Took my friend to this ER. Staff were rude and made fun of her condition, did not take her seriously when she obviously needed help. Wasted 6 hours there just for them to tell her that they couldn’t do anything for her when something obviously could have been done. You go to the ER as a last resort, when something actually needs to be done, and they waste your time. I would not trust this place to care for you or your loved ones. I never write reviews, but the experience was so poor that I felt the need to warn others. Also, if you don’t like hanging out with cockroaches, I don’t suggest you go here.

Came here after we were hit by a car. Werent seen until we had completed all billing info - which we didnt have as the accident had literally just happened and no claim was opened. Care was adequate, but despite my calling multiple times in the days following to provide them with all the necessary information, neither my medical insurance nor the auto insurance was billed, so now I have to go through all that again for the 3rd or 4th time. When I asked to pick up my imaging pics, the woman who answered the phone was very rude and said theyre open 7-3:30 sharp with a break for lunch. When I mentioned those are hours are literally the only time I have to be at work, the person working there laughed at me and said, Well, Im the only one here and I have to leave.So, yea idk dont get hit by a car and if you do use your dying breath to ask to go somewhere else because this place blows.

Very bad service. They treat their patients terribly! Had a friend there and the nurses laughed at her and said they should “spray her like a bad cat” after she was given medicine that had her incoherent. Luckily we caught it all on video, but the hospital did nothing to resolve the issue.

I went here after nearly slicing off a finger. The atmosphere in the ER was calm and professional. I was truly impressed with the care I received from the Physician Assistant who stitched me up. She was so good. Caring and competent. Going forward Ill think of this ER first.

I like Roxborough, but they could stand to have the ER rooms just a little neater! Last time I was there with my mother, staff kept dropping gloves and stuff....as a neat freak I made sure they washed their hands and used another pair of gloves. They get four stars because they use a Purewick for incontinent patients, this is the greatest non-invasive catheter!

Nurses and Doctors very nice, testing takes forever. Trash all over ER room very unprofessional.

Poor hospital i took my mom here because she was confused and thought she had bugs and things crawling in her me thinking that the hospital can help they tried to write her off as crazy as we were leaving the hospital after she got discharged the nurses and doctors were mocking her and making fun about how she was acting and she was in the last stages of heart and kidney failure they didnt even try to help and sorry to say a month after my mom passed on I would never encourage anyone to visit this hospital i remember when there use to be good nurses they dont make them anymore i would rather die before i come here and i tried to tell my mom not to go here i will never forgive you for how you treated my mother and Im sharing my story on social media as well

Partner admitted to the ER on a Friday night. Treated with respect and dignity as a black same-sex couple. Dr. Depou was kind and gentle. And Nurse Lisa was patient and friendly. Admit and discharge was smooth.

I want to thank you guys for taking such good care of my wife when she needed it most. Sure, the waits were long, but every single one of you on the night shift were so sweet and professional. Thank you guys again so much.

Reported them to the BBB. They gave me the wrong medicine so I was getting sicker untill I were to a different ER and they told me. And they staff is very rude.
