Ive been going to Chroma for over four years, and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else for my hair. The stylists are wonderful and the hours are great! Its a warm and inviting environment, and I always leave feeling fabulous! Im so grateful I found Chroma and the amazing team there!

Loved this place! They saved my life when I need to get hair and makeup done very last minute for a wedding. Everything came out amazing I seriously stumbled upon the best and was so thankful of them to squeeze me in. Everyone that worked their was lovely and knowledgeable one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had!

I had such a wonderful experience at Chroma! Everyone was so nice and accomodating. I needed to get in for a cut and color in a short amount of time, and not only did they get me in, they called me back when they had a cancellation so I got in even sooner! Adam did an amazing (I mean amazing) job with my color. He sat with me for 10 minutes before starting anything and really listened to what I wanted, looked at pictures with me and everything. Super high end quality, with approachable and lovely people, what more could you ask for?

Chroma is a true gem in Olde City. The salon is gorgeous. The staff is delightful. Jamie B is a color rockstar who has been doing my hair for 15 years.

This place is amazing. Karlie is my hairdresser and Austin has been there every time as well, both providing top notch service and expertise. I can honestly say that this is the very best of the best. My haircuts grow out beautifully and my color is GORGEOUS! I have been going to Karlie at Chroma Hair Gallery in Old City for 2 years and have had a great experience and a great hair day every time I go. She always takes her time to do a great job and everyone there is highly capable, and friendly. It has a wonderful urban chic decor with a warm, friendly vibe where you are greeted with a glass of wine, or coffee depending on the time of day and your preference!

Was already googling a new salon as I left. My new stylist was shocked at how poorly I was styled/colored. Wish I could give zero stars.

I found Chroma through Groupon and Im so glad I did. Libby has been doing my hair for over a year now. Cut, color and Brazilian Blowout. I was trying to let my hair grow out gray. She listened, made some recommendations and kept me on track and it looks great! Im always happy with the result.

Love the atmosphere, great staff who were very nice and upbeat however I wouldnt recommend them for African American hair. I went in for a keratin treatment and the stylist didn’t put the treatment on all of my hair, completely ignoring my roots and edges. When she pressed my hair (entirely way to many time, just focusing on the ends) she did it in large chunks which left the inside of my hair wet and completely undone. I’ve had this treatment done before in less time with a much better outcome. I completely understand that it was an express treatment, but my friend who has thicker/ courser hair than mine got one done and hers came out much better😩. Not the stylist fault at all she just doesnt know how to work with afro hair. Also I’ve never had my hair pressed and had it came out looking like I only blow-dried it 😳. I was completely shocked. My hair doesnt even need more then two passes to come out straight so I was so confused as to what I was looking at when it was done, lol. I recommend the stylist at least watch a few youtube videos on how to press afro hair. The parts she did get the treatment on came out great 🥰. Great shampoo Girl and receptionist 🥰. I’m still very grateful for them fitting me in as it was a help 🥰. Thank you guys again 💖

Honestly the worst haircut and the worst hair coloring I have ever had. It is amazing someone can own a hair salon and be so bad at their job.
