This hospital is quite beautiful but the service is rather awful, the kids get treated like theyre VIP customers while the caregivers of the child are hardly tended for. Last time I was there, my mom had to ask the food guy at least 5+ times for food and had to pay at least $5 dollars for the tray while it was free for the patients and even after she ordered her food it took an additional 2 hours just to deliver it to her. In all honesty, This hospital has really gone downhill from its original glory in the past and its truly devastating.

Been here nearly 3 hrs. my daughter has a gash on her face that definitely requires stitches. they took her vitals 2 1/2 hours ago. i guess my kids bleeding face comes second to a cough nowadays

LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. Unfortunately, they failed twice to diagnose my daughter 5 months ago so her situation got worse than before and now needs an additional surgery.

When you enter the hospital you can feel how nice the aura is. The staff there is so cooperative and are so nice. They are helping people from left to right but still make time to help you. I went there because my daughters ear were hurting all the time. They managed to help my daughter and her ears never hurt anymore. They are so organized and give time to every patient. the doctors make sure the patient are calm and do everything to help people. I am happy to say this is the best hospital I have been too. This is one of the biggest hospital for children in Philadelphia north east area.They have expert doctors know exactly what to do even if this a worse situation and other staff is nice,kind and courteous.Thanks to all staff for doing so much for us to get my son get better.

If you want your child to receive accurate care. Do not bring them to this emergency room. My 2 year old had a fever of 103.9. He was inconsolable. We waited 4 hours to be taken back. And another hour for the nurse to actually come to the room. They were sitting behind there desk On there cell phones. These employees couldn’t care less about the care of your child. Especially if you have state insurance. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE.

Normally when my daughter gets sick I take her here for the ER, and is the first time that I didn’t feel I was that long just because the nurse what my daughter had Thomas J. He was one of the amazing person that I ever met , he’s really professional and respectful.

They need to make sure they Washing they hands properly before entering a room each time west new gloves stop touching everything in sight and thinking a mom not gone saying nothing when you try to touch her baby after touching the door knobs light switching Ect wear new gloves wash hands nurses and doctors stop being lazy

The ENT at this hospital is very irresponsible. I arrived 10 mins before my scheduled appointment and I was there for 2 hours and didn’t see the doctor, just waiting in a room for him with my two year old son. I asked the staff for assistance in giving me a timeframe as I had to get to work but it was as if they didn’t care. Very disappointed and I just picked up and left. Other than that the speech therapy staff are very friendly and helpful. That was the only reason why I didn’t give this hospital a 1 star.

Very clean hospital. The staff is very helpful with directions and greeting upon entering. My nephew has been on the oncology pediatric unit, the 3 main docs and all nursing staff are amazing! Thank you for all your services.

I usually dont do reviews but Ill make the exception this time, worse hospital ever the last time I took my son with a skin problem the Dr didnt even want to touch him to examine his leg and just give him antibiotics, not to mention when he had asthma they just give him the treatment and sent him home. And the people at front dest they so nasty.

We’re waiting for 5 hours still no call. Waiting time is too long

Hospital is horrible, races, they take there time because they dont care about the patients, my child face was cut and they did not clean it properly, they made me wait while my child sat there and bleed, how could people be so cold and ignorant, sitting around not doing anything I will never go back to St Christophers hospital, HORRIBLE!
