To me it was little bit nasty to stay in room where no reception and noone comes until you call them loudly. Little bit they were not in a good mood that I felt it too.

Today I arrived at 3:15pm, 15 minutes earlier for a 3:30pm appointment with my patient to this Location to have blood drawn. I dropped my patient directly in front of the facility due to the fact his foot was swollen and had trouble walking. While in the process of parking, My client informed me he was not allowed to use the restroom. As I entered Quest Diagnostics, There was a young man setting down in the waiting area who seemed to be an employee there. I inquired with him why my patient was denied access to the restroom. He replied by saying the restroom was for clients only. I asked him if he had asked my patient first the purpose of business he had there instead of assuming he was just a random person that came off the street to use the restroom. He continued to say the restroom is not for the public.I became annoyed and requested to speak to a supervisor. A woman came out and notified me there was no such person available at this time, an that I could speak to her. As I was telling her about the situation and about the approach of the employee.I could see she could care less about our conversation, because she was preoccupied with closing at 4:00pm or even earlier if she could. She basically continued to say Quest closes exactly at 4:00pm and to proceed with registration. My issue here is the attitude and etiquette of the employees there. They made my patient and me feel UNWANTED THERE, UNWELCOME THERE and UNHAPPY. We felt Like we were a nuisance when we came there to DRAW BLOOD, patronised there business. Our experience there was HORRIBLE !!! and would NEVER refer anyone to this location (9808 Bustleton ave). Will be reporting them to the Heath Department about there treatment of the elderly.

“You will never have a problem if you have an appointment”It’s not a true!!!My son had a visit today for a blood test at 12:15 pm.We arrived on time, but waited 45 minutes, and watched the girl on the front desk indifferently eating her lunch. I understand everything, but why give such time and not be ready to work !?The son is 5 years old. Then, an absolutely indifferent nurse pricked my son with a needle, and when he twitched in fright, she pulled out the needle and said to come tomorrow because she cannot do this test herself !!!!HE IS SCARED !!!Where is the guarantee that when we come tomorrow, the blood will be taken!?!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited over 2 hours with an appointment and when I kindly asked the receptionist how much longer I would need to wait she rudely told me that they will call my name when she says so and to not ask any questions.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews over a rude receptionist with a broken foot, when there’s no receptionist at this location. (Y’all got her fired?)I visited today for some bloodwork and had a very positive experience. The facility is super clean and calm with a computerized self check-in desk. The techs are nice and work quickly, I would recommend Quest Diagnostics for your medical testing etc

Blood needed to be drawn while laying down and turns out they dont have any place to lay down. Told me to go somewhere else.

Do yourself a favor and never go to this location even if your life depends on it. The rudest and nastiest people I’ve ever encountered.

Long wait cause theyre having problems with the self check in, but once they took me the RN did a good job taking my blood fast and easy.

The front desk worker is rude ,uncaring and just straight horrible at customer service .The young lady at the front desk is rude I was asked to pull up my mask which I did she kept talking and talking even after I pulled my mask up ,she went on to explain to me why I either pill up my mask or wait outside mind u I had pulled my mask when she first asked me too.

Friendly lab techs. Well done blood draw. Explained proper collection techniques and answered any questions in a friendly manner. Had to wait half an hour or so as a walk in, even on a Friday afternoon, but at least they did not close for lunch like the door sign said. They actually took me in during that supposed break. Not sure if that wait time is normal or if it was due to Thanksgiving being near, or covid19. Sign outside said only 8 people in waiting room allowed, but there were usually less than that.

This was a quick trip for lab test. You just have to check in using a tablet. Make sure to bring a photo ID and your appointment number. People are friendly and swift.Google will mislead you to a door that you have to go to the 2nd floor of office entrance (this is wrong). Quest is located beside Bluegrass Pharmacy (Phila Cigar, All State and UPS Store are some of the businesses along this strip).

Miriam took my blood today. Im 63 and have had blood taken MANY times of course. Miriam was by far the best technician ever!! One poke, no pain, efficiently filled like 8 viles and I was on my way. The place was busy so I was waiting outside. She said she called my name but decided she better call my number and when I answered she took me right in. Overall, a great experience!! Thanx again Miriam.

I had a lot of blood work in the past but going here was the WORST in my life because the woman who drew my blood not only hurt the worst but also caused a 3 hematoma bruise in my arm which hasnt improved much at all after a week! She apprenty poked me twice which I noticed after I got home. Even when I expressed how it was hurting, she proceeded without saying a word. I couldnt even straighten my arm at all for the first two days and even after a week, Im still in pain with tingling and throbbing. I already suffer from nerve pain in my left arm due to an injury so thats why I am only able to have lab work done on my right arm, but this is what she caused me! Apart from the physical mess up, she actually made a mistake with the doctors order itself. I thought she fixed it after I called her out on it  but according to the results, there is a missing one due to blood clotted. There is no way Im having another one after this horrible experience. If she truly did her job like she said, none of this would have happened!

The staff I interacted with was not rude but did not seem very friendly either. It appeared that either she did not like her job or was simply lazy. I have doubts about her skills and certifications as she was struggling to draw blood poking multiple spots. Some of the basic vitals she wrote down or measured for the report i.e height, waist size etc were incorrect. Stay away from this place.

I had an appointment today for my son at 10 am, I was before the time there but the receptionists were lazy, the doctor sent the request to them for some reason, they didnt get it so I asked them to help me by calling the doctor office, they said no. I had to call the doctor who sent the request again but they didnt get it so I had to take both my kids to the doctor clinic to bring one peace of paper in this horrible hot weather.... the doctor inside the lab was nice, she took us and did his lab work quickly but the receptionists werent helpful although one of them helped a couple and talked with their doctor... I finished around noon.

There was a girl named Gina who was very friendly and very through she showed all labels explained everything she was doing, I would definitely recommend go to this Quest I used to go to Frankford and the girl there was miserable I will definitely go out of my way to go get my blood and urine samples here from now on...she is an amazing worker and can tell she loves her job....Thank You Catherine Jennings

Very poor patient service. Nurse with a broken leg was frustrated and rude. I believe she is miserable as she is the only nurse handling dozens of patients. She challenged the patients to test her patience. Waiting time was more than 1 hour. Go to Welsh location, much bigger and cleaner. Id give 0 stars if I could, but due to my generous nature I will give her at least one star

There is some bad reviews here. I just left quest, Angel and Judy were super cool, friendly and fast service. I guess if you are trying to cheat your drug test and get busted you would leave a bad review!? Dont do drugs kids!

They never took the blood of the daughter, they still have huge bruises on their hands. an absolutely unprofessional worker — not only did he not find a vein, poked a needle under the skin, everything fell on the floor, on his second hand, he didn’t hit the vein either immediately or later. child in terrible stress. I dont recommend this lab to anyone

I usually make an appointment so the wait time is good. Im a hard stick, deep, floating vains. No matter where I go Im usually bruised and sore. Not here, Diana is amazing! Gets it on the first try. No pain, no bruising. Wont go anywhere else.

If I could give 10 stars I totally would!!!. I went to get my glucose checked and had Manyee take my blood sample. I DID NOT FEEL A THING! Im very sensitive when it comes to needles and she did such an amazing job!! Did not even feel a pinch! it was so fast and professional! Definitely recommend this place and Manyee to take your blood sample!

The worst Quest Diagnosis branch ever. The lab technicians are rude and do not like to work. They dont have good social skills, and dont ask you anything properly. They just sit there and play with their iphones all day. They like to give one word replies to your questions and basically give you a feeling like they volunteer there and that youre making their work hard. They really dont care about the person as a human.

A waste of an hour. Their computer network was down so they could not do any blood work. But it turned out that they do not even accept Blue Cross. What medical provider does not accept Blue Cross?

This place is not at this location as seen on the Google map. It is further up in the Presidental Shopping Center, the corner of Bustleton and President Street, across from the CVS.

I was taken care before my appointment. Cant get any better than that!

Rude and always overwhelmed. My insurance demands that I use Quest, instead of Labcorp, so I put up with it. I have to use Mass Transit, so I have to use the branch that I am closest too.

I usually only leave reviews if they’re positive, but this was too much. Checked in with 3 other people in the waiting area. 1 has gotten taken back and it’s been over an hour. Now there are 8 others waiting. The employees were incredibly rude and unwilling to take questions. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible. My pregnant wife came here. And was signed. And was waiting for 2 hours with no service. Everybody with/without appointments coming and was serving. After my wife asked how come they go in, what about her? They started being rude and acting like ignorance with no reason, she just ask why? I know my wife, she kind and very gentle. After we just decided leave this trash place. Never do not come here.
