Great staff, everyones very friendly. Good cleaning and procedures that are very efficiently done so you wont be sitting in a chair for 3 hours. The medical staff is great, very comforting and they dont pressure you to do anything youre not comfortable with.

The hygienists, doctors, and office staff at Dentex are cordial and informative. The cleanings are thorough but quick and they are responsive to any concerns that I have had. The location is easy to get to by public transit. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is easy and painless! I love this place!

Hygienist is great! She comes in early and takes care of the first scheduled patients. However, the doctor is not scheduled to come in until 1 hr later so you are just sitting in the chair for 30-40 mins waiting for him to do a 1min checkup. I waited so long for Dr.Igor just for him to be rude and unfriendly and to tell the hygienist to tell me that everything was fine. I guess he did not want to speak to me himself for whatever reason.

I love the staff here. Theyre all so friendly and polite. They make you feel at ease. Ive always hated going to dentist as Ive always had discomforts during any process. Here, they numbed every well and I couldnt feel a thing and Ive had 2 root canals so far. This is the only dental office I willingly and happily will go to for as long as Im in Philadelphia or the surrounding area. Worth the hour long commute.

When Im having a service done or patronizing someones place of business, if the energy is off I dont come back. The Dr. is very easy to talk too. I can’t believe I walked by this gem for so many years not realizing they’d be my future favorite dentist. My friend recommended me and I’m happy to recommend them to all of you especially Dr. Sadora. She is particularly patient with anyone who has anxiety going to the dentist. Her kindness and gentle work quickly gained my trust and I won’t ever leave. I’ll be bringing my son to see her (whose affection she won over immediately!). He has sensory issues and I think she’ll be the answer to those.I can’t end this without mentioning my favorite receptionist. She is so sweet! She remembers me and greets me with warmth and kindness. I had an appointment and once they found out I worked in health care, it was an issue. I was told to get another COVID test then reschedule. This is after I showed the proof of my COVID test and both COVID-19 vaccinations. I asked if their staff was required to get vaccinated and was told no. So how do I know they’re staff to work on my mouth. I don’t but I trust that they’re taking all precautions to stay safe as I am. Wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re a health care worker. Smdh

I’ve been going to this location since October 2019 and honestly, I haven’t had any bad experiences. They are very prompt and honest about what dental work is recommended and necessary to continue with good dental health. I was over an hour late to my appointment today but I’m thankful that they still allowed me to come because parking downtown is a mess. The front desk, dentist and assistant were very kind, which is a plus for me because customer service goes a long way and customer satisfaction will keep one coming back to get all routine checkups at Dentex. Wow!!! What an amazing experience. This was my first time visiting this dental office. It was recommended to me by a former coworker.I wish I knew about this place before. I have avoided going to the dentist for several years due to being afraid. Haha. Well this place has removed all of my fears for sure. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. While sitting in the chair, they asked questions and eased all of my anxieties. Both the dentist and her assistant were so awesome as a team! I felt no pain or discomfort. I was even given an option to have a tooth saved that I swore was going to be taken out. Im sure another office wouldnt have saved it. But thats to the team that worked on me, I was able to walk home with no teeth missing.I really cant thank you enough. For the first time in my life, Im looking forward to my next check up in 6 months. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone!!Thank you guys!

I would just like to say that my experience was wonderful at Dentex Dental at Liberty Place. I called in with pain, and they scheduled an appointment within two days. When I came in, the staff was very friendly and in no time, the dentist took me in for the procedure. I had a root canal done with filling, and the entire procedure went smooth and was painless. The procedure was done within one hour and fifteen minutes. The dentist was very caring and knew what he was doing. So far I am very happy with the job that was done.I am definitely going back for my next treatment. I highly recommend this place!

I honestly had a great experience here. They did some fillings and a route canal. The staff has been super friendly from day one!

I had to wait a month and a half to get my first appointment for a cleaning here, which I was fine with. About 15 hours before my appointment, however, they call me and tell me that the doctor won’t be coming in the next day and that I won’t be able to get a checkup. They suggest I come in two days later for the doctor to see me, but I won’t be able to get my teeth cleaned then. I could reschedule for both, but it’d another two months before they could see me.So their solution is for me to take off work TWICE this week and come in BOTH days - one for the cleaning, one for the checkup.I do this. I reluctantly go back a second day for the checkup, and the doctor walks in, looks at me for literally 30 seconds, and walks out without so much as a “sorry for the inconvenience.”Not the least bit of effort was exerted to smooth anything over. And note that they have a $25 cancellation fee if WE cancel within 24 hours of the appointment. Their time is clearly more valuable than ours.I definitely will not be going back for a second appointment.

I found Dentex Dental from the Metro ad and gave them a call. I was looking for new service now that I am retired and needed a new provider. They offered a free consultation and provided pretty good coverage plans. I live in NE Philly but coming to center city was no issue as the office is conveniently located to public transportation. The office and equipment are modern and they have a friendly staff. It was easy to get an appointment. I definitely recommend their services

New patient here. I came in for my initial exam and teeth cleaning, and was back out relatively quickly which was nice. My dentist was very knowledgeable and described the whole exam experience, also with him was a student: really good and reassuring to see dental students learning here! The person who took my x-rays was very nice and personable and gave good instructions. Coming back for some dental work in a few weeks.

I am not sure how or why this office gets any positive reviews. I had a 9 a.m. appointment and was not called to the back to see the dental hygienist or dentist until 9:50. I then waited another half hour before anyone came to talk to me or clean my teeth. I was rushed through a cleaning, and had to remind them that I was there because of pain caused by my wisdom teeth. The dentist came in for 1 minute, prescribed me antibiotics and left. By the time I was done it was 11:30 ---literally two hours after my appointment. And the even more frustrating thing was the reason I was there in the first place was because I was originally scheduled to have them take out all my wisdom teeth, but last minute, they decided to take only one out. Fast forward a few months later, and my teeth were giving me problems again and had to get removed.

I have to say that when I went to this dentist I went b/c I was having tooth pain that was keeping me up at night. When I went I found out I needed a root canal which they started that very day. The process was not bad at all considering what I had heard about root canals. After each of the procedures I was able to go back to work which was unheard of. After that I got more work done on my mouth which was the result of not going to the dentist regularly like I should have. Each procedure I have had done there is relatively painless and I was able to go back to the office after each procedure. The dentist, hygienists and periodontists there are all super nice and attentive to their patients needs. I am as happy as I can be with this dentist and I recommended it to co-workers and friends. One has already went and she likes them too.

They took care of me well. I had dentures installed by Dr. Kopa and his assistant and I had no problems with the procedures, they was explained very well before and after the procedure. It was all professional even when I scheduled to come back for an adjustment.

I had an horrific experience here, and I would never recommend them to anyone. They are scam artist and I had to call the police and make a report because they was over charging me for my dentures and telling me I still owed money, lucky I kept my receipts to show the police officers. Then they said “we’re sorry here’s your dentures” we must have over looked them. They were scared when I called the police, if I didn’t call them I would have had to pay for dentures that was already paid for. Don’t be scammed by their fake kindness!

This office is in a really good location. However, they are always behind schedule. Dont arrive early, better to arrive 10 minutes after your appointment time for less waiting. They seemed to be taking good safety precautions during the virus which is good. The dentists here change frequently, often you wont see the same one each time you go so if thats important to you then its something to consider.

I was impressed by the quality and very thorough approach by the doctors in this office. My case wasnt easy - I needed a lot of preparation in order to get my implants, but everything worked perfect! And in the predicted time frame, which was rather amazing.Highly recommend!

Who knew a visit to the dentist would be so pleasant? The staff are friendly and helpful, the work was professional and efficient, the office is warm and very clean (and, as superficial as this is, not as ugly on the decorating side as most dentist/doctors offices tend to be...which can add to the general painfulness of such visits!). The important thing is that through clear explanations and pointing out all the details visually, I really felt I could trust the dentist, who will be repairing faulty work done by my last dentist. They also work empathetically with customers (even if youre uninsured, like me) to make their services affordable. I highly recommend Dentex (at Liberty Place), and my husband turned me onto it after also having a good experience at the South Philly location. The whole operation seems to be constantly looking for ways to make their business and services better, which is refreshing in any area of life, but especially health.

My daughter and I were new patients at this office, my daughter needed to change her initial appointment because of her work schedule. They rescheduled without a doctor in the office which meant she needed another appointment. At my visit I arrived 10 minutes early to complete the new patient forms, and two people came in after I submitted the forms to the receptionist. The two people after me were called back first and my appointment was for 2:40, the gentleman said his appointment was at 3 when he checked in and the lady said 2:50. I became very annoyed at the customer service. I waited for 45 minutes and was not called back. I left without being seen because I did not feel valued as a paying customer, I cancelled my daughters appointment also. This dentist office need to realize they are providing a service and there is such a thing called customer satisfaction. Why schedule appointment if you are going to take people in whatever order you see fit!

The staff at Dentex Dental are absolutely AMAZING. Friendly, kind, caring, and compassionate. They make you feel like your family. Best of all they are always on schedule. If your appointment is at 10am they are ready for you at 10am.

WORST WORST CLINIC - YOU SHOULD READ...I went to the clinic twice!On Sept 25th for dental cleaning. I waited from 2:30 till 4:10! And then I finished in 10 min. They were trying to convince me to fill and take off my wisdom teeth. Besides, they did a X-ray to me without my permission. Then, I went today coz on of my teeth starts hurting me. I schedual an appointment via Zocdoc with Dr. Micheal Kopa. When I arrived, the reception told me that I am not on the system for today, and the doc is female! I do not know how they manipulate their patients but my appointment with someone how could you not inform me that he is not available? And make me wait for a doc that I did not even choose in the first place! So I reschedual my appointment for next Tuesday, and I. Will see how things gonna work. The only things make come here is just most of my friends recommended this doc to me! And I really need a good doc but until now I have not meet the doc and talk to him.. everytime i go there I just meet nurses. —— Updated ( I called the clinic 2 weeks later, to release my X-ray and send it to me, and the women with braces in the front desk start yelling at me because I wrote the review, she knew me! She start saying that’s unfair, you should not write these thing because you walked-in you didn’t even have an appointment..... Excuse me??? I schedualed via Zocdoc... and at least you should respect others time and treat them well. However, I sent her a massege with that.. and until now they didn’t send my X-ray .... but the great other clinic “CCED” the do me an X-ray without charging me.. they are great! go there and don’t come to this place.. )

Ive been going to Dentex at Liberty Place since I relocated to Phila. in 2010. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. I needed a few difficult and lengthy procedures and Dr. Zilberman took care of them without any problems. I would highly recommend Dentex Dental at Liberty Place.

Not only is Dentex Dental at Libery Place an extremely clean and nice office, but its the staff that makes Dentex stand out. The front desk staff is exceptionally helpful with scheduling, questions, and insurance info. The dentist and hygienists seem to really care about whats best for their patients. I received excellent care every time Ive visited. They go out of their way to make sure Im comfortable, and they always provide me with helpful homecare tips. Furthermore, compared to a lot of other dental offices in Center City, you get the absolute best value for your dollar. They were great when I had an emergency. But after that not really. My next appointment got cancelled twice. Both times I scheduled it during my lunch hour and both time they cancelled because the hygienist was there only till 12. The location is great.They gave me a hard time pushing me for something I didnt need. I was thinking to put a crown at this office, but changed my mind and used someone else.

Made several appointments to get my teeth clean and dentex kept cancelling my appointments saying no hygeniest showed up today and I asked dont you have a schedule for hygeniest and dentex told me No! What kind of response is that from running business to taking care for patient. What kind of dentist office run a business like that! Dentist is business and is to make Money! Poor customer services No Money No reputations. Very very disappointing to see dont care attitude from the business to make money. Maybe you guys are surving because fraudulent charges and activities with patients insurances.

New patient, first time, had a 5:00pm appointment, did not get seen till 6:10, after x-rays, the dentist started my cleaning only to tell me that the tools were not working, so I would have to reschedule. Stood up and left.Left at 6:32 after being told I needed to schedule a filling and to come back to finish the cleaning. REALLY disappointed. I am now in search of new dentist. I will not return.

I saw Dr. Jordan Strott today for the first time today because a month ago another dentist wanted me to get $1000 in dental work done (basically two cleanings a couple of weeks apart, a night guard, and a cavity filling). Dr. Strott told me that my gums are perfectly healthy and I absolutely didnt need another cleaning. She also said that my cavity is not an actively decaying spot and can be checked in six months to see if its an issue and that the night guard probably isnt necessary but couldnt hurt.She was extremely helpful, took a lot of extra time to answer my questions, and was honest enough to tell me when the services I requested were unnecessary. I will definitely be going back.

Doctor always explained clearly step by step all my treatment plan. I have been his patient for almost 4 years already. Good place to get your teeth cleaned, but they demand X-Rays every 6 months. From what Ive read, this isnt always necessary and their blanket policy makes me uncomfortable.

Dont go here.Im not really the review type, but I feel pretty strongly about my experience here at Dentex and feel the need to share it. I had multiple issues with billing and incorrect estimates for copays at this office that cost me hundreds of dollars. On more than one occasion, I was either told that a procedure would be covered by my insurance to later have it rejected or had a procedure performed with a several hundred dollar copay that they never told me about.On one occasion, I specifically asked someone who worked at the front desk if the procedure they were planning to do (a bone graft) would be covered by my dental insurance and was told yeah, you have great insurance. Boy was I surprised when I came back on the day of procedure, had it done and was then asked to pay $480. Simply put, if I had known that the procedure was going to cost $480, I would have gotten a second opinion or decided against it. Fees should be part of the informed consent process. At Dentex Dental they are not.If you do decide to get care at Dentex Dental, I recommend getting your plan of care with costs and copays IN WRITING prior to consenting to having any work done. Ive since moved to a new practice that is transparent when it comes to costs and checks with my dental insurance company to see what is and what is not covered prior to doing procedures and xrays and I am MUCH, much happier.After a very frustrating experience, I cannot recommend this practice to anyone.

They just referred me to a temple student dentist on broad street; saying that they wont have any doctors on for two days... sounds like they are closed to me

I had a wisdom tooth pulled at this location. The procedure itself went ok. But the doctor refused to give me any pain medication and told me to go buy over the counter pain relief. As a result I was in terrible pain for two days. Ive never heard of anyone being denied pain medication after having a wisdom tooth pulled.

Great staff, the cleaning was perfect, and the price was right. Highly recommend.
