I was here for a test and had a very good experience. The staff are all very professional, patient and kind (they offered me some water to drink). Also the place is very clean, the bathroom was spotless and they take covid precautions very seriously (masks, social distance in the waiting room). As a patient I was very satisfied with my experience and as a physician I would have no hesitation in sending my patients there.

The young lady that helped me was an angel. She was compassionate and empathetic. She was professional and supportive. She made the extra effort and I’m grateful I had her to help. Hair follicle test was quick and she made the experience less nerve racking. Highly recommend

Been going here for two years and it is the best place for fingerprinting back round checks and randomized drug testing. Sara and Latifah are super friendly and empathetic. The process is quick and smooth. They are wonderful people!

Incredible staff and service. Sara and Latifah have been most accommodating and professional over the last 3 years that I frequented this location. They epitomize the gold standard for patient care while valuing ones time.

I arrived on time for my appointment and waited 45 minutes. The waiting room was full and there was no way to remain 6apart from others. The staff wore masks and did their best to avoid contact. Id hoped to avoid waiting and being around others by making an appointment. Other businesses and service providers have good procedures to let in people who are being served at that time, and this place does not.

Showed up a couple minutes early and was out within 5 minutes. Fast, great service, kind and took the proper precautions to stay safe.

The ladies who work here not only make you feel comfortable and welcome, but they also succeed in demonstrating professional standards. In my visits, I was greeted with coffee and a warm welcome which made me feel better about getting tested. The process itself was seamless, efficient, and I was able to make it to work on time! Ive worked with Sara both times, and I only have great things to say about her, her coworkers, and the company itself.

The employees at ARCpoint Labs were extremely helpful and supportive! Sara answered all of my questions and Khusroo went out of his way to deliver results before the end of my time window. I couldnt be more pleased with the service that they provided to me. I would highly recommend!!

I was denied a walk in appointment by the staff despite having pre-enrolled for a walk in appointment. I was told to go to the 40th street and market location across the city which was very inconvenient despite being told that walk ins should be available as long as there are no other appointments. The location was completely empty and yet I was dismissed.

Does not offer COVID test, despite saying it is a testing center. Lady on the phone was extremely rude, did not greet and then hung up after just saying we don’t test.

Listed on Google as Covid Testing, when I called was told they do not. Please remove.

I went in for a pre employment screen and Sara P. made the experience great. She was kind, funny, and efficient!

ARCpoint was great, as someone with a fairly sizable fear of needles, the phlebotomist was super attentive and understanding. I had to get a lot of blood drawn, and have a tendency to faint, so toward the end I became fairly woozy. She was extremely responsive and understanding and made the process much easier than it probably would have been elsewhere. I would definitely return for any future blood tests or draws.

They scheduled a 5:20pm. We arrived early and it was closed. Do not come here.

The ladies that work here are very kind and welcoming, which makes the entire experience pleasant. Sara, Latifa, and Danisha administered everything, and they were all welcoming and jovial, while still acting professional. They also offered coffee and donuts after the test. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I went in for a rapid urine drug screen and a blood draw. Nice, clean environment.The employees that work there are very nice and know exactly what they are doing. The phlebotomist was extremely gentle with the blood draw I didnt feel a thing!

Sara and Latifah were very courteous and prompt with their service. The whole process was less than 10 minutes! They also printed some papers for me because I dont have a printer. Best drug test ever.

I need a large amount of blood taken for a medical condition, but have a tendency to pass out during the procedure. When I called Arc Point Labs to schedule my appointment and explained my problem, they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. When I arrived today for my appt, Sara was waiting for me and greeted me by name, with a smile. She offered me water, snacks and reassurance while we waited for Porus, her manager, to arrive. The two of them made sure that I was reclining during my blood work, stayed with me the entire time, and then afterwards until we were all sure that I was okay to go. They offered me more snacks and water and were so incredibly nice, comforting, and professional, AND Sara was so gentle I barely felt a prick in either arm. For a procedure I had been dreading, it was actually positive and relaxing experience. Now, I wont be so anxious when I have to return. I recommend them highly.
