I was impressed with my experience at this location. The computer check in was simple and user friendly. The facility is clean with a spacious lobby. The staff are polite professional and knowledgeable. My appointment was Saturday 10/9 @ 9:15am. I was called promptly on time and received my services by a very nice young lady. I would highly recommend this facility. It is recommended to make an appointment if possible.

I brought my mother here for lab work because her Doctor is in the same building so they set her downstairs well soon as I walk in the door red flag #1 8 people sitting in lobby.#2 nobody comes out to say anything #3 Theyre having a wonderful conversation with each other wil the patients sitting crowded up in the lobby. This place is very GHETTO i will never bring 😤 my mother here again need to close this place down

Appointment or not, still long wait.Bunch of people is sitting in lobby waiting but just heard staffs chit-chat and laugh out loud and take like 10 mins for just blood draw each person. No idea what is going on, maybe, don’t have enough staffs to take care patients. And, no receptionist, so people just walk in and have no idea what they should do or where can check in.Btw, I like how clean the office is.

I have been going to this location 4 times per year for blood work and I am very happy with the organization and friendliness of the staff! Crystal is so nice and her needles dont hurt! All the techs are very friendly. 5 stars are just not enough!

Just took my 3hr glucose test at this location! I had Crystal attend my blood draws each hour. She was INCREDIBLE! She was super attentive, on time each draw while attending other patients in between. Please recognize her for her hard work! I will definitely be recommending this location to everyone.Thanks for a great experience Crystal!

Always seems to be very Under staffed,long waits,lack of equipment such as certain needles,containers,and vein finders.very unorganized for a fairly new location.today my wife was shelduled for a blood test and as usual no one had the small baby needles stocked.my wife was constantly poked,fished and in constant pain until the blood was drawn !!! My wifes hand is so black and blue!!! Stock your smaller needles and give us a break !!!

Making an appointment is a waste of time because they still will talk walk-ins and make you wait regardless of your appointment. Yet they keep advertising that making an appointment is better than walking in. I even called ahead and they told me to make an appointment instead of walking in. On top of that they wait until my appointment to tell me they didn’t accept my insurance! I been told them my provider and they said to bring it with me. When I was finally seen 30 past my appointment time after showing up 10 minutes earlier, they flat out told me they didn’t accept my insurance!

They are horrible. Very very slow people. The workers are not organized with the work load. Waiting over 2 hours. They need to hired more workers and do better

I go to this location because its close to my work place, today I went there and lady refused to draw the blood ,asking the $9 balance on my account after insurance payment, very rude, never see anyone refused treatment because money due on account, we paid $9 ,and she draw the blood!, Bad customer service

First time going to this location, Keisha was excellent! A little bit of a wait but overall, A plus, plus, plus!

I went into this location on my way to work on a Friday AM @ 7:45, without an appointment. Even with an insurance issue that needed to be resolved, I walked out at 8:15. The phlebotomist was very competent and courteous. I couldnt have asked for more.

Walked in at 10:57am, 6 other ppl sitting in the waiting around but only 3names before my name on the list. The worker was alone and overwhelm because it was close her lunch break. She was not friendly nor welcoming. This is the second time Ive been here and there has been one worker, but the other lady was so fast and efficient that I didnt mind. But I wont be back here unless its another person working.

Every time Ive always had a pleasant experience. I walked in the office and no one else was waiting to have there blood work done. Staff was kind and took me back, right away.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. I’ve gone to this location about 4 times and each time there’s only one person working there. She doesn’t want to be asked questions she’ll tell you to sign in and have a seat. She takes about 20 mins taking blood per patient which is ridiculous because it doesn’t take that long to take blood. She’ll have her phone on full blast in her pocket forcing everybody in the waiting room to listen to her religious videos. The worst phlebotomist I’ve ever been to she had to poke me 7 times to find a vein. Over all terrible service and terrible workeR since there’s always only just 1 person.

Ive been coming here for years. Always a short wait time... Ive never had a problem with the phlebotomy tech drawing my blood...

I usually dont leave comments but this is the WORST place ever! Everyonessuper rude. I think they have their Ph.Ds on how to give the worst kind of customer service to their customers.
