The office and operating areas are exceptionally clean, the staff are friendly, and my dentist there (Tom), is super calming, which is great for someone like me that tends to get nervous during dental work. I moved away from the immediate area some time ago, but still continue going here regardless because they provide such a great dental experience.

Ive had great experiences at Pennsylvania Dental Group. All of the hygienists and doctors are knowledgeable, friendly, and answer any questions that you have. I would definitely recommend and have recommended Pennsylvania Dental Group to friends!

The clinical staff is great.Both receptionists were impossible to handle. My wife is not very fluent in English. She always compliant me that the receptionists dont listen to her. This time, I went with my wife, and I had to argue with receptionists to get a little thing done. Later, I had to ask them to send some X-rays to Jefferson hospital, but it took me four phone calls back and forth. Still, I am not sure if they will do it. OMG! I am tired of fighting with them.

Everyone is so nice and accommodating, from the phone service to in-person. They truly care and explain everything so you are involved in the process and understand whats occurring.

I recently had to change dentist offices since I moved closer to the city and I’m so glad I did. I barely waited 5 minutes in the lobby (which RARELY happens whenever I go to any doctor office).The dentist and dental hygienist were so profesional and walked me thru every step of the process. If you are looking for a dentist, look no further.. this is the place!

I was someone who always hated the dentist, but now I dont mind going at all! The staff are always so friendly, they always answer allllll of my questions in detail and make sure Im comfortable. I always feel as though they are really doing their best for me, both clinically and in administrative efforts. A true pleasure to have as my dentist, would recommend to everyone.

Great place, knowledgeable doctors and comforting space. Unfortunately, I wasted a couple hundred by going to another dentists place two weeks before here (I wasnt aware that my insurance strictly gave 1x year exams and 5x a year full xrays, so be sure to check how often youre covered). But Im glad I did try this as a second place because they caught a couple cavities which the other place didnt, and offered a second opinion on my teeth.

Had a wonderful experience with Pennsylvania Dental Group. The folks at the front desk including Mickey are a great first impression. Professional, lighthearted, and working constantly! I have Melissa to thank for a great cleaning. She was gentle and very thorough. Carla helped Dr. Sam work on me and they alleviated all my anxiety, and I thought I was going to fall asleep because of how comfortable I was. Dr. Sam is a fantastic dentist! With all the stress Covid is causing everyone, I know its tough to be in service right now, but I am grateful for all of them and their dedication to my health! Thanks PDG!

I haven’t been here yet but I just made an appointment through the phone with Lakeisha and she was AMAZING. She worked with me and was very friendly and personable. I’m terrified of the dentist and I could feel her patience and compassion which are very important qualities for me. I took my time to decide to go here for dental care amongst a sea of other places and I feel even more confident in my decision now.

I truly recommend this group! Tiffany took care of me and I was so nervous and she made my visit very comfortable. She is amazing! I had a really good experience and thats not usually the case at dentist office.

The front desk staff is so rude. Be prepared to get some major attitude

Demanded a PPE fee; yet provided no masks, hand disinfectant; waiting room not set up for social distancing and refused service even though I followed their hand washing protocol, wore a mask and maintained distance while inside. When I questioned the fee, I was told the doctor chooses to charge it. Last time I checked the medical staff is supposed to wear PPE during the examinations, cleanings and procedures anyway. No thanks!

First time going, Carla and Dr. Vishnevetsky had great bedside manner and made me feel comfortable for the initial exam!

My family and I have been going there for about 2 years, the staff has always been friendly, helpful, accommodating, I have never waited for my appointment and the office is very clean, even prior to COVID. They have started a PPE fee, but I totally understand that, and have no problem with it, there are a lot more expenses associated with COVID regulations, so I dont mind paying the fee, Im just appreciative that they take the extra measures to keep their patients safe, and they did advise of the fee when confirming my appointment.

I recently moved to Philadelphia and needed dental care in the area. I went to this dental group as a new patient, what was suppose to be a routine new patient dental check up turned into a nightmare. I was told I had several cavities, would have to come back to make a new appointment to fix the slightest chip on my front tooth and that I had horrible receding gum lines from brushing too hard? I have been a faithful dental patient for 24 years in my hometown, spend $4000 for braces, never had a cavity in my life and consider myself healthy from a dental perspective. Leaving extremely upset, I decided to get a second opinion at a totally different dental practice. Turns out, I have no cavities. And my chipped tooth was fixed within that visit no problem. Respectfully, always be your own advocate.

I could not think of a more efficient and friendly experience. Every time I or any of my family members go, we are in and out with virtually no wait, and all staff members are kind. For us, the BEST feature is that the practice opens really early, which means we can get our check up and not miss work!

This place is the sweetest! The dental hygienist was very gentle and described what he was doing so I knew what was happening, and checked in to see how I was doing regularly. I had no problems with wait, never felt rushed and felt comfortable asking questions. Going to the dentist makes me so nervous but this was definitely better than my past experiences.

As I walked in the dentist office I felt position energy! The receptionist are extremely nice. I came to this dentist office to get a second opinion because my primary dentist stated that I may need to get a abstraction done. However this dentist from Pennsylvania Dental stated that he can save my tooth, by conducting a root canal procedure. He was funny and pleasant and his dentist tech was amazing as well. Thank you and I will be coming back to get my crown. I cant wait. You guys made me feel so comfortable and you ease my nervousness thank you!

Hygienists/assistants are nice. The problem is that the front desk lady was impatient, hard to communicate with, and had no sense of respecting customers. Almost every time when I made an appointment, the front desk would make me feel unpleasant. And sometimes random issue would occur after my visit, either it’s about the appointment itself or it’s about front desk’s mis-interpretation of the insurance company’s co-pay requirements, which was really a pity and we would probably go to another dentist in the future.

I’ve been going to this location a little over a year and I live this place. I’m always with someone who is very informative and chill. The front desk is always professional and unless I move far away from Philly this location will remain my dentist.

I am very satisfied with the South Street office of Pennsylvania Dental Group. Dr. Bassani and her team took excellent care of my young children and fit in last minute, unscheduled tooth extractions. They were professional, caring, and knowledgeable. The office is clean and efficiently run as well. We did not have to wait and the cleanings took less than a half hour each. What a find!!

All the staff members are courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. Dr. Ana is very meticulous and patient. I didnt notice the usual dentist office smell which was quite nice. Cant ask for more from a dentist office. Would recommend it to others for sure.

Hygienist was nice, and you are seen in a timely manner, but I am very skeptical of how often they recommend deep cleanings. When I told a co-worker they had recommended this to me, she said this happened to both her and the only other person she knew who had gone there. My co-worker got a second opinion who felt this was an unnecessary procedure. My previous dentist, before I moved out of state, had also never recommended anything of the sort. Watch out and consider getting a second opinion or asking that they explain, in detail, exactly why they are recommending and risks and benefits. Also, they prescribed a mouthwash to me, it stained the grooves of my teeth and they literally told me after it was because of the mouthwash. Uhh...EDIT to owners response:1) the slightly patronizing tone in your response speaks for itself.2) the 47.2 percent number you gave refers to adults over 30. We are all in our twenties so you being 3 for 3 (100 percent) seems unlikely.3) yes, I am familiar with the information sheet you mentioned that you make patients sign and put in their charts. It is basically just a warning of the dangers of not buying into the deep clean you are selling.4) I still think you could have mentioned that the mouthwash you prescribed might stain my teeth. Telling me to read the fine print given by the pharmacy and contemplate each of the like 800 potential side effects of a medication is a little silly. And yes your hygienist tried to get it out, was not fully successful and theyre not the same as before I came to you.

Best experience ever. I called on Tuesday to get an emergency appointment as new patient and was given an appointment for Thursday the same week. They was got to get me in earlier but I couldn’t get off of work. My appointment was at 3 and I was out by 3:45. I had a tooth pulled and I felt zero pain. The staff and the Dr. Ronald Pirok were amazing. I found my new dentist!

My experience with this dental group has been very good. The staff [receptionists and technicians] are always polite, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Ron Pirok has provided excellent advice and care of my dental issues over a period of several years. This group is excellent with regard to scheduling/keeping appointments with you; providing information concerning what your insurance will/will not cover; and staying on top of your dental issues.

Ive visited the Pennsylvania Dental Group a few times and have had excellent service. Both times I was able to get an appointment within the next day. Though I have moved out of the area, Dr. Pirok has helped me find a dentist near me and works me in whenever Im around. Definitely recommend for any students in the area - The location is very accessible and the dentists are awesome!

I never wait long, they always have appointments that work for my schedule, everyone is friendly and kind, and my dentist (Dr. Pasierb) is fantastic for both routine check ups and for the procedures Ive needed done. Enjoyed my first visit to this practice that came highly recommended by my neighbor. The staff was attentive, skilled and friendly. Glad to have found such an amazing place after my former dental practice closed after many years.

This practice is by far the best dental care and treatment I have ever received. Clean, efficient, and always on time, I really felt the personalized care was superb. Honest, friendly and all around a good experience!

I don’t know her name but was professional and caring because they don’t except the insurance I have but she suggested for me to call my insurance co for a list of providers (which I already knew to do).

PA Dental Group is amazing. I never wait longer than 2 minutes before I see the hygienist. All the hygienist are polite and gentle. And Dr. Brad Pirok is my favorite dentist ever. Such a nice guy and does amazing work.

New to practice within the past year or so. Quality care and quality staff. Ive gotten some advanced care done that goes well beyond routine cleanings/checkups and have been really happy with the results.

I have been going to Pennsylvania Dental Group for years because they respect my time. Show up at your scheduled time, rarely wait more than 5 minutes, receive care from the same hygienist, see the doctor and checkout. Im done in < 1hr. Knowing this allows me to go during the day and be able to continue my work day as planned.

I was referred to PA Dental Group by my sister. Before making an appointment she expressed her appreciation for everyones customer care. Customer care is always a plus for me, and therefore I scheduled an appointment. Ive gone twice, and Ive enjoyed each visit. Dr. Pirok, and his team our truly about making you feel comfortable during your visit. As we all know, the dentist office is not on our top 10 of places to go. Yet, the humor and authentic love for their work is felt. During my second visit, I was taken care of by an old classmate, which was pretty cool. Until January for my cleaning!

When you first walk in you are able to fell the positive energy from the people that works there. The people at the front desk are professional The dentist make good Conversation with you ,very polite ,and give great advice.

I dont normally give 5 star reviews because I believe there is always room for improvement. In this case anything less than 5 stars would be unfair. The environment is clean and there is a very friendly, courteous atmosphere amongst the staff. The dentists have even taken the time to enhance the experience with a well thought out Spotify play list. (The best root canal ever.) Appointments can be scheduled online and they work really hard to fit you in if there is a cancellation. Im writing this review on office and was just scheduled for an appointment 4 weeks ahead of schedule due to a cancellation.

From the moment I walked in, the staff at Pennsylvania Dental Group treated me with warmth and displayed a high level of professionalism. I was somewhat nervous but they really put me at ease.I would highly recommend them.

Staff is always friendly and professional. I never have a problem getting an appointment and Im always in and out! I even recommended them to my mother, who HATES the dentist and she lives coming now.

The receptionist 👧 and one of the doctors 👩‍⚕️ Was very rude and mad at me. I was treated like a trash due to of my normal look, however once they learned that I have dental insurance, they started treated me nice. I feel bad how such place full of educated people think this way. Also, it was clearly that they care about your money not about you. Once they learned that my insurance will not pay for another service until at least a three more months (I don’t know from where they did get this trouble and wrong information, I wouldn’t call in the first place if that’s true), however they gave me their back. When I called trying to explain, I was in exam and check in process, they told me there is an appointment after months from now of you want take it, or leave it. Well, I left cause they ain’t willing to understand. I called another Dentiest nearby, I get an apportionment a few days later, I was serviced very nicely. The new dentist was paid in full from the dental insurance with no copayment. External look does matter with this clinic, unfortunately.

They are one of the best team I have met. The skills and efficiency are truly surprising to me.

A complete waste of time! The person answering the phone noted my insurance information down incorrectly at the time I fixed my appointment (which was a day before I was given an appointment). The same person then called an hour before my appointment saying that she could not verify my insurance information. After a number of phone calls back and forth while I was on my way to their Market Street office (including one call where someone from the Pennsylvania Dental Group tried to reschedule my appointment and sell me a cleaning procedure, when what I needed was a persistent tooth ache urgently seen to), they were finally able to note down my insurance information correctly and said that everything was in place for my appointment. Then, just as I was reaching their office, I got a call from them to tell me that it turns out that they dont accept my insurance plan after all. This after my clearly telling them my insurance plan the first time I contacted them and being told that they accept my plan and simply need to verify my policy number with the insurance company. Why they had to wait till minutes before my appointment to tell me that they dont accept my insurance policy is anyones guess. Dont waste your time here.

This office is just awesome..no long wait great conversation staff is friendly very inviting..not 1 bad thing to say....overly pleased..they work with you just a good dental office all around!..keep up the good work!

Ive had five dentists in my life. Four of them before I turned 25, and ONE for over 30 years since. Dr. Pirok and the PA Dental Group turned a painful, horrible part of life into something thats not much different than laying back on a beach chair relaxing with my mouth open. Whatever technique they use for administering novocaine its amazing: zero pain even on a tooth pull, and almost no numbness outside of that little segment of the mouth.Jill and the other receptionists, assistants, staff, have also always been friendly, helpful, and supportive on the rare occasions when Ive had any problems that needed special attention or any questions about care after a visit.- MJM

My wife and I were patients here for nearly 3 years when we lived in Philadelphia. We never had a bad experience and loved Drs. Boudreau and Pasierb! They always took great care of our smiles and we always found the entire staff to be helpful and friendly from the receptionist to the hygienists.

Ive been a patient of PDG since 2003, mainly because their location is so convenient to my workplace, but Ive been nothing less than completely satisfied with the level of care Ive received over the years as a patient of Drs. Pirok (both father and son). What spurred me to write this review was a chipped tooth I incurred one evening. The next morning I dropped by to find out if it was something that needed immediate attention or if it could wait until my upcoming appointment. Luckily, Dr. Pasierb was able to see me and graciously had me patched up with some composite within a half hour.

Received a bill for routine care (check up and cleaning) that is, according to my insurance, at no cost to me. As a preferred provider accepting Delta Dental insurance, I did not anticipate getting billed for this routine service.
