Pedicures here are great here. Sara can do a lot of fun but shes the only one that can do desigs. Sometimes I wasnt crazy about my overall manicure because the attention to detail was lacking. I no longer go here because of that.

I love it here! I got a full set with gel and design for my moms wedding and it turned out better than I even planned. My nails are AMAZING and everyone was super friendly. I would recommend this salon over any salon Ive been to. And Ill definitely be coming back!

I am very very satisfied the way they do your feet they take their time and if anything you dont like or you mess up your toenails they fix it the atmosphere was nice and the music was also and yes Ill be back in two weeks.

Service was awful. Sara, the woman helping me, was complaining about her partner, answering phone calls, helping other clients and watching a child while doing my nails. she kept getting up and doing things, leaving me to wait on her which i think is unprofessional. she claimed she has 22 years in the industry yet couldnt do a simple design. i did not get the design i asked for, barely similar. online the price was 35 for acrylic full set, i paid 20 to hold the appointment and then paid an extra 55 after she was done for a design that was maybe worth 10 dollars, especially since it wasnt even correct. she was rushing me because she had another client who wanted her attention and she had to get her child to a dentist appointment and get him mcdonalds. if you have prior commitments thats fine but i would much rather come when you have time and not be squeezed in because you want some extra cash. there are bubbles all in my polish and it has been two days and it is already lifting and peeling. when i got home i had to re file most of my nails and scrub whatever dried on gunk she left on all my fingers. design is uneven and there was polish all over my fingers. 75$ + 15$ tip for a terrible job, ive never had worse service than this.

So far I only got a pedicure but it was a nice atmosphere. Everyone was polite and even though the pedicure wasn’t long, the woman did a good job cutting my cuticles and painting my toenails. Plus the hot rocks and scrub were relaxing and not too rough or hot. I’m definitely going back as of now!

They rush through everything. I need a refill again after only 6 days. My gel polishing is chipping. My usual place can last up to 3 weeks still looking good. The acrylic is piled on thick and cupping at the bottom corners. They barely filed any nails or cut any cuticles. Had no communication skills and overall just seemed stuck up. Wouldn’t recommend .

Loved the way they did my nails. Got the shape perfect, I asked for almond shape and they did not look bulky at the ends 💕.*editThought I found my go to place for my nails, but last time I went in to get a refill I asked for a design on my nails and the guy said sure I’ll freestyle it, I was excited because I thought I’ll be having nice Halloween nails, and he comes out and pulls out STICKERS , I was shocked didn’t know how to say no. Like I’m a paying customer same as the others, why treat me differently? Did me asking the price of designs made them think I wouldn’t be able to afford it? And they’re pricey but I’m the type of person where I see quality I won’t mind paying for it. I paid $46 for a refill, gel and stickers! on my nails.It’s kinda sad because I won’t be recommending them anymore. I’m a server and I would constantly get compliments on my nails and I would always let them now where the place is since I work close by but sike .

Ryan is very creative with his designs. Im glad I went to visit. I was visiting Philly and needed my nails done. I felt better.

Love them. The only people I will let touch my nails. They do an amazing job. They have beverages alcoholic and water. And the paraffin dip is bomb!

They have many colors to choose from, gel and reg polish. Usually not a long wait. But can use more skills in the design department. They kinda rush through your service. (I have gotten gel manis, full set and pedis from this salon. I live around the corner so its convenient) But over all they do an okay job.

They offer great services and the owner makes sure your feel welcome

Very modern nail salon, very short wait time when I visited and fair prices. They also did a great job on my nails and feet.

Would never go anywhere else. I have tried so many places in the city for nail extensions and no where even compares. Every other place left me with bulky nails that lifted within a week. Which I would then end up ripping off, further damaging my thin nails. At Sarana, not only do they make my nails look thin, natural and incredible, but they manage to make all my artistic dreams come true. Sara and Ryan are nail geniuses. Anything you want, they make happen. All in good humor and kindness too! My nails have never been longer, stronger or happier. I tell everyone to go to them and for good reason! I cant tell you how many compliments I get. Ive been going for years now and I should have reviewed sooner. Go and get your glam on! You wont regret it!

I love this place! Ive been a few times an the service has been constantly great! The atmosphere is friendly and fun and they really seem to appreciate their customers. The service is definitely worth the slightly higher price!

The $30 pedicure includes decent service -- a gentle scrub, hot stone massage, & hot towel -- but the lady who did my nails did NOT appear to be very qualified in the actual nail trim/filing/painting department. My toenails were filed sloppily and worst of all, she CUT my toe while trimming the cuticle...and tried to pretend it hadnt happened. There was blood (!) and Im watching carefully to make sure it doesnt get infected. Ill certainly never go back!

Told me one price on the phone but charged me more since I was using a card, rushed through a pedicure, it only took 15 minutes. I heard them tell a customer they were about to close (it was 2pm) when their sign says they close at 4pm on Sunday’s. I was excited to try this place ):

Went for first time, never going back again. The guy that was doing my nails was in a rush plus on the phone almost the whole time. Did the first base coat started creating air bubbles and continued. My nails lasted for literally 3 days they chipped. Dont waste your time and money. Trust me!

I found this place on IG through a Blog site. I was searching for an up-to-date salon in Philadelphia that has great quality. On average I spend up 90.00 on a fullset/refill/pedicure. Today I only spent 60.00, my nails look great, great quality and the staff is professional. Very stylish and great ambiance, I would recommend to everyone!!

I like how bougie the place is and the variety of the colors for nails, but the end of the process they want to dip your hands on some hot ass purple wax and not the mention they use some old raggedy ass towels that leaves mildew scent on your hands! gross

My nails were in horrible shape and needed alot of work! To my surprise, Sara got me in & out in 40 mins! Gel refill and shape change. I was impressed and would recommend. However, it IS a little pricey, its the area.

I would say I loved this place yet I really didn’t. Let me preface this first with I live in Dallas and get nexgen dip nails all the time. I’m in philly visiting family and friends and needed my nails done. I came wanting a new set and first the salon absolutely did not know how to remove my nails after I told them. Second, after telling them I wanted an overlay since they didn’t do nexgen they insisted I get gel nails. Not to mention they left nexgen powder on my nails therefore my nails came out super bumpy in addition they didn’t really give me a great manicure at all. I got moved three times just for nails and in the end I still went home and filed them to my liking. Last they charge a ridiculous price. I got a gel nail manicure and regular pedicure which costed 62$. I would of been satisfied yet in the end it wasn’t worth it and most likely as soon as I get back to Dallas I’ll be getting a new set. Never again going there.

I ended up going to PINKY NAILS right down the street with awesome service and plenty of color acrylics to choose from for $35. I suggest going to Pinky nails instead they were amazing! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

After pedi my feet didn’t feel soft at all. Got a gel pedi and mani $75A week later my gel mani peel off like it was done with Barbie nail polish

Whoever the lady is who did my nails.. didn’t speak a lick of English.. didn’t file my toe nails right, gave me gel with no clear coat on top, feet was ashy when I left.. all in all I had a bad experience with her. I’m not sure if everyone is like this, but she should not be able to do nails just quit yet.. she’s making them look bad.. a bit pricey as well. Which is a turn off for me..
