She made sure I was happy with the results during the designing process and was very thorough in aftercare instructions. She used a lidocaine 5% cream to numb the area before the procedure and made sure I wasn’t in pain. I am beyond satisfied with the results!!☺️💕

All lash technicians helped me find the right style for my eyes and they do personalized/custom lashes in order to get the look you want. Tomo was very sweet and attentive to everything I requested and the results came out beautiful.

After a few searches on Google I fell upon this place and decided to take the risk , and travel from NJ to here . It was the BEST DECISION I EVER MADE ! My brows and lashes have never looked like this ! Izzy is a miracle worker ! She’s so sweet , and walks you through the entire process . She makes you feel comfortable and she takes her time to make sure it’s exactly how you imagined and more ! So disappointed in Lucia Lash/Brow! I made a microblading appointment for April 3 and then received a text saying Tomo was unavailable that day, so I rescheduled for May 1. Then I received another text saying Tomo was unavailable on May 1 followed by a phone call in which they OFFERED me an appointment on May 29, which I said I could do. Right after we got off the phone, I received a confirmation email for the appointment so I figured all was well. I arrived for my appointment on May 29 and they had someone else scheduled instead and turned me away. I waited almost 2 months plus took an hour commute and still no microblading done!! I emailed Lucia Lash/Brow about the situation with screenshots of the texts, call, and confirmation email but no one answered. So disappointed because I was super understanding about being rescheduled TWICE and I waited patiently for two months, yet they scheduled someone else for the appointment that they offered me. Ugh! I’ll be going elsewhere because while the place seemed lovely, I can’t handle being disappointed again.

Tomo gave me a lash lift and tint for my top and bottom lashes. I am thrilled with the result. Tomo started with a consultation which was unique for me; the places I had gone in the past did not provide a consultant with such detail. I have been coming to Lucia lash consistently for nearly a year for lash extensions. I’ve been to all of their technicians, who are all equally great and talented. After 9 months of continuous lash extensions, I took a break and my natural lashes are in good shape. On the same day I was able to get a lash lift because the integrity of my lashes was still good even after all that time. The staff is very helpful, does not pressure you, and takes your preferences into account to create your perfect look while at a great price!

I got a Groupon for a Brazilian wax and let me tell you that was the WORST waxing experience I have ever gone through. I didn’t even finish the wax because of how painful it was and according to the person doing my wax, she was unsure as to why it wasn’t working for me also. They gave me a coupon for my next visit but I didn’t even use it. Go somewhere else where they are more professional and know what they are doing !!This is the correct place.The owner is lying. I just checked my groupon to ensure the address and name were the same and it is! Beware of this place. It seems like they only hire beginners. Go to Naked Peach instead. They have two locations and are not bad!

Hands down the BEST eyelash place ever! The staff members are wonderful and they are on top of their game. They use Keratin Lash Glue which is 1000x better for your lashes. It lasts longer, makes your natural lashes grow, and it is healthier than regular glue. They also make the eyelash extensions waterproof so you don’t have to worry about messing it up with water or sweat. Definitely come to Lucia Lash. You will not be disappointed at all. Stop by and be a part of their family!

Lucia Lash is 100% my top recommendation for eyelash extensions in Philly. I see Izzy once every three weeks and she has been so gentle and amazing with applying my lashes and helping me feel beautiful. What I thought would be such a good experience ended up being the worst experience. At first I thought the lady did well but she did go by fast but then I realized she didn’t even get all the hair out and when I had told her she didn’t she was rude and handed me a scissor so that I can do it myself when I payed money for this. Then when I was done O found more hair and she still didn’t want to wax me and when it was time for me to leave she dismissed me and didn’t offer another appointment or told me to have a great night and to think I was going to give her a tip before I found out how horrible she was! Do not get waxed done here ever. I will also be contacting the manager about this.

I went to get my lashes done . For sum reason my eyes were irritated very bad . They gave me something to help with it. But it didnt help . 2 hours after having it done . My eyes were red as hell and puffy. I had to re move the lashes. So it was a waste of my 160 cause it was my first time . But its really messed up cause it was valentine day. Now a week later my eye is still messed up and Im so hurt and upset. .so no I wont be going back.

I originally found them from Groupon and use the deal I purchased. The staff are super friendly and accommodating.It has been a few years since I had eyelash extensions but this is the best set I ever had. The lashes are unbelievably light. I cant feel that its there and they have about 4 different styles to choose from. I end up getting the cat eye look.The bed is very comfortable. I actually fell asleep a little while she was putting them on.Overall, I am going to recommend them to everyone!
