A different labcorp wasnt able to fulfill my appointment, but I came to this one as a walk in 1hr before close, and was able to check in, get blood drawn, and leave in 25min. She found the vein quickly and there were no issues.

This labcorp the employees are always friendly. I have a hard time with blood work because i have no veins Paris took my blood today with no problem Whenever i need blood work i go to this lab orp. These ladys work very hard.

Phlebotomist was very sweet when I showed signs of anxiousness for my blood test. Very quick process and got my results back the next day. Would definitely recommend this LabCorp.

I’ve been at this location three times in the last month and each time has been great, especially the woman at the front desk (I wish I asked her name)! She was so understanding and so helpful time and time again, despite being overworked and understaffed. I truly appreciated her kindness during such a strange covid-time in life. Highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time to make the process much easier and decrease your wait time!

Check in was easy from my phone. Front desk and check-in person was professional and kind. Tech was very nice and great at her job.

I had a great experience here. I had to go during Covid which is a bit anxiety inducing. I watched one of the employees wipe down every surface during my time there, which made me feel like theyre taking safety protocols seriously. Every single employee was friendly and made me feel like they cared about my health. I watched the staff work with all sorts of different visitors and I was really struck by the patience and customer service they exemplified. I think the person who took my bloods name was Jason and he was wonderful. I was really nervous about this appointment because of the experience I had at a different LabCorp facility and I was just really overjoyed at how easy and pleasant everything was. I was a little nervous when I saw that this location has some bad reviews, but just goes to show, cant please everyone. I was very pleased.

Pretty good location, usually in and out pretty quick. Not sure if they have Saturday hours though.

Had a great experience here; Ashley at the front desk was SO helpful, quick, and efficient and made me less nervous overall. Nisha was a fantastic phlebotomist and was extremely fast and adept and responsive to my needs as a patient. Seemed like a very well organized and well run system, as it was fairly busy on a weekend day.

I went to this lab about 6 years ago my results never made it to the physician.. Front desk doesnt greet ANYONE. KIOSK MACHINES ARE NOT BEING SANITIZED PEOPLE JUST WALK IN ONE AFTER ANOTHER USING THE SAME KIOSK. I only went there today because my reliable lab is under construction . Its a convenient location thats it.. ratchet and rude.

Office is normally quite busy. Overall, it’s usually quick, and there is little wait. The folks I’ve encountered there have been very professional and most helpful. They take the COVID safety protocols very seriously. One individual Jackie, who I believe is the site coordinator, is likely one of the best “blood drawers” anywhere. And I mean anywhere! She knows I’m a very difficult stick, and she’s always spot on each and every time - the first time. She works to make me feel very comfortable and always asks if I’m ok. And seriously, because of a very bad blood draw years ago drawing blood is a tough one for me, and my veins drop anyway. I’m appreciative of Jackie taking the time and energy to care enough to make my blood drawing experiences a perfect 10!

Felt the need to write a review because of all of the negative reviews which almost prevented me from coming to this location at all. The staff was very friendly and efficient for the amount of people they had waiting. Clean waiting area.

Absolutely terrible experience! Do not go to this location. It is extremely dirty and during COVID it must be kept clean. NO sanitizer available in the lobby - the dispenser was EMPTY and I was in there before 8am. Also, people were not practicing social distancing either. AVOID!

I have been to this location 3 times now since Oct 2018. The waiting room looks intimidating. Lots of filled chairs. But they have a good system! Theyre efficient and the whole process moves pretty quickly. Also was always pleased with the bloodwork technician. They know what theyre doing and make it a painless experience. The only thing I think could be improved on is the facility. As is now it is a little outdated and purely for function. But hey, gets the job done! Overall a good location - would recommend!

I have had several lab tests done at this location. The facility is well maintained. Friendly and highly efficient staff. Even at peak times I was always processed promptly and professionally.

This place is just ratchet! The staff is rude, always on they phone n treat u like u a problem when u come in. I also walked out with a bruised arm because I was poke over n over again even after I told them they needed a butterfly needle. Its just a convenient location, thats all.

Avoid this LabCorp at all costs. I’ve had to have blood drawn THREE times for the same test all because of mistakes made on their part. The employees are careless and unfriendly. Luckily my doctor was able to talk to my insurance so I was not triple charged for what should have been 1 test. Do not waste your time here.

Hello Ashley TRY really hard if ya have to, to not take it personally, heres why; sometimes when the mentally ill become challenged and are acting out, due to some undiagnosed health issue such as an uncomfortable illness, these folks do have moments when they are not able to manage themselves in a way that the rest of our community understands, their thought process is limited for the moment, it happens that sometimes, all they can think is that they are in a serious life threatening health crisis and that the only way to survive is to push forward toward getting healthy again which they aim at with all of their might, Please, understand, that the person is definitely acting in an inappropriate way, no doubt, and that this does make some of us uncomfortable, because we feel slighted for just a moment by this person taking our place in line, but we can adjust our feelings ourselves because we do have in tact mental processes and can think things through and reason, where as they do have a condition which limits their ability to make the synaptic connections that would enable them to see the entire picture and calculate the correct response for every situation, this may just be momentary lapse or a prolonged condition which they are trying to adjust with the help of the entire mental health association. We can be patient and we can help each other to be calm. This does not need to be challenged, rather learned as an individual goal.

The people I dealt with here were very nice. I only had to wait about 10 minutes and the blood draw was quick.

A woman who didnt have an appointment went to the bathroom and jumped ahead of me in line. I wasnt in a hurry so I didnt make a fuss, but no ones paying attention and it caused confusion when she then didnt have her paperwork in order. There was one person working the front, one person doing the bloodwork. ONE!! That said, with booking an appointment, I was in and out in 20 minutes, so, still four stars for being efficient.

I come here once every 3 weeks for routine blood labs, been coming here since last September. Ive never had a bad experience here. I always make an appointment online and arrive a few minutes before, and am in and out within 30 minutes. The phlebotomists are always so kind and patient, since I dislike getting my blood drawn so I feel less nervous. Ill keep coming back here as long as I have to.

This place is awful!! Do not go There!! There is a express machine that does not work. The women behind the glass turn their back when you ask for help and completely ignor you. I repeat do not go there!!

I was sent to labcorp because an urgent doc couldn’t find my vein and got blood on my jeans!!! It was my first labcorp experience and the nurse was fast and a good laugh.

Appointments are highly recommended. If you walk-in be prepare to wait. You can spend up to 45 minutes waiting with no appointment. Staff is friendly

The staff is not friendly at all and they openly discuss how annoyed they are with the fact that there are so many patients. They make you stand in a line in the hallway and have a completely unprofessional demeanor. Would NOT recommend.

Not sure why this location has so many bad reviews. I always make an appt. before 8am and Im in and out in 15 min. or less. Not once. Every time. My doctor gets the info they need. What more do you want? 5 stars.

Ive been to this location a few times, and for this visit I was to have lab work for gestational diabetes and HIV testing for my pregnancy. I made an appointment at 4:45, and arrived on time, and was not seen until 5:15, at which time the front desk representative checking Patients in informed me that they could not see me because the test would take an hour. Im livid. Complete waste of time and money to get there ON TIME! especially since I had made an appointment, which no one in front of me appeared to have done. This appointment was time sensitive and a crucial part in my prenatal care. Very disappointed with the service today.

Have had blood work done here over the past two years and always a positive experience. Employees friendly, polite and wait time was never excessive.

I called in advance to make sure they had the kit for the test I needed (genetic testing). 2 people there confirmed they had it. I had previously gone to a different location that did not have it. I was taking an Uber as parking in center city is terrible so wanted to make sure. I was ensured multiple times they had the kit for my tests as I named it over the phone. I got there $10 uber ride later and of course they only had half of what was needed despite my telling them exactly what was needed, so they were wrong and I could not get the testing done at all. So I left without any service being completed, $20 out of my pocket for travel later. Absolutely furious

Horrible horrible horrible customer service! I went to this location only because it was across the street from my doctors office. Will never do that again. Signed in at 4:12, took a seat. People called before and after me I gave them the benefit of the doubt believing that some where appointments. After an hour and twenty minutes I was never called I had to go to the window and lupet them know I was there. The response was, oh I never even saw your name. You where there way before I started. That was a bald lie, she was the one who called 3 clients before me and did all the ones after. All she had to do was apologize, that couldve went a long way.

Terrible service. As if LabCorp didnt suck enough because of their terrible hours and screwed up my paperwork a couple times. Today was the last straw. Im switching where I get my lab work done. This girl was rude as hell! How do these people get jobs?

I went to the labcorb on 816 chestnut st Philadelphia PA. I had standing there listen the workers chanting about their personal issue after I check in. and no one come to the window until I speak out and ask: “I can come back later if you are taking a break. “ I asked was because No patient in the room at all. I was the only one waiting. That is okay if I really have to wait, but at the time when I speaked to a representative, all of them saying I am taking a break. They put me on the hold for a purpose. How do I know? They said it very loudly in their breakout room that right next to the lab area.No professional and they even feel proud of it. I am NOT going there again even I have drive half hour from my home for a labwork.

Made appointment, arrived early, had to sign in, used kiosk to enter same info as making appt., waited 20 minutes to give receptionist script, they drew blood more than 30 mins. after appt. time. Still bruised 3 days afterwards. Staff when 1st called was unprofessional before giving me another number to call for appt., it was a bit crowded & not as clean as I would expect a lab to be.

Today i came very close to being in an accident with a LabCorp driver on 12th Street. I was on my bicycle and the driver turned into the lane I was in without using a blinker or taking note that I was in the lane. I was inches away from being hit. I said something to the driver and he told me I shouldnt be riding my bike on the road even though there are signs that say share the road. He continued to blame me and not acknowledge he was at fault. Oh and he had headphones on. He was rude and disrespectful. He should he drug tested. I have the license plate of the vehicle and I will be contacting LabCorp in the morning.

If i could give no stars i would. They are slow , unprofessional and it seems like they talk amongst themselves more than anything, need to replace the staff or just throw this whole location away... seriously they are the worst

The person who helped me was rude the entire time and LabCorp lost my business as I will now be going to Quest. The woman was rude to me from the moment I signed in, giving no reason to hold anything against me. Her asking questions in a tone as if she was trying to catch me in a lie was OK as I understand that sometimes people dont know how theyre coming off. However, she decided that I snatched my insurance card back from her when she handed it to me (I guess I grabbed it to quickly?) and told me that I was being rude and reprimanded me. Again, all I did was move my hand too quickly for her taste. Continuing to be rude to me, she gave me a quote of the price they would charge and I of course decided that my ~$100 should go to the Quest one block away instead of this terrible LabCorp with obviously unstable workers. Quest on the other hand is always pleasant and go out of their way to be nice rather than going out of their way to be mean. I will be sure to give them a good review next.

Im horrible with needles and the staff was very kind and understanding. I was out of there in 15 minutes, no wait.

I reached there at 5:55pm and they close at 6pm. I knocked the door and two employee saw me then they went inside, out of my sight i guesd they were hiding and waited to be 6pm. I called before 6 pm twice and they didnt ans my call. Meanwhile someone came at the door and said who locked the door? Hold on i didnt bring her keys. When they answered my call at 6:07pm they lied all about it and wanted to call the supervisor. I waited for the supervisor for 15 more mins in this winter and nobody showed off. I wish i could directly complain to their management.

This place is terrible. Staff is very rude, always on their cell phones and lack customer service skills. I went in for a glucose screening and they ruined the test by not drawing my blood in time. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This place is the worse. And attitudes are not friendly and those machines need to be returned to whom ever purchased them.

Had to wait 20 minutes past appointment time. Not helpful to schedule appointment online if this place cant get it together and keep schedule. Maybe they were short staffed and if so they should not have techs unpacking supplies while people wait thats for sure. And the tech I had was less than stellar.

I dropped off a sample in a jug and they literally lost the whole jug. Nothing was ever sent to my doctor. They also did not put in the standing order for my blood work like I asked.
