It went well and I did a visit on the phone yesterday. The doctor was very nice and polite. She answered all my questions and concerns.

They listen to me. I felt welcome and enjoyed my visit.

This place is amazing with such attention to detail. My mom is a patient here and the nurse practioner saved her life! My mom went for the welcome visit and she saw NP Stephania Dottin and NP Dottin noticed my mom was not doing well and determoned that my moms heart was not working properly and sent her to the ER. My mom needed open heart surgery and Stephania knew something was wrong.Now my mom is in recovery and she is receiving 5 star attention from the clinic. My mom saw Emily today for another followup and wow, what attention to detail. Emily sat patiently and explained the road to recovery and what to expect(my mom is 76 years old so this is very important to us). She even showed us a diagram on why my moms heart was not functioning properly.Totally amazing service and care received by the entire staff. The building itself might not look like its all that but when you go inside you feel the love, the knowledge and care Oak Street Health has for their patients. If I lived here I would go there too, I cannot say enough good things about this company.Thank you all at Oak Street Health, you all deserve a standing ovation!!!!

Dr Arielle Fields of the Strawberry Mansion site is a horrible lying dr all shes concerned about is charging your insurance & giving bad service so do yourselves a favor & ask to see another dr or go to another site In my personal opinion i also believe shes prejudice
