This has got to be against the law these people have been in here from 3pm with her baby she still here 9:15 this is rediculous I have been waiting on x-ray for 4 hrs this has gotta to b summin done and it not that crowded really come on ppl .

This hospital is the worst hospital in Philadelphia area. I came in with a referral from an Urgent care and still was not seen. I’ve been here since 8:30 pm and it’s now 11:47 pm. You all need to get it together people are sick in the waiting room, you guys are unorganized and never see your patients in adequate time. I am beyond done with this hospital I rather go to Abington then deal with you guys

Worst Er in Philadelphia I been here since 5pm it’s 10:44 and I still haven’t been seen . Like are y’all under staffed or just plain ducking unprofessional!!!! Never coming here again !

Helpful nurses and staff

My wife was in a car accident taken there by Philadelphia fire dept. The doctors were very rude and unprofessional I would be embarrassed to admit that hire this guy to work in my establishment. After sitting in the emergency Room for hours no explanation of what they found, they let my wife go come to find out she had a fractured skull, broken shoulder and nerve damage to her face. The unbelievable part of the whole thing is that they are gonna get paid for doing absolutely nothing and leaving my wife in harms way. We had to go to another hospital to get diagnosed with all of her ailments. Einstein administrator and should be ashamed there running the hospital this way, as long as they make money I guess there happy. I will die before I will go back there.

They will straight up kill you and be like “my bad anyways heres the bill”Worse hospital on earth. Stay away from this place.

Threatened, Harassed and Denied Medical Attention for a Bone Fracture by Einstein s Fascist Security Department.They would not allow me to sit and forced need to walk through campus outside and up and down stairs on a Fractured Bone as they stalked and surrounded me in numbers, until a Philadelphia Police Officer intervened and walked me to Emergency Room.THANK YOU PHILADELPHIA POLICE DEPARTMENT. !!!!!

Took my 7 month old nephew to their ER a few days ago because he swallowed a piece of paper that he kept trying to cough up, he was bought in by the ambulance, triaged right away, then we were told to wait in the waiting room. Waiting area was full to capacity!! There was no where to sit so there were multiple patients standing and waiting. Some patients were in obvious distress and pain. We stood for an hour before I went and asked one of the nurses how many ppl were in front of us, she told me, in these exact words, we dont really go by that, we go by time, youve been here 48 minutes and there is a 4 hour wait of course we left, and I never plan on going there again.

The Emergency Room is a Joke Loud and Rude.

Most DISGUSTING hospital i have ever been to, i regret so very much wasting my time and gas to go to this nasty emergency room and let me not mention the security they had there nasty attitude and just hanging in a little group laughing and joking and being so loud like if they were at a party. Its truly a disgraced. They dont even deserve 1 star.

Been here for 13hours short of breath! With people coughing on me adding to the problem!!! No masks or gloves available!!!

Absolutely horrible place! It took 4 hours before doctor even bother to look at me and I was suffering terribly whole time! And then they just rashes me out with OTC drug prescription and still in huge pain!

I would give them 0 stars if theres a 0. Absolutely dirty hospital and careless staff. I took my mom in because she passed out and had stroke symptoms they made her Wait 5 hours and they said they will have to wait 5 more hours and that her case is not dangerous and if she passes out again i should just call one of the nurses to take a look. Stroke symptoms are not dangerous and its ok to leave her until she passes out again. Then i told the nurse that i couldnt just sit and watch her like that and we are going to leave to a different hospital she said do what you want. So UNPROFESSIONAL; while she was playing with her hair and clipping her nails at the patient reception desk. Then i took my mom and went to penn medicine they took care of her right away.

Terrible. I have never in my life been to such a careless environment. My brother had been admitted with head injury and I visited for almost 3 hours..i had to go ask for a nurse to check on him cause he was in pain MULTIPLE times until someone finally came to check on him. I work in the medical field and that just hurts my heart to know that there are patients- other than my brother that are not being attended to properly. Who employed these people?????

The waiting room is disgusting the bathroom is the same. Been while for 4 hours and counting for my husband to be seen because of issues a few days after surgery. Never again will I be coming here I rather go to any other hospital. Nasty Nasty Nasty
