They dont cost you anything and will give you the best advice on how to help yourself out of debt. They will advise you whether you should get a loan. Dont go to anyone who ask for money. American heritage has sneaky little things they do to keep you in debt . They give you more money without your permission when they see you have a no spending credit. It may seem like a really nice thing to do but its really a psychological debt trap that those with poor financial management will probably take advantage of.
