Customer service is a joke and I am now looking for another dentist. I made an appointment and later received a call asking for my insurance information. This was provided and then the receptionist called me back saying they could not confirm and asked for another number. After 4 calls from the receptionist I told her I’ll do the leg work for you if you’re unable to do your job. I contacted my insurance company who told me there is no problem and they gave me their direct number for Dental Solutions to call for any verification needs. Later Dental Solutions called my business and guess who answered the phone, me. I told them this is ridiculous and what is the problem as I provided 2 numbers for my insurance company. The receptionist was nasty and I finally told her to cancel my appointment and I’ll look for another dentist. The receptionist said no problem at all and laughed. Great way to drive customer service! I suppose the actual employee doesn’t care about business since she gets the same check each week even if she did cost the company a customer. If you’re looking for a dental place avoid this location at all costs.

Everyone was really nice and professional. Super quick and relatively painless process. Definitely less intimidating then I initially thought since I hadnt been to the dentist in years! They were all great and will be using this office primarily in the future.

I am a new patient and called over 6 times to make an appointment but was sent to voicemail. It wasnt until I called from a BLOCKED number that my call was answered. When I reached the front desk and asked why my call wasnt answered, the woman on the phone had an attitude and told me that they are understaffed. I said that I understood that and when I tried to make an appointment, she hung up on my face. I will never go to this establishment because of how rude the employees are.

The office staff are pleasant and professional. I don’t feel anxious or rushed. Which unfortunately is very rare these days. I think after going to a few dentists recently I found my new dentist office.

I’ve been told that I am very particular, and in some cases I agree. My experiences with the Northeast Dental Solutions office has been nothing but great😌 The clerical area employees are pleasant and informative, even though they seem to be overwhelmed at times, they keep it professional. Everyone I’ve come in contact with, office manager, dental assistants, and hygienist, all seem to be welcoming, pleasant, patient, and again, professional. My dental physician, Dr. Sheikh, supersedes them all! Oh, by the way, I haven’t ran into anyone resembling me employed in this office 🤔 With all that said, overall this office seems to be the best, thus far. I still have a few appointments left before I start my six month visits, so I’m giving four stars until I see how creating my smile turns out 👀

They provide good service but they repeatedly hit me with unexpected charges. They care more about money than customers. I wish I never went to this dentist.

Dr. Bruno is amazing! He fixed a problem I had with an old root canal on my front tooth. It looks a million times better after only one treatment. The office staff was friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE! I spoke with someone named Lisa she was so incredibly rude ! She started to raise her voice with me and was incredibly rude and ignorant! She than switched me to someone named Nijahly who apologized and made my appointment! Had an appointment today with Mera my hygienist. She is absolutely wonderful. I’m terrified of dentist but mera had so much patience and understanding of my fears she made me feel like I could be brave and get through this frightening experience. She is the only reason I keep my appointments. The staff is and my Dr. are all awesome!! If you are like me and going to the dentist terrifies you. This is the place you need to visit for your next appointment.

I came in for a deep cleaning this day. She was very gentle and did a great job. I highly recommend Dental Solutions. All the staff are professional and very kind.

The office was clean and comfortable. Dr Bruno and his assistant were amazing and very pleasant!! They explained things every step of the way to make me feel at ease as I explained that I’m terrified due to past terrible experiences.

Seems like every time I have an appointment for my daughter it’s never put into the system. When I tried to make another appointment Tracey the front desk person was beyond rude and unprofessional. If i could give this zero stars I would . I’ve seen dr bowman in the past and she was amazing ! I have never been treated so poorly by staff in my life . Tracey needs more training on being professional!

I saw Dr. Seo today and it was the most positive dental visit I’ve ever had. I’ve moved a good bit so have had to start fresh with new practices multiple times. I never know what I’m going to get and to say I have dental angst is an understatement. Severely. Some dentists and practices don’t care to ease the nerves of a patient like me, as though they could take or leave my business as a patient. I was totally at ease there today. The front desk, the office manager who spoke to me about billing, the tech., and the dentist were literally the most pleasant dental (and even medical) practice I’ve ever visited. I don’t leave Google reviews often. And would never foresee myself as a dentist google reviewer, but felt it might help someone feel more confident making an appointment who shares the same angst about dental visits as me. Dr. Seo is excellent.

Everytime I come to this office the staff and Dr. Bruno is always friendly, pleasant and makes you feel comfortable. You know how youll walk into an office and just feel uneasy? I never have to worry about that. I was considering changing my office to the Wyncote branch but I decided not to because I know that I will not receive the same treatment like do at Grant. The Dentist that I had gave me the worse service and I was constantly going back for corrections until I decided that I did not want to continue at the office. The temporary Manager at that time offered to correct the problems at their office in Delaware County . That took a couple of months due to the Pandemic. The person that I saw there thought I had my upper denture for over 10 years, were it was barely a year. I said that to the original one who did it. I told them that I knew a number of people who had dentures, and I never seen one that looked that bad. I asked for the balance on my account to be refunded to my card. Every time I contact them, Im assured that it will be done. My last visit to the Delaware County Office (over three weeks ago), I was told that a check would be issued back to me, however, some how the amount of my refund was lowered from $240 to $120. They said something must have come in later. I have had no work done since September and I asked for the refund in January and it was $240. Still havent received anything yet. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I called again last week and left a message for the Manager who has still not returned my call.Dr. Blumenthal who did my extractions was the only Dentist that I was satisfied with his work.

The staff and docs are all very welcoming. The appointments run on time and they always explain the dental process to you as they go along. Great staff and makes it easy to get my dental work done. I appreciate everyone there for making all my dental processes a pleasant experience.

I cant believe I am raving about going to the dentist/endodontist , and for a root canal!! From the first time I ever called Dental Solutions, I was impressed. Everyone was professional, patient, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Bruno was professional, but light hearted and fun.(as was his assistant, Rudy.) I have nothing but great things to say! To start off with I had a traumatic experience with my last dentist so I avoided the dentist for years. Needless to say my teeth weren’t in the best condition. I took a chance and scheduled an appointment. I was greeted by Rudy a dental assistant there who calmed me down because I was a nervous wreck. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! I had the worst experience of my life here. I came in to have my teeth checked out and cleaned. I had been to another dentist in the past year and had no issues. The dentist who examined my teeth at this office told me I had 6 cavities and used a metal implement to pry at one of my molars. This resulted in extreme pain in the following weeks and I ended up getting it root canaled, crowned, and ultimately pulled at another dental office. That tooth had never bothered me in the past and I was recently told by a dentist that I have no cavities at all.

My experiences here have been with the endodontist, Dr. Bruno.. Each root canal treatment has been seamless. Dr. Bruno and the staff are professional and responsive to my needs. Highly recommend.

I had two major procedures done and they both went very well. I had 4 wisdom teeth plus another molar pulled that i was putting off for years. The staff and the doctor made me feel very comfortable and operation went better than I could have expected. I also recently had some cosmetic work done to my front top teeth. I always hid my smile because of my teeth, but I now have no issues smiling and showing off my new teeth. A special thanks to Arleen for helping coordinate everything as far as scheduling and insurance billing.

What an absolutely amazing positive experience. I was terribly nervous before my root canal - from the needles through the entire appointment I was totally pleased. I am pain free. I have been going to Dental Solutions for over ten years. The primary reason I returned is because of Mira, my hygienist. For over forty years I had bleeding gums. I was not raised to floss and used to think those floss commercials were just to sell a product. I thought that bleeding gums were a normal experience of routine care. From the start, Mira gave me very firm education, unlike any hygienist had ever done before, about how to take care of my teeth and gums enforcing the need to floss and increase my visits to get thorough cleanings. Mira warned me about the pros and cons of teeth whitening for my sensitive teeth and so much more. Mira is always friendly, highly professional and takes a vested interest to ensure I have the best experience every 3-4 months. Since I met Mira my teeth and gums have never been better AND they no longer bleed, ever. Mira is exceptional and I have appreciated her teachings. Used the old bait and switch. I made an appointment for a cleaning. I got there and was told that they couldnt do it that day. They measured my gums, then told me, that I needed $367.00 of additional cleaning treatment consisting of anti-microbial agents and a periodontal scaling. its amazing that Ive been getting 6 month cleanings for 30 years and have never needed these things before. Its also amazing that they didnt have time for a cleaning but wanted to start on the $367.00 treatment immediately. The dishonesty is that they told me over the phone, that they would do a cleaning when they had no intention of doing so. They also wanted to start the treatment before I could check out whether these were the usual, customary charges. Having some sales experience, I know when people are attempting to manipulate me. I dont believe that they couldnt have done the cleaning first, which is what they told me. My instinct which has served me well for 40 years in the stock market, tells me to stay far away. The 1 star is because of their questionable business practices. What they are probably doing is trying to monetize these treatments, because they pay better than the customary cleaning.

I have been highly pleased with all aspects of the dental care received at Dental Solutions, grant avenue. The personnel in all areas -- dentistry, cleaning, exams, appointments -- are first rate.To paraphrase Albert Einstein Every performance must be compared to another to establish a rating of good, better or best. Hello,You have been sending me a bill for $50ish. I have already paid what was agreed on. I will not be paying any more money for the procedures you performed on me. I do not understand how you can bill me for something that happened some time ago.I was not going to say anything, but since you are looking for additional money from me, I will explain why you will not be seeing me as a patient anymore. The upper denture was not even close to fitting properly, there was at least a 1/4 inch higher on the left side. The denture lasted 3 months, then split down the middle. I had to pay $1,200 for a new set.This will be the only/last time I will explain this, please do not send me any more bills for anything. I will not pay. You will be wasting time and paper. You might want to just write that balance off. In my opinion, it would be the right thing to do. By the way, what is the additional charges for? I had to call the insurance company myself and walk you people through the process, make sure they filled out and sent the correct forms. Then, i was told the day of the casting, that I had to pay. We set up a care credit account, as I was not prepared to pay at that time, as no one explained that to me. At the time the care credit was opened, the person accepting the money explained to me, that this would be the final amount, so i paid the bill in full that day. I realize you recently opened that location, but you certainly have some bugs to work out. Good luck with your future endeavors.

I am TERRIFIED of dentists. The workers here made my time comfortable, appeased my anxiety level, and gave me a great experience. Dr Batra is AMAZING. Clean work, understood the level of anxiety and fear I had and worked with it every step of the way. I will be finishing all my dental with them!

I don’t like going to the dentist. However, I had to have a root canal performed. The doctor listened to my past complaints about my dental experience, calmed my nerves and assured me everything would be ok. He told jokes and shared his food recipes to stimulate conversation to ease my fears. The service was quick and I did not feel anything! The root canal doctor was awesome and I trust his work! Highly recommended!

The good: they attentive and professional. The doctor at Grant ave. has been well trained.The bad : they seem to come with any kind of excuse in order to extract as much money out of your pocket as possible. For example, I was told to pay for an antibiotic that was not cover by my insurance despite the fact that they never mention it in the initial prognosis but all of the sudden they found out that i needed it.There is always an offering for a mysterious medicine and/or service that you urgently need

Wish I had been their patient before I lost my teeth. They did not embarrass me because of the poor care I received else where, and provided expert care to correct my oral issues. They really are the best, most understanding and caring PROFESSIONALS I have ever met in the dental field.

This place was Great my first time .Went and had to get two root canals at the same time and it went GREAT the doctor was amazing . He made me feel like I was home I didnt feel a thing. No pain..

Although their prices are a little high, I believe theyre good with their work, so far Im pleased, with the exception of me missing two appointments due to a personal matter, so when I called to reschedule and explain to Elaine my request ,she was more interested in letting me know that because I wasnt giving them a 24 hour window, I will be charge $20 for each appointment that I miss, so forget about having an emergency because it seems that you have to know when are you having one or be approved by Elaine, and now when I try calling for a new appointment no one answers the phone on either side of the office, so I guess Im stuck just paying for braces unless I find a new dental office.

Dr. Bruno is the BEST! Went in to get a root canal and ended up having an infection with no pain, couple weeks later woke up in so much pain. He handled it on his day off and took me his first available day back to rexray and help me out!

This place is a joke they scheduled me to see a doctor to get my tooth pulled so I took off from work go there and the doctors not in the office. They did the same thing last year my Filling came out they scheduled me for 4 oclock appointment got there they couldnt do the procedure but they were able to do a cleaning and tell me I need all this work done so I leave work early again the next day and again they tell me its too late in the day they cant do it so after leaving early from work for the third time in one week they were able to do it.. their website dont even have the correct times they are open save yourself some time and frustration and find a dentist office that actually cares they

Always very professional. Make going to the ortho/dentist fun. Go out of their way to make sure things are done right, the best they can be. Even if it means adjusting something, or new path. Even when you have already paid upfront for a specific period of treatment. Very satisfied, would recommend to anyone looking for a great ortho/dentist :)

I am satisfied with my treatment. I hsd extractions done by Dr. Brett. He was patient, proffesional and told me step by step what to expect. He even followed up to see how I was doing. I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Brett for extractions. Rudy was his assistant who was also very patient and professional. As I am severely afraid of the dentist I felt very relaxed of their care and plan to continue with my dental needs fue to their care.

The staff is friendly and well organized. But I get a surprise bill for my sons surgery which was explained to me as an extended anesthesia time. Talked to my insurance and it should be covered if you have had it pre-approved . I was not satisfied with the explanation and to have a further talk to the A/C manager I called and left a message and no one contacted me but, kept on sending me the bill I end up sending a ck. to pay the bill even tough I was convinced that it is unreasonable.

Blumenthall always goes out of his way to assure me that I shouldnt hesitate to come in for an adjustment. Yes, Im 98% sure this was the last one. :+) All of the staff are friendly and polite and Barbara always has time to answer any questions. ALSO this is the only medical office I visit where I am always seen on time. No waiting. Thats a major plus.

I found this office through a search on the web. At the time I had a painful abscess that I noticed on a Sunday. Scared ,I started googling dental places the following day and found the office through the reviews . I called and they saw me the same day! I am one that dosent go to the dentist out of fear from all my past dental experiences but I had no choice. I had two different exams. The emergency one that day and a full one later on to see what was needed. I needed periodontal work. The wait made me a nervous wreck and I was upset a lot over the upcoming work but when my time had come to do my first round I had Mira work on my mouth. I honestly think she is a angel sent from heaven. She was amazing. She has been at this a long time so I was relieved with her experience. She was quick and thorough and very pleasant. Everyone I have come across from the receptionists, to the girls who took my xrays to the dentists have all been very kind and soothing . I have already recommended them to my co workers . I go for round two next week to finish up and for once ,in my life, Im not a nervous wreck over going . I hope this review helps someone else like me who hasn t been to a dentist in a long time from high anxiety and helps them take the first step into helping themselves get a healthier mouth.

Office was super nice and clean and the staff is friendly

I had four co-workers tell me about this dentist office. I was in the market of changing mine so I decided to give them a try. My first visit I was very impress. They were very pleasant and professional made me feel comfortable. Im not a dentist lover. When I meant Dr. Batra very soft spoken easy to talk to. So easy I let her do a extraction that same day. And I didnt feel a thing it was amazing. Dr. Batra you are the best you and your staff. I wish I only found yall years ago. Thank you and appreciate you change my life and smile

Everyone has been so helpful and friendly, the staff is great. I never have to wait long to be seen by my Dentist.

Its ok. I would like to see later evening hours so those who work full time during the day dont have to make arrangements with their work. Also this office is very big on upselling items that are not covered by insurance. So be prepared to feel like youre at a used car dealer. My reason for 2 stars are location and cleanliness.Edit: I was in the midst of a new job and inquired about a recent appointment since my insurance on file was about to expire and after explaining my situation they still couldnt squeeze me in. So sayonara!

I have terrible experience with this dentist,this young guy forced me to take deep cleaning teeth, I don’t want ,then he kicked me out, I went many dental office, I was never been treated like this.

My husband and I have been faithful patients to this practice. Since they were in the building prior to this one. I have NEVER ever had a bad experience here and I have had VARIOUS work done here (unfortunate me lol).The atmosphere is so calm, clean, and professional.The staff keeps you updated at ALL TIMES while you are waiting.All of the ladies here are extremely nice and I’m not sure if I mentioned beautiful inside and out.The new dentist ( I’m so sorry :( I forgot your name, it’s a woman) she’s new , but is so amazing. As soon as she came in the room she introduced herself to me, went over every single detail of my work. Allowed me to choose what ever route I wanted to take (aslong as covered by insurance of course). Listened to my concerns which is a PLUS.I do want to mention she is extremely gentle as well. I let her know I was a bit scared of the needle for numbing and she assured me she would be, she conversated as much as she could to keep me calm ( Thanks by the way). The work she did turned out great.I mean if you are asking yourself wether or not to make an appt with this location, do NOT hesitate!You won’t regret it!Thanks guys for everything and your professionalism.Bahamonde Family :)

I had my upper, left molar removed. In terms of pulling teeth, this was easy-peasy! Everyone was very kind, pleasant, accomodating, and eager to answer any questions. Once the novacaine kicked in, the good Doctor extracted the tooth within a few, very short minutes. No pain, no discomfort! After a wad of gauze and a Very Reasonable Price, I was on my way! I followed the post-op care instructions carefully and I believe its healed quite nicely. I dont want to have more teeth pulled, but if I had to, this is the place and doctor I would return to. *Probably the only dentist/office that can yank a tooth out of your head and make it a totally positive experience!
