I was happy with my account and services until I called customer support and had a TERRIBLE experience. There were many levels to my negative experience but the worst part was they promised to fax me something and did not do it and I lost out on an apartment.

I’ve been banking with PSECU for 12 years and never had a problem. I absolutely love their customer service. I would recommend PSECU to anyone.

Excellent bank with competitive to low interest rates. Instant access to funds and deposits. Easy online bill pay, free checking with no minimums. Lack of brick and mortar buildings can be a pain, but they reimburse for any ATM fees, so it balances out. I would recommend PSECU to anyone, and Ive been a member for 19 years.

The psecu was The best credit union they went from a 10+ to -5 how they did this is incredible , about 15 of my family members are closing all the accounts, the employees are very nice on the phone but the waiting time is forever , try to use the MAC machine the cards dont work try to pay a bill and they give you the wrong information and then they lock or suspend your account, Im very sad that this institution went to hell

Ive banked with PSECU for almost 10 yrs and I recently decided to close my account. This institution was great and I loved that most deposits were available instantly. I made the decision to close my account due to security. PSECU needs to up the security on members account. Within the past few year my account was compromised 2-3 times per year. Its such a hassle and a headache. If it wasnt for lack of security I wouldve kept my account. Also, there are no branches were I live. so didnt have access to money while waiting for my compromised account to be cleared.

Another predatory capitalism bank who charges bank account holders steep fees when account is overdrawn just a few hours. They have extremely high interest rates. If late they take all your available funds. As soon as this is paid off im shutting down my account with them. Im withdrawing from this con. Its pure theft and fraud.

The best credit union/bank ever.

PSECU has been my credit union for probably over 25 years now, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. 🙂👍 💯

This is an AWFUL Credit Union. I switched to TRUMARK.

Refinance process is a total bust - forwarded all necessary paper work - and never - I mean never notified by mortgage rep of status of application - I had to call 3 weeks later to talk to another liar with no letter to support the claim of why refinance denied - total waste of time - needs more diversity in this department - rife with condescending attitudes - I thought they worked for me
